This phone was apparently not compatible with my wireless carrier. So I returned it and received a full refund.

On a day to day basis the iPhone 5S does everything I want it to do, and does the things I do most, better than any other phone I’ve used. It’s not gimmicky and other than the lack of widgets and customisations there’s not much I miss from using bigger Android phones. If, as expected, Apple does up the screen size in the iPhone 6 I’ll be interested to see whether I’ll enjoy the experience quite as much.

It was unblocked and never been unblocked. Charger was so dirty and disgusting! I could not finalize talk to seller who promised to unlock the phone but never did

The iphone 5s is a great phone for me to bring to meetings and other work functions because of the lack of overheating, a very predictable battery life, and overall better user experience. However, is is much slower than my android, the camera is not as good, and the apps are larger and don't work as quickly. Other than that, it's a major improvement coming from an iPhone 4

I'm wondering since sprint and virgin use the same network, (sprint owns virgin), this should work with virgin? Can someone confirm this before I go ahead to purchase it please ?

I love my new iPhone. it works very well. I loved my Samsung, but I really like this phone better. I am still learning how to use it, but the reception is a lot better than any other phone that I have owned previously. The phone knows when you are on wifi without having to be told. I seem to have an easier time with texts & I really love Suri. Suri is very helpful. Most importantly, I love the finger print sign in.

i was a diehard android user. phone, tablet the whole nine. i read from both sides of the coin how much better ios was than android and vice versa. finally, i decided to see for myself. after a month or so with the 5s i am now a convert. it has completely won me over. the best thing i can say without getting into needless comparo's is that this phone, simply put, works so much better than anything i've owned since cell phones became what they are. i can't wait for the computer i'm writing this on blows up so i can get a mac and become completely ensconced in the ios bubble.

Paragon said there were scratches on the phone, but I couldn't even find any. Phone is in perfect shape, works perfectly, delivered quickly, and Paragon replied to my questions within minutes. Very satisfied!

Been using it from February till now, and Im happy with it! its a realy fast device, has smooth graphics, premium aluminum design, and packed with great beterry performance. There's almost nothing I dont like or love about this phone! It is totally awesome!

I purchased an Apple iPhone 5s, Silver 16GB (Unlocked) back in May and it turned out to be stolen, I confirmed this on swappa. Seller said they will look at it but no other response after that.

I love the phone a lot it didn't come with no scratches no dings it came fast like it was suppose to and this is my first iphone. The only things I didn't understand is when it restarts itself sometimes without warning and sometimes it gives you a blue screen of death and then it will shut right back on I been trying to find solutions about it but the only way the blue screen of death stops to me is when you charge the phone and don't wait until it ran out of juice. Overall this is a very good very nice phone

I was far from impressed with the seller (your seller may vary) but the product is pretty good. Figured I grab one of these as the 64gb model was discontinued. The 6 is too big, and the 5s doesn't come in 64gb.

Every thing is just fine. The usps didn't deliver the first time because nobody was at home. The seller as son as they knew it, fixed it. The product is excellent.

It's not "like new" as described. The back has some scratches and on the sides has some cracks but phone works fine and looks in good condition in general.

The phone you receive may hold surprises: e.g., being a Hong Kong phone delivered to the UK.
Be aware that Apple UK will not provide AppleCare+, you will need to call their HK line (or the country where it is coming from) to set it up. But you can't tell this on the face of it, the Apple Store can check it for you.
Otherwise, no issues - and it IS an iPhone.

Yes, this phone is what I was expecting, excelent phone and works perfectly in Venezuela with Movistar.
