I HATE TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE A STAR. FIRST I TRIED EMAILING THEM 5 OR MORE TIMES. NEVER GOT A RESPOND. I FEEL LIKE 240.99 IS A LOT TO BE GIVING SOMEBODY AND I CAN'T CONTACT YOU OR EVEN TRACK MY PACKAGE. PLEASE THE ONLY TIME I HEARD FROM YOU IS WHEN AMAZON HAD TO STEP IN AND REMEMBER THEY KEEP A LOG OF ALL OUR BACK AND FORTH CONVERSATION. I BELIEVE ALL THOSE GOOD RATINGS YOU GOT WAS YOU POSTING IT YOURSELF. DON'T NOBODY HAVE TIME TO BE GOING THROUGH ALL OF THIS BS YOU PUTTING US THROUGH. WE WANT OUR PRODUCT WE PAID YOU FOR. I WOULD NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN. AND I KNOW THE FIRST THING YOU GOING TO SAY IS THAT WE GOT OUR STUFF. NO WE DIDN'T MAYBE WITH THE MONEY YOU TAKING FROM US AND YOU HONEST ABOUT WHAT YOU DOING YOU COULD PAY FOR A FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO TRACK THEIR PACKAGE.

This thing is very easy to carry and can fit in almost any bag I own and carry. It runs very smoothly, and its slightly smaller screen still has that same crystal clear resolution that all iPads have.

I have the full size Ipad. My wife wanted something smaller. I set it up for her. She is really using it and enjoying it unlike the notebook she had bough† for herself a few years ago.

Very poor communication skills. They advertised the ipad mini 32gb for $199.00. I jumped on it only to find that they took my money and emailed me to tell me that it was posted in error and should have said 16gb. They didn't even try to work with me and canceled the order but still took my money. So now I'm out $204.00. I will be filing a complaint with them.

I love my new iPad mini. I was hesitant when trying to purchase a new electronic item. My husband works for a cell phone company and weighed the pros and cons withy me. After taking in consideration the price it was a no brainier. Easy to set up because I already have an iPhone. So everything transferred over. The speed works so good, fluidity of the apps is great (depending on your wifi connection, nothing to do with the iPad), and it fits easy into my diaper bag/purse. Perfect size for an ereader app too!

There are so many things a laptop can do, but laptops are bulky and usually heavy. (ex: can't exactly stuff it into any of my purses)
But with the iPad, I can easily throw it into my purse, just like a book!
However, the iPad can't work exactly how a computer can.
It can't stand up on it's own, it doesn't have a keyboard either. (I'm writing a book) So, if I go to a cafe to work, it's difficult to work with.
I had to copy and paste things I written to other places like my email and that turned out not easy to do either.
I couldn't work with multiple apps at the same time
I couldn't open multiple windows at the same time
if I wanted to listen to music and change to another song on the iPad while I was working on my writing, it would be easier if I was able to use multiple windows, just as if I was working on a real desktop
Though I love my iPad mini, the amount of money I paid for it isn't meeting my expectations

I went from an iPad 2 to this iPad mini and don't regret it one bit! The seller was very timely with shipping and an incredible price. I use this iPad for mostly reading instead of using a Kindle. This iPad is perfect sized, very light and the ultimate reading experience. I also use for web surfing and email and it's excellent for those tasks too. Battery lasts just about all day with fairly frequent use. Favorite part about it is the weight and ease of holding while I'm reading.

The iPad has off-loaded my laptop from a lot of the reading I do on the Internet. The size is very convenient and portable and the abundance of apps is overwhelming. I was concerned about the distributor for the iPad, but it came on time and in the original packaging and warranty and I had no issues registering it.

The product did receive on time but it was defective did not turn on charged with several different chargers including the one it came with be careful on profits that say open box it was retired for a reason

Both of my children have high functioning ASD. I have been looking for educational tools to help them learn and function better as well as make their lives a little bit easier. I have tried puzzles, leapfrog, vetch products and even a different off name tablet (which was a complete nightmare). I always wanted to stay clear of apple products because I know of many friends that had to Jailbreak their iPhones to get around Apples strict restrictions (not to mention price); so the ipad was my last resort. After my children's schools sent home numerous reports on how well my children were working with the ipad, as well as their occupational and speech therapists strongly suggesting apps that could only be found on the apple store I broke down and bought the ipad mini. I am very glad I did! Not only did I find great apps for them that they love, I found several for myself that has made biology class a breeze. I'm a bit disappointed that I couldn't get the blue tooth to work with my Android cell phone (another one of Apples restrictions I assume) but In my case I didn't buy this product for the blue tooth or its communication features. I bought this product as a learning tool and it has done the job. :)

Upon delivery of the device everything was working great. About a week after I had the device I realized it was having issues with the headphone port. I didn't think much of it since it was only a week old and I figured I could just get it replaced easily. When I submit for exchange I realize I have to pay for the device to be shipped off back to them as well as a 15% restocking fee. In all of my years of ordering things through the internet I had never before been charged for returning a faulty device. It wasn't my fault that they sent me a faulty device and I was baffled I had to pay for them to give me another one.
Once my replacement iPad Mini is delivered I will most likely make sure that I never order from this seller again.

This is a phenomenal product! I've had other brand name tablets that just don't perform as seamlessly as the iPad. The mini is the perfect size for home use and on the go. In addition, the apps on the mini sync with my iPhone. I purchased this from an Amazon seller and had a wonderful experience. Great follow-up and fantastic customer service.

I bought a 16GB iPad about a year ago (not Amazon). Loved it. Used it every day. Husband thought he might like one, so I gave mine to him and bought this 64GB one for me. His choice. He didn't think he'd use it as much as I do. His mistake. But I'm not trading with him.

I purchased the iPad Mini for myself for relatively light gaming, and school purposes as I am a college student. I have to say, I am very pleased with this product as it is perfect for a student who is constantly on the go, like myself. It’s thin, light weight, and very portable. It fits perfectly in my purse (even with a Defender Series Otterbox on it) and keeps its charge through my school day MUCH better than my laptop!
The only minor drawback is, if you’re like me and have an iPhone, you’re going to see a noticeable difference in the crispness of the display. I never had a regular sized iPad, but from what I understand, the reason the images aren’t as perfect is because the iPad Mini doesn’t have the retina display. Again, to me this was a really minor drawback, and it doesn’t change my 5 star rating. I also had a strange problem getting my iPad Mini to connect to my Apple iTunes account so I could use iMessage and FaceTime. The problem somehow solved itself about 24 hours after activating it… Not sure what the problem was, but it hasn’t been an issue since.
I also just updated it with the new iOS 7 software, and it looks and operates perfectly! No glitches so far, and it’s looking like there won’t be any!
I would definitely recommend this product to college students who - like me - are tired of carting around their laptops, only to have the battery die in the middle of class!

We really like this. Not too small just right. Just wish I could get some of the apps that are made for Android, have not been able to find them for IPAD
