Too expensive. I don't know why it's so expensive and why the price changed to $750 quick after I paid $790 for it and refresh the wet site. The price on apple' official net is only about $650.

After using the iphone 5s for a month I decided to drop it and go with the galaxy s4,
Iphones have came a long way but still need a ways to go before catching up with the best android phones.
biggest con of this phone is the fingerprint scanner, It works ok but it's annoying to try to use every time you access your phone.
I would rather not even have it on the phone, other than that nothing really to write home about, the camera on the galaxy s4 is worlds above this one in almost every aspect.
Buy a galaxy S phone, you won't be disappointed!!!

When I received this phone it was already activated to another persons name so I can not put in on my account as I wanted to. I either want the phone deactivated or my money back I am very unsatisfied with this product. I have went to three sprint stores and they have all said the same thing to me in such this phone is most likely stolen, if so I want my money back as soon as possible.

Great phone, indeed unlocked, worked with Venezuela's Movistar Sim card right out of the box, go for the 64Gb, it is a little expensive, but worth the extra space

I have sold my Apple iPhone 5s 16GB, as I needed an UNBLOCKED unit, and although I thought I was bying an unblocked version, it turned out that I wasn't. I have since acquired the same machine, here in South Africa, and it is the best thing that I have ever acquired!!!!

It was not unlocked as advertised by the seller. It jad AT&T sim card inside it and it doesnt work with other carriers. I live in Brazil and now I have to pay extra money to unlock it.

Bought an unlocked version compatible with T-mobile. Fastest speed it would get without turning on the 3G button was E speed with 1 bar. I am in an area where 4G and Lite are readily available. WI-FI wouldn't work. I have an android phone with identical connectivity ( no lite) and I get 4G with 3 bars minimum. Apple says it's the Network, the Network says it's Apple. Too much of a hassle for a high priced phone, I sent it back.

I expected to love it just like all of the other iPhones that I have owned. There is one ENORMOUS problem with it. You cannot hear your voice speaking into the mic through your headphones very well at all. I have done resets, tried various headphones, had the phone replaced, spent hours on the phone with Apple and in person at their so-called genius bar, upgraded to the new OS, and nothing has worked. I will change my review if they can fix it but so far this has been a huge let down and I have to admit that my 4S is a vastly superior phone.

Here is my advice, if you can buy a Iphone 5s from the Istore or try to buy it unlocked from any carrier do it because here in Amazon they promise you a unlocked phone for 100 more dollars than its original price and guess what, you get a locked phone that has a AT&T gsm card, i live here in Venezuela, i bought a new nano sim for my phone and it didn't work, if you are out of United States and you want a Iphone 5s i recommend you to wait for it to arrive to your local carriers.

I WAS A BIG FAN OF iPHONES BUT THE TRUTH HAS TO BE TOLD. GALAXY S4 HAS BETTER FEATURES AND OPTIONS THEN ALL APPLE PRODUCTS. PERIOD...... THE 5 WAS JUST ANOTHER NORMAL ORDINARY SMART PHONE AND NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT IT. MAY STEVE JOB R.I.P.

The phone came as described and works fine, no problems there, but the mains charger that was supplied by the seller has no fuse or even a place to put a fuse, so I would recommend getting a separate mains charger from a reputable place.

I am so sorry I purchased the iphone 5s unlocked a week ago to replace my iphone 4s without due diligence or proper research. I purchased it for home country and overseas use, including long haul flights to Asia, Australia, and East Africa and was absolutely SHOCKED to learn about the SHORT battery life of the iphone 5s. I now have to devise a plan B to replace the phone at an enormous loss.
