I got the iPhone 5s on the day it came out. I usually would have wanted a black computer, but I got the white one. (Silver MBP and MBA, and now the iOS is white. Uniformity is beautiful ;) )
The touch sensor is nice so I don't have to always punch my code in. The phone is SO slim and light it feels fragile. (It is definitely anything BUT!) From customer service, their applecare, and their warrantee, Apple is the place to go.

This phone is awesome: light, looks cool and does everything you want/need. it does things you don't even know you want/need yet :)

I love the product. It was delivered in quick time as well. However I didn't like the way it was packed. Amazon sends protein powders in well packed boxes but put the iPhone in a small box which was already open, though Apple's original box was not open.

I owned my iphone 5s for less than a week, terrible battery life less than a day with light use and very poor call quality (the ear piece volume is way to quiet).
Plus points-the build quality is superb ,the maps/navigation was great. I don't know what all the fuss is about concerning these Iphones I wont bother again.

When I ordered the IPhone. I thought it must be ok to use and should have some scratches, dent etc.. but,It is better than what I expect.

I live in Ecuador, and I bought the unlocked iPhone 5s. I sent it to some relatives in Miami, who then brought it to me personally. Contrary to other reviews, the phone is indeed unlocked, and it works perfectly with a new nano SIM card. Just make sure that you double check the specific seller you're buying it from, read their reviews, and then make sure the order is fulfilled by Amazon to have an extra amount of certainty. I suppose some sellers have mistakenly sent locked phones, that's why you have to do the homework and check them individually.

I used to have the old iphone 4 but this thing is just the best it does not make any problems. I do not like that the screen can get scratches fast.

seen this advertised was shocked at the amount of bad feedback that was written, especially as to people received empty boxes or locked or old phones, myself I have never had a problem with customer support and have found these people to be helpful reviews have put me off this, will stick to Samsung

Wasnt what i wanted. It was supposed to be unlocked phone. Instead it was an ATT phone. Cant use it as a result.

I have always loved apple and am a loyal customer. I currently own all of their new products but have never had an iPhone intel now. I bought my Gold 64 gb iPhone 5s and waited a few weeks for it to come to my local verizon wireless store. I have researched a lot about the iPhone 5s and most of my friends have the 5 or 4s so I know how the system works. I love the 5s but really dont think it is much of a step up from the 5. I mean ya, fingerprint censor...that's great and all but not that useful. Who cares that you save 3 seconds pressing your finger to a button instead of typing in a password. The system with the A7 chip runs faster and more efficiently and siri has been upgraded but I believe they should have brought in more physical features to differentiate the 5s from the 5. I like how fast the phone is but I think they could have added a bit more, even if it is a "s" model.

This item came all the way from the UK to Costa Rica, it came super fast and without a scratch. I got the 5S to be used in Costa Rica's upcoming 4G LTE network but unfortunately at the moment only data cards have access to the 4G network; possibly at the end of 2014 the post-paid contract users (like myself) we'll be able to use the LTE on the iPhone 5S. My carrier (KOLBI) select the band 7 (2600Mhz) for it's LTE service, for that reason only UK, Europeans and Australian models (1533 and 1457) will works on Costa Rica's 4G network (same as Brazil).

Phone was not not unlocked as advertised. Unfortunately i had payed for its freight overseas before discovering it was in fact locked.

The iPhone 5s is wonderful. Apple did a wonderful job. It is simple and easy to use and packed with many great features. The dual antenna provides better reception than the iPhone 4. I give the Apple iPhone 5s a 5 Star A++ rating. By Gregg L. Friedman MD
