I'm a dedicated Apple customer and have been for many years. I find their consumer products and iOS to be simply better than any alternative. Having said that, upgrading to the 5s was magical. It's an absolutely stunning piece of hardware, and it is a perfect complement to iOS7. The day I bought this phone (release day) I toyed around with some of the Samsung and LG smartphones in the ATT store. I was actually somewhat impressed with these devices as well, but I would never pass up on this phone (5s) to get one of them, even at a better price. I enjoy paying a premium for quality, and that is what the 5s is. The quality is impeccable.
I love the fingerprint reader. I never locked my iPhone 4s before, but its ease of use makes it far more logical to leave my phone locked.
I have read some of the reviews of the 5c, and most are pretty rough. I played around with it at the apple store the other day, and while I wasn't blown away, I wasn't disappointed either. I will likely gift this phone to family for the holidays because they will appreciate the colors and how cool it looks with iOS7 (they aren't as tech savvy and younger). I think the price on the 5c is definitely higher than one would like especially without a contract, but the internal quality doesn't seem to be as bad as some of the reviews I was reading.
All in all, this phone, as with almost all of the iPhone updates, is ahead of the competition, and the premium price is worth it.

SHAME ON "Solid PUrchases" as a shipping company. I placed my order on 2/7/2014, and received a dirty used phone on 2/19/2014. It was shipped in just a flimsy soft envelope, with a bit of bubble wrap. It certainly should have been shipped in a small box! The apple box was previously opened and the corner smashed. The phone was covered with greasy fingerprints. All the attachments, except the cheap earbuds were missing. No info or operating instructions. There is no identification if it is an 15s, or 15, or locked or not.
Now I have to wait up to three days to obtain approval from "Solid (Crap) Purchases" to return it, and wait again for a refund.. Other shipping companies associated with Amazon have better wrapped and cared more in delivering a $10 item, in comparison to a fragile new apple iphone costing several hundred dollars. I will never purchase anything from "Solid Purchases" again. Avoid the big disappoint I am experiencing, and consider selecting another shipper.

EXCELLENT PHONE and a quality built phone. Having an Apple 4s I wanted another Apple so I chose this one. I'm glad I did! We love it.
HOWEVER, please be advised that any phone that is listed as new MUST arrive in original box and factory sealed from Apple. If the white Apple box arrives without the factory seal, it's considered used not new.....just a heads up to future buyers.

Phone arrived quickly as described and worked great for a week. After a day bouncing between Apple and my carrier Apple replaced the phone for a new one. The new phone lasted a week and I had to make another appointment with Apple and they replaced that phone. Quality control could be better. Has all the bells and whistle to keep my daughter happy.

The iPhone is unbeatable for its ease of use, and it covers everything I use it for: calling, texting, email, web browsing, video, music, task management, calendar, camera, and much more, very well.i love it.

Phone is a bit more quirky than I'd hoped, touchscreen seems to lose letters and motions here and there, but I think that's just iOS8 being weird, hopefully it'll get better with the next update.

These reviews are starting to scare me I ordered this phone and I am suppose to receive it on Wednesday ... but I have tmobile and I see a few reviews saying it doesn't work for t mobile

I have had IPhones for years. I gave up the IPhone 4 for this one and regret it almost every day. The finger print scanner only seems to work for a few hours before I have to input a new phone. I added my daughters and my wife so they could unlock it and none of their finger prints work now either. I add my almost everyday and by the end of the day it will not recognize my finger print.
The keypad is a nightmare. As I said I have had IPhones before. This one is so sensitive (and I have fat fingers) that I can never get a message out without getting a cap rather than an "a" and/or several other mistakes that autocorrect invariably screws up. Never had that problem so regularly on other phones.
I have not had Siri before but it is worthless on my phone. I have used voice recognition programs on my computers and never had problems there so I have a hard time imagining it is my voice but most of the time I cannot get Siri to work well enough to use it.
All in all this phone is a nightmare but maybe it is a lemon.

Came as advertised, put in the SIM Card, registered phone with provider, syncd with ITunes and was up in no time at all. Was a new locked phone for Sprint and couldn't have worked any better. Quick delivery, excellent product and I couldn't be happier.

My apologies - I didn't know that my phone is synced with my hearing aids - and, therefore, "blue tooth" is on all the time. So, that is causing the battery to run down faster than I'm used to. The phone is just fine and the vendor was most cooperative.

Purchased this "new" iPhone, but once I went to AT&T, I could not activate it all the way because the owner had his Apple ID with find my iPhone on. Also, the charger did not work, the cord did not fit into the adapter correctly. Will never buy from MBC mobile again. Buyers beware!!!

I received this brand new Iphone, it is unlocked and working perfectly! I'm using it with a local carrier here in Ecuador!! Im excited, totally recommended!
