I got an Iphone 5s and broke its screen in just the first drop of the phone (I am extremely surprised that this happened and such is the flimsy quality of the phone). This never happened with other smartphones I have used.
To my surprise none of the Apple stores do a screen replacement at the moment for 5s.
Its funny that none of the support folks know that information. I had to find this the hard way out after spending several hours calling each of the stores and then the support.
Its been 4 months apple launched the phone 5s and you guys tell me to shell 269$ to get a new phone. You guys will loose customers in this way. You have definitely lost me. I am not buying any apple product again. To me you guys are a rip off.

I liked the device, but there are some deep scratches on the back, frame, and the edge of the screen from the left side. They should put all phone info on web with picture! The phone isn't cheap,,,,$ 672!

Excellent phone. Hard to imagine any criticism, other than I was used to a larger screen and you cannot create groups amongst your contacts. The interaction with my iPad Air is amazing.

The company that sold this phone gave the inpresion they only had one for sale . when it arived it was not the same model as the order. the model suplied is the model you can buy in the local Apple store for $200 less. when asked about this they took 3 weeeks to say "well it is an unlocked phone and even if it will not do the job outside the USA as the 1457 model advertised would.

My iPhone 5s arrived in excellent condition and I am in love with it! It's such a smooth and efficient phone and its clean and slim appearance is a plus :)

This item came very fast. I was disappointed when they told me it will arrive in a week, but so happy and overwhelmed when it arrived in two days without PRIME connection. The iPhone works perfectly and don't regret purchasing. Best thing I've bought!

It's okay, only let down is that some apps failed to load such as pages and other free apps. Some more battery time would be good as well.

Product tengu an observation in these times is not operational for the technical problems in Venezuela early funsiono known very well but is now in recovery mode and do not know if the warranty covers this kind of damage

Perfect perfect perfect! My phone came right on time. I got it and it was like new just as he said. He also sent a charger and a cute pink otter box which was great, because I didn't have to go out and buy one. Thanks!!

This doesn't make any sense to buy the iPhone here when you can buy the same phone brand new and unlocked from apple online with free shipping for less money. I really don't get what they are trying to do here. It isn't worth it.

The score I am hit to customer service, a staff name Racquel,I buy this phone in a month ago, because of some reasons lead to the phone I haven't use!Finally I reflect the problem to think name is Racquel staff, he is very careful, and have the patience to help me to solve this problem!

i really like the iphone 5s, i can reach everything on the screen with my thumb. I am wondering about the future of Apple since the death of Steve Jobs though. They are involved with Dr Dre now and I heard they are going to make bigger phones, something Steve Jobs was against. Guess we will see.

I love this phone. I am afraid they will make the next model bigger, and one of its best features is that the screen is bigger but the phone is not as big as the android. It will make your life even more fun living with this phone!

I bought an iPhone and now I can't switch away. Any other iPhone users will always iMessage you after you switch away from an iPhone and they'll always iMessages and won't ever see that their messages never reached you.
It's like getting herpes. Once you get it, you got it forever and then you go and give it to other people. Absolutely pathetic.
I've talked to multiple "senior" Apple support people. There is no cure.

Everything came as advertised and was sealed brand new.
Sim-unlocked and the correct colour and size specifications.
Cannot fault this order in anyway, it is what it says it is.

I must say I am very impressed with both the item I purchased, and the speed of delivery. The package was easy to open as well as being strong enough. I would recommend this company to everyone who is buying a phone or anything else they offer
