Great customer service! I love my new phone! And the best part is I got it from a really good price! Other places were charging me almost 1,000 for this phone but I got it here for 600. I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Plus: very good camera
Big minus: connector is really unpractical for daily use. On chargers it wobbles, the connectors are to short to use with a case, thus you need a flip case for everything. For someone who is used to the big connector this is going back into stone age, very upset with it. Other than the camera, the same as my I4s

No complaints, as usual the house apple makes quality products, take care of every detail, and much specialize in details that matter to users, such as the duration of the battery, the RAM is extremely fast since it is dedicated, Camera, and other small details.
shame what they are in their closed systems of internal exchange of photos, music, and the vast majority of applications have to buy them, but I think that if you want a quality product is well.

This phone is very good, it is new, no one used, data line and a full range of headphones, the seller is also very careful, phone also is equipped with a Verizon phone card to the buyer after receiving the phone, although the delivery later than expected for several days, but the seller attitude is very sincere to apologize to me and explanation, like this phone, and like the seller deals!

Great phone, simply the best you can get nowadays, in a really good condition Simply the best phone you can get today in a fabulous maintenence, and with all the accessories and features that are supposed to this great terminal. Maybe at the end, after paying customs duties to enter Spain, not as economically good chance as I supossed, but anyway good operation.

Just upgraded from the 4s to the 5s and couldn't be happier, awesome phone, fast, camera is phenomenal. I highly recommend this phone to anyone. So forget that thought about buying a droid and get one of these! it will hold a resale value in a few years, unlike androids!

I've always been an iPhone person and it is a big step forward compared to my old iphone 4.
After reading a couple of bad reviews about this seller, I was a bit reluctant but I took the risk (it's like 70 quid cheaper than in the Apple store!). It was delivered the next day, the box was sealed and the iPhone unlocked as promised. Very happy with it.

This company is lieing there phones are lock to AT&t SERVICE you can only use these phones with AT&T so don't buy them. i am hope amazon will help me with this problem or i am out 604.00 dollars.

The parcel arrived in good condition and true to Apple's tradition of tasteful packaging, it was a joy just opening the box. It took me time to learn all it can do but i do not mind. It is a first class product.

I've had the iPhone since the first one came out. It was a very good product, and it was one of the best phones that I've ever had. However, this iPhone is A PIECE OF S***. The 3GS was great, and the 4S was better than the last, but the 5S was utter trash. If I were you, I would go with the Samsung Galaxy S4. It's a better buy, and it comes with better features

I have bounced between Apple and Adroid for some time now and while I liked my Note 3, the iPhone 5S just feels better in the hands. Outstanding phone! I have decided at this point to go all Apple MacBook Pro Next!

I had an iphone 5 which was stolen & got an iphone 5s as a replacement. I'm continually amazed by all the things it'll do. While I as without an iphone, I made use of my old Blackberry, and severely missed all the things that the iphone delivers and the Blackberry does not.

Require Passcode: Immediately is the only option if you want to use the finger print sensor. It takes more time to enter a passcode then it does to swipe. What is the point of paying for the finger print sensor so the iphone can be easier if you have to Require Passcode: Immediately each time you touch your phone. The finger print means your finger can touch it, but if there is also a passcode why make you enter that also? There are two thing that both need doing, that wastes tons of your time. If you add up all the times you entered the passcode, and did the finger print sensor, it would come up to hours wasted entering passcodes.

I do subtract one star because the supposed original Apple Lightning-USB cable is not an original one. The mac always warns me when I connect the phone with this one (but no problem when using my old iPhone 5 cable...)
And second issue: the iPhone does suffer from a rattle noise when shacking it - which does bother me..
The condition was excellent as described and otherwise it does work as it should.
