This is not a Brand New phone. It's a used one. Charger worked only for 3 days then it does not work. The package came without headphones. don't buy this. It's waste of money.

This is a great phone! I was looking for a new phone after my old one fell off the top of my car, and finally I chose this one. It is great to have, it works great and the app selection is amazing! I would recommend this phone to anyone that is looking for a new cell phone!

Very disappointed. Right off the bat I've ran into problems with pictures taken on the iPhone 5s which cannot be even rotated on a Windows 7 PC (?!). None of my over one dozen other devices capable of taking pictures ever had any problems like that even remotely, a picture is a picture. After a brief search on the internet the only solution is to install and run the pictures through external programs to correct it, which of course is time consuming and very annoying. Now I wonder what other surprises are lurking around in the iPhone to slap the unsuspecting in the face. I thought I give the iPhone a try after reading all the gleaming reviews, but I guess it only works properly if everything else connected to it is made by Apple, which I will not do. This was a costly and time consuming mistake I will not make again.

I ordered the iPhone 5s, and they made a stupid mistake. I got the iPhone 5 instead of the iPhone 5s. I do not know how much amazon pay for their staff. Please let your staff afford a pair of glasses in order not to make stupid mistakes like this.
Unluckily, I closed the credit card that I used to purchase this phone, and they have sold out all the iPhone 5s, which means I cannot make an exchange. Also If I cannot get the refund, because I closed the credit card, and I donot have another credit card that is from the same bank. If I want to get the refund, I have to go open the unuseful credit card that I have already closed. The credit card that I used to purchase this item is from a bank in China, and I am not going back to China recently, which means I cannot open the credit card that I have closed. If I sent this item back to Amazon, I cannot get the refund, or exchange the item.
I really needed the phone when I ordered this item, and this experience has brought me WAY TOO MUCH STUPID TROUBLE JUST BY MAKING ONE SUPER STUPID MISTAKE. In order not to go back to China and open the credit card, which is going to waste me about 2000 dollars for the round tickets. I do not think I am going to change the wrong item. ANYWAY, I PAID MUCH MORE THAN I SHOULD PAY FOR AN IPHONE 5. THIS HAS BOTHERED ME WAY TOO MUCH. this is a great phone! It arrived in perfect, new condition. No SIM card, but Apple took care of that quickly and with no charge. It arrived quickly and in plenty of time for Christmas

The phone came in a sealed container, with headphones and charger included. Great quality and looks to be no damage on phone. It's was unlocked and ready for use with half a charge. Overall we got exactly what we paid for!

A very good device. My only problem is its size. It is heavy in a shirt pocket and inconvenient in hip pocket of a trouser. It slips out very easily from a pocket. I have lost it already 3 times in the last six months but fortunately each time I could find it.

Shh .. This is a Christmas Gift from Santa Clause! This phone arrived before the due date & get this .. It came with EXTRAS that wasn't even mentioned or known! I was exstatic when I opened the package & saw everything so I definitely know my recipient of this gift will be too!!!

Pros : This Phone is So Awesome I Just got mines on July 3rd and I buying lots of cases of it now lol . I have the 64gb Gold and white unlocked one for 850.00 $ and I pay only 40$ a month on it until its paid off for two years O Contract . I just upgraded from the 4s 16gb to the 5s 64gb ... so happy Buy it now you wont regret it I promised although there is that con of the fingerprint scanner though .
Cons : that the fingerprint scanner sometimes don't always work Apple needs to fix that problem hope that ifs fix in IOS 8
Final thought's : Switching from the 4s to the 5s is a huge deal for me switching from the 16gb to 64 im so happy with my Phone . I did not buy it from Amazon I got it from my carrier AT&T awesome phone Just buy it ...

The phone is alright, but it`s battery seems to be quite messed up (it lasts way less than what it says it should: after some 3 hours or so of activity, i have to recharge, thus resulting in me having to spend more money, into buying a new battery).

just get the phone ,almost brandnew, no any scratch on the screen or back cover, love it, better then the iPhone 4 what i bought last year. btw, the cable and earphone are orighnal as well, not the cheap copy.

I chose this rating because i love this phone. I moved on from my iphone 4s and knew i wanted to stay in the apple family. I decided on the 5S because I wanted the upgraded performance rather than the 5C. It did not disappoint. I've had the phone for close to a year now and it still runs like it is brand new. While most phones go through everyday wear and tear this phone has held up very well. I feel the battery life is better than people I know that have android phones. The upgraded processors make the phone lightning fast. Another feature I like is the screen. The display is very clear and easy to see in all lights. The most well know feature of the 5S is the new fingerprint technology and it works very well for its first release. Most times it works perfectly and other times it takes a couple tries. I love the iphone 5S and would recommend it for anyone.
