The phone works fine, but there are scuffs and scratches on the outside of it. It didn't mention them in the posting of this phone. Be careful when you purchase!

Fast delivery, the product was as described, I order an 5S space grey, 32 GB, was unlocked it worked on VODAFONE, the box was opened and a the writing on the box was a little bit scratched, didn't bother me, I bought it for myself.

I'm brand new to iPhones, so the learning curve is steep, but the instrument's quality and its multiple capabilities are mind-boggling to someone who previously only ussed (rarely) a simple cellphone.

Phone condition exceeded my expectations, it looked brand new! Fast postage and hassle free iPhone set up. Couldn't ask for any more. Would easily recommend.

I bought this phone. It's the first iphone I have ever had. I am blown away with it. So much better than an android. The Siri feature is amazing. All in all I am very happy with this phone.

I bought a refurbished phone and it came in on time. Works very well and since its a refurbished phone then there is still some very light scratched on the side but it doesn't bother me. Overall good buy. Nice camera quality!

I ordered iphone 5s, but what i received was Samsung S2, which was used one with ugly box. Immediately i returned it and bought the iphone in Apple Store itself in Burlington Mall.

Phone came promptly however there were quite a few dents/scratches on the handset and the advert claimed that there were none. Overall good though.

Rather expensive for all the hype,rather a small display.Having a non replaceable battery which makes it a through away item. Obviously Not meant too last although the standard of the workmanship is exceptional, even down to the finish on the mains charger.

We had bought a new 5s (16gb) a few months earlier and decided to get a second one w/ more memory. The used 5s looked like factory new especially with the new accessories. Cannot tell that the used unit isn't new. Saved $100 over the new 16gb phone and I guess $200 over a new 64gb phone. It arrived on 12-11 the earliest projected date. Not having an apple warranty is the only down side I guess.

The 5s is a great phone period and this one was exactly as described by the seller. I found this at a perfect time! I had just dropped my 4s at work (one too many times). :-( That's on me. The device still works great, but the antenna got some damage and calls were being dropped. So I needed another phone. Enter Amazon... Thank you Amazon for bringing us together!

It did not because when I was searching for the iPhone 5s, I searched by iPhone 5s GSM unlocked and I was presented by a CDMA iPhone and there was no specification whether it was CDMA or something else. I had to reach out to the seller whether that phone was GSM or not and that is when I learnt that it was a CDMA. Poor searching categoriAtion of your items.

Okay my son is 11 and really wanted this phone...couldnt find it anywhere for a decent price so i came to my old faithful amazon. The product is perfect for him and he loves it. Thanks for the quick delivery.

Horrible battery life. Bought it for my wife and she has ONE app on it. Facebook. And she looks at it like once a day. Even so the phone will not last all day. PATHETIC. My Samsung Android phone will last almost 3 days.

Recently purchased this iPhone about 1 month or 2 months ago, sometimes it decides not to charge and then screen frezzes. its a "NEW" iPhone but its giving me problems..

It was not 'as new' there were marks and scratches along the top and along the side. They were small but not as the description suggested.

I think a lack of respect from you to sell locked computers in their advertising when they say that sell unlocked teams, I was sold a locked computer. your company does not have credibility. I will take legal action against you because they did not want hacerce responsible for the situation.
are shameless to say that sell unlocked teams, but in turn they tell me I have to pay them to unlock the computer. nothings are not responsible.

Love my Iphone 5s, the fingerprint scanner is so handy. It is very accurate and quick as well its amazing! I will never switch back to ANY other brand, apple is the way to go. The interface is very appealing and easy to use. Setting up the iphone is also very simple as the instructions on screen are very easy to follow! Love it!

What more is there to say about the iPhone? It's high quality, a comfortable screen size and it just works. Every year is an incremental upgrade to the past, but the consistent quality is what keeps people coming back to the iPhone. The gold color is my favorite as it changes things up from the previous ones I've owned. You'll be happy with your purchase if you are upgrading from older iPhones.
