Cons:
IMESSAGE has problems and i need to restart phone to send messages some times

I purchased the new iPhone 5s few weeks ago through Amazon.com and I'n very satisfay from the good service both from Amazon.com and the suplier.
The product delivered in the proposed time fame.
The product itself is amazing !!! I had the 4s until now and there is a huge difference between the two versions!!!

My wife got the Gold 16GB and I got the Space Gray 32GB. We love your phones and we have had no issues at all with them. My parents and sisters have the 4s and there is amazing differences in the speed of running applications and searching on the internet. Most cases offered here on Amazon are very slim and protect well. It is definitely worth the upgrade. The finger print is a nice add-on and the new design of the home button looks nice. We switched over from the android market and we are loving it.

I was due for an upgrade on Verizon So I got the iphone 5s. I was not impressed at all. The phone feels outdated and so does the software. Its very limited. You can't change your default browser or email programs...etc So if you don't like the one apple has made its too bad. The display is surprisingly good for how small it is. But after a few days i decided to sell it out of frustration. I sold it and bought the moto x. I am very happy now. The moto x is only a little larger than the iphone but has a much larger display.

The phone it's self is great but after having a family of 4 owning iPhones for the past 5 years and dropping them occasionally without any damage being done I have to give this phone a one star. I had my new phone for 3 weeks when it slipped out of my hand onto the pavement and the screen is completely shattered. What does apple have to say, too bad you have to get a new one, we can't fix it because we don't have the equipment to do so yet. I believe there is a defect in the manufacturing, a phone should be durable enough to take a fall and this thing is not.

"I don't know why Apple is trying so hard to emulate Microsoft! There iOS systems have been getting worse over the last couple of years. 12 hours and counting and I still can't get everything downloaded off my cloud and into my phone, even tried the backup on my computer and it just sits there waiting to sync! Phone is going back!!"

Not for American use. Japanese tmobile. Not the right model. Took forever to get it, send it back, and get my refund.

This is a very good iphone model. There is a problem that hopefully gets resolved later. If you accidentally push the bottom center button to long, it goes into voice over mode that is difficult to get out of!

I bought an unlocked phone and ended up with a locked phone on at & t. We filed a complaint for the seller and so far we did not get back to me. So now amazon is filing a a to z guarantee. I am so upset because I wanted the phone badly and it flew all the way from us to egypt and I ended up with a uselless machine.

SAVE your money and you won't have to deal the AGRIVATION this product imposes on folks, just read the reviews. the ones not written by apple employees tell the truth they're all negative.

I bought a couple customized phones from icolorlcd and I could not be more happy! These pieces are so beautiful. I love my gold iPhone with swarovski crystals and my sister is so happy with her pink mirror phone! Icolorlcd truly makes the piece of art from regular phones. I will definitely buy from icolorlcd as soon as I am ready to upgrade! A++++++++++++++++++++++

The iPhone arrived only 2 days after I'd ordered it which I thought was hugely impressive, so major thanks. The box was sealed and the phone looks great. I've been working long hours since it arrived so I've not set it up yet but I'm sure it'll be fine.

its like it was described(unlocked)every iPhone that says factory unlocked it does come with a T-Mobile sim card, and I didn't know that, so I contacted the seller and he clarified how apple unlocks their Iphones and from there I did a research at apple store and found out that every unlocked IPhone comes with a sim card, weather T-Mobile or At&T.

sound wavers. signal is shotty. constantly have to restart. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. very disappointed. was not up to par with what the description said.

I was hoping this wouldn't be a crApple product but after less than 2 months of use the phone shuts off randomly & as of lately refusing to boot up for hours.This is absolutely disgusting.
