I just purchased the phone a little bit more than a month. The screen started to have responsive problem. I took it to Apple and they said the screen need to be replaced. The seller advertised it's like a new. What is the new coming from?

Real iphone 5s. Came in factory box sealed up like an apple store would sell it to you. It has some better features than the 4 and is ALOT faster! I like it! I sanded down my old sim card for my 4 and it fit in my 5 (save $10-20 on a sim card at tmobile)

And this is the story. I pay a lot for this phone. Once it delivered i found something that make me surprised. There is no charger, headset even the box i only received a phone in a AMPLOP ! Nevermind. However it is good. I am just disapointed.

The phone is beautiful. However i only had a couple of problems with it. The top left corner is glitchy and there is a red dot on the lcd display when turned on. Other than that the phone is perfect. I would buy from this seller again.

I recently had a Droid phone, and when it started to lose functions and work properly, I got the iPhone 5S. It is a lot different than I had expected.
Cons:
I had expected Siri to be more accurate, even though it is helpful sometimes.
I wish you could have Live Wallpapers
When you set a photo to wallpaper, it zooms in too much on the photo
Screen size- I wish that it was a bit bigger, considering that the Droid MINI has a bigger screen than the iPhone 5S, Apple kinda made a few customers unhappy.
I wish that you could get most of the same apps as you can on Google Play
Pros:
The fingerprint scanner is amazing. But if you don't think that you're gonna use it, just get the 5C for $100 cheaper
The iPhone 5 and 5S can apply to the same case- Something that I really like about it

Ability to connect by iCloud- I can watch TV shows, play movies, or listen to music without downloading it to my iPhone 5S
Slo-Mo Video option, square, and panorama
A7 Chip and Processor- It literally does make it nearly as fast as a computer
And a lot more- Too much to explain
Overall, this is a five star product and I would only recommend this if you care about how fast it is, the fingerprint scanner, slo-mo video, or screen size.
Or, the 5C- Not as fast (but still fairly quick), and the 4-inch display.
If you don't care about any of this, but you still want iOS 7 and siri, or just an iPhone in general (you get the point), you can get the iPhone 4S, with Siri, but not as big of a screen size, for usually less than a dollar with a two year contract.

EXCELLENT PHONE, THE ONLY THING IS IT IS A SPACE GRAY AND NOT A SILVER ONE !!!! Pay attention guys at the color you are advertising. I am already order a second one ( space gray this time ) and I believe I will receive a silver one right ?

The product looks good in appearance basically except a small scratch defect on the top side, but unfortunately I cann't put my China Unicom WCDMA card inside it to use, I bought this unlocked mobile because I don't want to change my phone number and I expected to use the phone in China when I finished my travel in LA. I went to a T-mobile store to ask for help, the staff there told me I need to go to China Unicom to require them change a small SIM card for me when I return to China. So at present I still cannot use the new iphone 5s.

Description was not as advertised, I was sent an an iPhone 5 not 5s and the phone is not new as stated. There are dings all around the housing and a scratch on the back. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Lets make this short and simple. All the other reviews have pros and cons so I want to make this as clear as possible. If you want to compare Android go somewhere else. This is the iPhone 5S and its definitely a worthy purchase just for the mere intuitive interface and simplicity that iOS has. This phone has a 64 bit A7 and M7 coprocessor that makes the phone snappy and such a pleasure to use. This product and any Apple product always has a simplicity that makes it beautiful. The aluminum and glass finish in the back makes the phone feel very VERY high quality. Currently the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have been unveiled but this phone will not stay in back. Its appeal is amazing and the app store contains so many games and exclusives that only iOS has. Its outta this planet!!

This phone is really fast in just about every aspect; downloading, surfing the web, running multiple apps/windows etc. The battery life could be better, but it's already a known fact that apple phones don't have the best battery life. I found this phone to be a bit uncomfortable to hold in my hand without a case so I'd recommend getting a case. Also, using ios8 on this device is currently a bit buggy, some apps haven't upgraded to ios8 so all the apps do not work yet. The camera is great, the audio output is okay, and the call quality is okay as well.
I recommend thoroughly reading the seller's description before ordering. Fortunately for me I got a great deal and it was as described.

I bought an used - like new one. There are little scratch, but I like it very much. I used it for some days, there was not any problem. But the battery cyclecounts are 292 times, very high rate. So 3 stars.

People have difficulty hearing me when I call. I contacted Apple Support who told me the phone needed to be repaired or I could go for their Express Replacement Service (ERS). I opted for ERS and was then told that they would not deal with Guernsey. I gave them a relative's address in England and then they told me that their system would not even allow that as there was an issue with the place the phone was made. I told them that was not my problem but they said they could not fix it. Instead I now have to waste my time taking the phone to an Apple Store in England, which requires an appointment.

I received the item quickly, which was great! There's just a glitch with the messaging, sometimes it freezes and I have to close out the messaging and reopen it. Other than that, the phone has worked well.

Phone arrived and appeared new and in a Sprint iphone box. However, when brought to the Sprint store to activate they advised that it was not a Sprint phone and they would be unable to activate it for service.

The phone arrived as described, was unlocked, and works on the AT&T network (activated with Cricket.) There was a small issue with the previous owner still having it linked to her icloud account, but we resolved that in a couple of days with their helpful and responsive customer service. My fiancé loves the phone, and that's what matters.

The phone was nice, but the used model sent came with a broken proximity sensor and the home button was a little funky. We returned it and went through Verizon for a brand new phone instead.

The shipping was on time. It said it would be here Friday by 8pm I got it Friday at 10am. Took the phone to Verizon to activate it and it works! Very pleased and very pleased with the price I paid for a good phone!

Compared to my older iPhone (the iPhone 4s) this phone is incredible!! The fingerprint scanner works flawlessly (even through my Lifeproof case) the sound quality is amazing, the screen is beautiful, the color of the gold is awesome, the features of iOS8 are incredible, the overall weight and feel of the phone is perfect for me. Now, it doesn't have all the fancy features of some of the Samsung phones, but the features it does have work. All the time. I can't say that about the Samsung Galaxy phones. I am very glad I got this phone. Everyone in my family has this phone, we have all the colors and they are all amazing!

Ordered three of these phones and non of them would connect to Sprint's network. Sprint told me that they were incompatible with their system. They were also not new phones and were refurbished.

Excellent! The iPhone had a small tiny scratch in the back but everything else was exellent condition; all buttons work, camara, wifi, etc. as a bonus it came with a charger, no headphones but that's allrigth. Fast shipping, got a few days early which is really good and the most important thing is that WORKS on metro pcs, I was sketical about this unlocking thing but I'm proof as well my bank account, since I'm saving a lot money this cellphone is going to pay itself in a few months.

i'm moving over from samsung... i can't say it's as user friendly but it does what i need it to do and i do like to dig about and figure out technology so no probs there, plus i will give jack his jacket and state iOS is still a more stable product all around! Not sure what went on with the data cable tho after i used it once the second time i got an "accessory not compatible" message and it refused to recharge the phone, but since i had already gotten extra cables (home, work and car) i didn't make a fuss just switched it...

I got this as used in very good condition from the seller telcodude and it was clearly well taken care of. Every thing this seller described was accurate. It came with AppleCare still on it and worked perfectly. This is a great phone. Easy to use. Has made it so much easier to manage everyday life. Great product from apple. And a great reliable seller.
