When I got my iPhone it was in new condition, but the iPhone was defective, the phone would do a blue screen loop, and then put itself into recovery mode every single night, when I went to go recover it, halfway it would fail. Thankfully the iPhone had the 1 year warranty still I'm effect, so I brought it to the apple store and got a new iPhone.

It is a good phone. I like it very much. Since I haven't got a nano sim card for it, I have nothing to put here. But it would probably work well. Thank you.

I bought this Iphone because I wanted to use it in Mexico but it doesn't work, on the website description said that It just works in US just with sprint but in others countries it would work totally fine like Mexico, so I would like to return it.

Bought the new iphone to try it so far so good. It really isnt TOO GREAT i have been using other phones like the Xperia Z2 although Iphone 5S has some cool new features like the fingerprint scanner it isnt really something that changes the game.... It is the kind of features that u use the first time u buy the phone and then forget about

Not going to tell you what phone to buy, or compare phones,
but this phone was delivered really quickly and was in retail packaging.
I have it on straighttalk now and was very easy to do so!!

Nice phone and very good pricing! I was pleasantly surprised at price since this was a replacement phone. Full retail packaging also.

The phone is in fact new and it arrived pretty quickly. I really recommend it. A note was sent along with my phone, I would most definitely buy from them again.

Don't buy it. Yes the iPhone is brand new and everything but the phone itself is horrible. I wanted to activated on tmobile but had Lots of problems like the phone was not reading the SIM card and when it did it kept turning off which made the screen go blue!! horrible experience.

Do NOT buy this.. he previously sold it for less than $350 WITH a life case.. wasn't happy with that so he cancelled the order and upped the price.. do NOT waste your money!

Unfortunately my phone when it arrived needed charging to make it last the setting up procedures - the charge/data lead was faulty and I could not use the phone until I had purchased another lead. The replacement from the supplier took well over a week.
Once I purchased a new lead from my local EE store the phone worked very well and I am now using it to it's full and very satisfied.
I believe the faulty lead is not unusual and I wonder why Apple are taking so long to fix the problem.

this phone it's good cum with 30 days refund or exchange , we will try it's out ,
we may buy i pad for my bedrooms cannot go wrong with second hand phone com.
new one cost you back at 460 at apple shop saving about 90 quid.

Amazing phone. I woke up the next morning after using the phone, I named her Siri; and she made me coffee. I come home from work and all my clothes are folded and put away nicely. What an amazing phone the 5S is. The only problem is we can't take a shower together, something about the water Siri doesn't like. I love my 5S. <3

Paid almost $20 extra for overnight shipping, phone came 4 days later, plugged in the charger n it started smoking. Phone it's self was as advertised and works fine just wish it was a better overall experience.

The iPhone 5s in gold is both attractive and extremely worth it! the phone itself contains an array of features, along with a great camera. As opposed to the older versions of the iphone-- the iPhone 5s also has longer battery power!

have never given them a thought....UNTIL THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This phone is a constant irritation. From dropping it from 2.5 ft with a LIFEPROOF CASE ON AND ALSO IN A LIFEPROOF BELT CLIP on and having the glass shatter to NOT BEING ABLE TO MOVE MY HEAD (with phone balanced on my shoulder) and having my phone generate some errant phone call OR having FACETIME POP UP or having the phone hang up on my call. I've had the phone a little over 2 months and all I can say is I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS PHONE OR RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE ALIVE OR DEAD.

Good: slick, feels so light in your hand just makes you want to get a case for it, battery life i'd say about 9 hours of heavy use but it will last all day if you just check emails and send texts all day.
Meh: audio isn't anything special but it doable
bad: inside the lifeproof case audio quality gets cut in half, in phone calls most of the time people couldn't hear me unless i had the headphone jack port open. touch ID works 90 percent the time when using lifeproof case, if you use a aux cable and want to use a bulky case well you will need to use a extender.

Scam, the phone was barred off the network after 1 week due to "Unpaid payments in the T-Mobile payment plan", returned immediately to amazon. I'm very disappointed.

The phone was sim-locked, it took a week to unlock it. Although I bought another phone meanwhile still accepted it because I was afraid not to get my money back.

So other than a .5" larger bordered screen, shiney button (minus the little white square such innovation) and a new 9 pin connector there is nothing new here. Same old boring IOS, the same issues that plagued as far back as the 3gs (for me) such as getting locked in headphone mode, freezing/crashing apps, losing service for no reason and having to reboot the Iphone to get it back, being way to delicate if dropped or hit, way over priced, and the simple fact that are much better smartphones out there namly Windows Phone and Android. I have seen and personally did speed tests on browsing, boot up times and app lauching and Windows Phone 7/8/920 and Android beat this device hands down everytime in all catagories. They say Apple could sell a turd wrapped in tin foil with an Apple logo on it.....well this is that latest turd. There is no reason to buy this recycled iphone as there will be another one out in less than a year, possibly the usual Iphone 6/6s/6se/6LT/Iphone 6 Turbo/Super Iphone 6 turbo....and all makes and models will be the exact same over priced phone lol. Wake up people, go with whats best for you, not whats popular this week. Apple is obviously out of gas, this piece of garbage can't do anything more than the one you have now and is nothing more than a self indulgent shiney piece of over priced junk.
