The product was as described. Brand new and sealed with shrink wrap. Charger, manuals, and stickers were all included. Phone is in perfect working order. Would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase an off contract brand new iPhone without paying full retail price.

Great phone works well with T-Mobile. Game new out-of-the-box in perfect mint condition. It's the right size phone for me I had a Samsung galaxy S3 before that wouldn't fit in my pocket. This phone is lightning fastsyncs with my iTunes automatically can't say enough good things about it. Seller shipped fast no issues

The phone is unlocked & I used with T-mobile in USA and with Movistar in Venezuela. The phone doesn't have any sign of usage. The only issue was that the battery was running out very fast and I had to take it at the apple support to make sure it didn't have any battery damage. The phone got some warranty left & I was able to use it. The only issue while apple review the phone was that they show me that the phone display was not original and it was replaced with a third party piece, however, you can't really tell that it was not original, so, the price is fair consider all the excellent conditions that the phone has. I'm happy with it

Save yourself a headache and buy a Samsung Galaxy S5. Pictures are crisper on the S5. Google voice is far better than Siri - reads your voice consistently on searches and reacts instantly. The screen size alone is a huge advantage for any video and email. The iPhone would not sync both my emails - hotmail would not work. On the S5, it's conveniently within the same tab and lightning quick. The iPhone would work poorly with WiFi through my TWC wireless modern and on 3G, often locking up.
It's no contest. The only item I miss is iTunes, but can live without it given the benefits. Hopefully Apple's new 4.7' and 5.5" phones are a huge improvement in speed and functionality.

My daughters love their new iPhones. Personally, I'm an Android (Samsung) fan, and I can't give the Apples 5 stars.

Great condition. Small dents at the corners but barely visible. Screen perfect. Headphones, charger are good. I gave 4 star because I ordered gold and got space grey. I was disappointed but this one is in great condition so I just lived with it.

i like the phone, its more of a personal preference.. but the phone does not come with a sim card and now i have to buy a sim card, and I'm pretty upset that it did not say there was no sim card in the phone

Its condition is good as was expected. Only volume button stuck little bit and have some minor scratches on its back but of course it is not a new phone so i am not disappointed.

Good phone till it breaks. The screen is too small, but the phone was stable and worked good for a while. Always get the apple warranty. The power button broke and was never able to get it fixed it just got worse. The display broke and after replacing it the ear piece for the phone never worked right again. So for what you pay for this phone I would want something a lot better. Was hoping this would replace my droid x2 which started going crazy. Now starting to think about giving up smartphones for a basic phone and a tablet.

The phone was great, but the seller sent a non-apple charging cable that would not work with the phone. They said they would send a replacement but failed to do so. The product is great, but watch who the seller is.

So far this phone has been exactly what I wanted it for! It was nice to get an Iphone for a lower price and not have to shell out the big bucks!
A few times the phone has had some glitches but it worked after restarting it. But overall what I wanted!!
