it's beautiful, nice phone but we really want to see something different, everything is a little bit the same, I hope apple take advantage from the released of the Samsung galaxy s5 to use a little bit of benchmarking to build a better iphone 6

I gave them 4 stars because the USB cable and the wall charger didn't work. Both came damaged, fortunately for me I still had the cable from my last iPhone.

I think people should bye an iPhone. I really like this product a lot!!!!!!
They are very easy to use. You can have unlimited talk and text any whereyou go. If your going somewhere and it takes along time you can by games and books. If somebody is away and you want to text then you can by going on the texting app. Its alot of money but it is worth every single penny. If you have kids you can download books and GAMES. The iPhone pretty much works whereever you go. It takes about 30 min to charge it and get to a hundred. If your battery is low it gives you a reminder.

Don't get a any iphone! iPhones are a waste of time! Your better off with a galaxy! I've had tons of problems with iPhones! Galaxy's work way better!

The product I ordered did not match its original description! Instead of "new" and "unlocked", I found that the iPhone 5S is pre-owned and locked! It is totally unacceptable. I took it to a local apple shop and has been examined by the staff. They told me it is a locked phone and even found an old SIM card in the sim slot!

There is some issue with its charger cable. On plug in it says "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone". I supposed everything should be original. But seems the cable is fake and not applicable with this phone. I hope the phone will not have issues.

My phone came sealed with all it's accessories and the box said that it was factory unlocked and everything the seller said in his or her ad is true because i used the phone in New York after i went to Trinidad and Tobago and i also used the phone there and it worked perfectly and finally i came to Venezuela and it also works perfectly with no problem

total scam sold as new released brand new and the phone was blocked by the AT & T had to pay $ 200 extra to unlock the iphone and I can not use because I requested Zip Code and Social Security Number (SSN) which is not porporcionado me . very poor service I want my money back

I ordered the iPhone 5s with out reading reviews although there is some good reviews there is to many bad ones so cancelled my order think il just pay the extra and no I can return to shop if faulty etc

THIS IS A LOCKED PHONE. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. HE SAID THAT THIS PHONE WAS UNLOCKED BUT IT IS ACTUALLY LOCKED.

We've been here before: the iPhone 'S' conundrum. The new phone comes along, taking the shell of the previous model, adds some new bits and pieces, and then claims to be an entirely new phone.

To be sure, it's the kind of move that only Apple can pull off with any kind of conviction: the notion that it can take the same chassis, have a little tinker, throw in a new CPU, slightly better battery and camera, and call it an all-conquering device.

I just got my new iphone 5s Today it came in the iPhone 5s gold box and looked brand new! Everything is in tact no scratches or any screen problems at all! Shipping also came very early. My predicted shipping was 5-110 days after my purchase and it came two days from after i put my order in!

All I will say about the actual phone is that it is the usual high standard expected from Apple products. The service was brilliant I got it very quickly and it was packaged well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone as this is cheaper than buying from Apple themselves or any other retailer.

I didn't purchase this phone yet, as I am looking to buy the iPhone Gold 16GB without the T-mobile logo on it. No one can tell me if the T-mobile logo will come on the phone. So please disregard the rating.
The sellers must specify which phone you are buying.........as Apple DOES NOT SELL ANY UNLOCKED iPhone. What they sell is the T-mobile with NO CONTRACT phone, which is LOCKED. An Apple rep told me that if you decide to buy this phone, you will have to buy a $50 prepaid card (minimum) in order to use the phone and after 40 days you will have to go to a T-mobile rep to unlock it for you. So any new iPhone 5S sold as "new" or sealed.......will not be unlocked. BUYERS BEWARE!

they have world class customer service , but the phone was locked so not able to use it for my purposes. ordered a silver one from another company at the same time and it worked perfectly didn't have a At&t sim in it when it arrived came ready to go. So right now i have a useless phone my sister couldn't use and no time to send back.

I would give no stars if possible. Had iPhone 4S for years. Dropped it a million times, never an issue. The 5s has a plastic screen which is supposedly better? Dropped it once and the screen shattered into a million pieces. Oh but Apple will replace the screen for $269 (it's not even 2 months old and was purchased for $650 +/- at retail from Verizon). Apple needs to get their head out of their...and pay some loyalty to their customers. It's a disgrace.
