I ordered this phone & paid for expedited service . I ordered on the 19th & it would have been here by the 22cd , but the USPS was to blame for me not receiving it until 27th . I wasn't sure about ordering a phone off of amazon , but the phone looks just like the picture . I was able to buy a T-Mobile sim card for it and transfer my phone number & activate it with iTunes & T-Mobile . The IMEI was NOT reported stolen , it DOES work with T-Mobile & so far , everything is fine . It came with a USB cord that connects either to the computer or a plug for wall service . No pin to get the SIM card slot out though . Not bad , just letting people know . I just wanted to leave this review in case others were skeptical like I was .

I recently purchased an iPhone 5s and really hate the new font style/size/color and some of the background colors. I called Applecare for a question and had so much difficulty to read the serial number under settings. The serial number font is too small and in light gray!!!! I gave the wrong serial number to the apple care agent and the he added my name to someone else's account. Finally I took the phone under a bright light and managed to read and give the correct serial number to the agent. It seems that people who designed the new 5s screens do not have good common sense and Apple has not had proper review of the visual design before making the phone available to the public. My old iPhone 4 screen design was much much better. Also I do not understand why Apple insists to keep the phone screen size so small? This is making reading or watching video's really unpleasant.

Its permanently locked to Sprint and I am travelling to a different country. Now I am not able to use it as its locked.

Very disapionted as I'm in Australia and the fone can't be used I understood fone locked for sprint but would axept overseas sim for use out side the states stuck with a fone that the carriers won't unlock

Arrived on time and is as it was advertised. Not a mark on it. Brand new as advertised. Only one thing. Siri is possibly set up for American twang - found that on my iPad 5 too. They also spell things differently (incorrectly :)

Aside from the fact that the charging cable they sent didn't even work, it's a perfectly good phone. I probably would've sent it back had I been buying it for myself on the principle of the thing, but it was for my brother, and he didn't want to have to wait for a replacement. If not for the cable thing, I would've given this 5 stars.

this phone was a replacement for the iphone 4..love it! love the fingerprint feature. The camera is way better! All in all is a great phone!

It don't know it's the problem only with my phone or with all iPhone 5s. It literally eat my battery like crazy. It will run battery out if I put it beside and doing nothing with it. It tried it on my flight back to china

Phone sold as new was not had been activated 6 months early and we could not activate through apple or iTunes. Theregote I feel time snd money wasted.

The iPhone 5S was delivered in a sealed box, well packed and it arrived when promised. The phone is as described in all the reviews, and was compatible with my O2 carrier. The sound system is better than previous phones I've owned and I'm more than happy with my choice.

My Son loves this phone.
It's really fast: apps load quickly, games open within a few seconds. Just an all round excellent experience: no lag!
The screen is really excellent quality. Although not HD, you really cannot notice the difference. Colours are accurate, black levels are good and the viewing angles are excellent. HD content from Netflix, etc. looks excellent on this device.
The design is great! It feels super premium due to the aluminium used and it also feels really tough, so I think if you dropped it on the side, it wouldn't dent. The only issue is that the sides do scratch up a bit, so get a case if you want to keep it in mint condition.
Overall, a perfect device! 100% recommended!

Unfortunatelly the iPhone did not work but it was a problem of manufacture. I sent back to seller and I'm awaiting for refund because I'm in Brazil and there's no possibility to receive a new one here.

Had this product for about 6 weeks now and haven't come across any faults or problems. Would buy from the seller again too as delivery was very fast and overall product is fantastic. For any of you that have any doubts about purchasing an iPhone from somewhere other than Apple themselves then don't hesitate. The products are sealed in original packaging and are straight from Apple. Aswell as an iPhone I also purchased an iPad from the same seller after and the product is once again brilliant
