I was not sure when and if I would get an iPad. My wife really wanted one, so I got one for her and another for myself. She is a raving lunatic and cannot stay off the darn thing. She has cleared game levels she has been stuck on when using her computer. Must be the iPad. Great item. Great joy.

This product is incredible item, i love it. I do not know how it works in the future, but it works so well now. It connects to the web as quick as lightning.After using for few months, the iPad is still working well, but the home charger had the problem. After 30 or 45 minutes, the charger was very hot, I must unplug it and wait until it was cool down and plug in again. It took so long for fully charge on my iPad.

Apple is excellent bridge to from pre-school ages to formal schooling. There are hundreds of apps for use with the Ipad which help teach pre-shoolers. Great product. Great potential.

This is the 3rd iPad I've owned and it performs much better than previous versions. The retina display makes reading so much easier on the eyes. The clarity is remarkable. The processor also seems to be improved as the transitioning between apps is now quicker.

I am very happy and excited with this purchase, I really enjoy using this item and do almost on a daily basis. The only issue is that I need more memory to store videos and pictures on it, but I have options to take care of that problem by storing software on my computer and laptop so I only keep the most recent items stored on my iPad. Over all it's a great product and really, really enjoy having it.

How to rate an iPad? It has disadvantages, but ore advantages from my point of view. I tried another tablet before, which was broken 3 days after purchasing. Since then, I have it clear, there is no better tablet in the market right now, from the HW point of view. I missed the simplicity of using Android, above all everything related to files management (I do not like iTunes)

I was looking for a replacement for the 2 year old original iPad and looked at a number of Android tablets as well as Windows 8 tablets. In the end decided to go with iPad 4 and feel it was a good decision. The screen is amazing, the overall experience with the device is much improved compared to the original iPad. Transferring content and apps from the old device to the new one was painless, everything transferred perfectly except for one odd weather app which had to be reinstalled.

I am so glad I bought this IPAD. My first Ipad. I have a Kindle Fire and was considering the new Kindle Fire HD. After reviewing for several days I decided on this IPAD 4. I really love it. It is fast...in an area where we still have slow computer speed. I never used my Kindle for web browsing, it was just too slow. I use the Apple Ipad to search the web daily. Friends have told me they stop using their pc's but I don't think I will be able to give up my desktop. However, I love this Ipad and use it daily. It is just the right size for me; bright enough I can "see" it.

It worked properly at first then started to give blue screen and wasn't responding for dozens of time finally It is now broken down not responding not charging, it's a rubbish I don't recommend it all

The speaker is on the back! To listen, one needs to turn the unit around loosing the video. Ultra dumb design. Speaker should broadcast towards front. Apple sacrificed beauty (?) for sense. Wake up Apple and hear the roses.Otherwise very nice unit with typical apple quality. Siri is way cool.

For Apple fans, the iPad is a no brainer. My wife had to give up here iphone so this was not just a replacement but an improvement for her. Apple knows how to make a quality product and please its fanbase like few companies do.

The Apple " i,Pad" performed as promised. The situation here is that the project was for a cliernt for which we were going to use it it did not come throughWe were disappointed (Upset!) as the contract was quite large.. I see no replacement in the next half year.at the soonest. So have returned both units to Amazon for refund.Another surprise when two packages arrived not just the one I thought I had ordered. I am a computer "Luddite" So I may have screwed up. and ordered second one from Amazon. I returned both machine on the same UPS bill also. Both machines were in "mint condition" when picked up by our local UPS. When another project comes our way we will purchase from Amazon. You have met our expectations and given very good Customer Service.Regrets, Norman H. Carter

I purchased this IPad to give to my wife as a gift a year ago. She uses it endlessly for anything and everything. Her laptop gets very little use anymore. The screen is a bit fragile, and Apple wants an arm and a leg to replace the glass if it breaks. A high quality case is a wise investment, not only for ease of use, but for protection from breakage. These things are expensive, but well worth the money if you use a computer much or require portability. No more laptops on vacation!
