Wow! That was fast!It works, it really works! I'm amazed at how intuitive it is. I'm what is politely (impolitely) known as an old codger, yet after having it for 2 hours I'm sailing through it and thinking of more and more things I can do with it. Grocery lists, to do lists, books I want to read, appointments,take it on trips to check out hotels, restaurants, things to see; check the weather, road conditions, have email with me at all times...Before I ordered it I borrowed "iPad the missing manual" by J D Biersdorfer from the public library - great help.So far I'm very very happy with my purchase and grinning from ear to ear.

Every product apple makes amazes me a little more than the one before it! I have the iPhone 5, a macbook pro, a desktop Mac, about 20 ipods and now this. It just keeps getting better and better!

I have owned and purchased the iPad1,2,3, Samsung Tab, and a Kindle Fire. After having spent over 20 years working for two large major computer companies, I have to say that Apple set the standard with the iPad3. What won me over with Apple is the fit and finish, quality, ease of use and battery life! Of all the devices listed above, the iPad3 is the one I am using on a daily basis. It is probably the first thing I reach for and the last thing I put down before going to bed. The things that I am most amazed about it are the crisp display, the battery life, and the speed when browsing. Biggest thing I wish Apple would do is to allow flash to be played on its products....it would be perfect beside that one "flaw."

I love my iPad, it doesn't matter where I am at I have access to the internet, facebook, can download my kindle books on it, play games, it is endless as to what you can do. You do not have to be hooked up to a computer in order to use it. You can take it everywhere with you and it is very light. I do recommend a cover for it and a touch pen which will help protect the iPad from scratches and fingerprints.

Item came very quickly. I am loving using my ipad 3 4G LTE by verizion. I would like to caution those of you thinking about buying an "AT&T Ipad" -Don't! -Because they do not allow you to use the ipad as a mobile hotspot (meaning to allow you to connect your wifi enabled devices such as a computer, laptop and ect... to the ipad so that the devices get internet) -The verizion ipad allows you to use it as a mobile hotspot. I have AT&T as my wireless phone carrier but I use Verizion for my ipad! -Its so worth it!

It does its job and keeps me in touch with different networks. It is a Mac so of course there are many things not compatible with PC software. Other than that it's fine

I doubt there are many who have picked up an iPad while sitting on a friend's or family member's couch and didn't want their own. I'm not an Apple disciple but it's hard not to love this product's functionality and ease of use.PS. Yes you can purchase a genuine iPad from Amazon vendors (I had my doubts too).

I have owned iPhones for a few years now, and this is my first iPad. I love it! My only complaint is the typing-- iPhones and I guess iPads too don't like my fingers too much but I may purchase an external keyboard soon. It is fast, has Siri (with the newest software update), excellent voice recognition, excellent camera, etc. I have been playing around with the included photo booth and the iPad3 is by far my newest and most fun toy!

Even the iPad is a great device, the apple app store dosn't describe well the applications. For example, I have paid 20 dollars looking for microsoft office app; when I'm going to use it, the 20 dollars' app is really a tutorial to supposedly become an office expert. It was really frustanting. Plus, in order to transer files from my desktop to my iPad, I was charged for another 20 dollars thanks to iTunes download (on my desktop), price that never was ask to my beacuse it said it was free.To sum up, iPad is a great device, but the app store is frustating.

The product itself is fine but as I ordered a black one I expected a black one. Only the face is black, the case behind is silver/aluminium colour and gives off reflections which I was trying to avoid.

I waited a long time to get a tablet, thinking it was silly to have a tablet, smart phone, and laptop. But, I love this iPad. It's easy and enjoyable to use and the image quality and colors are beautiful. I find it fills a gap between my laptop and iPhone that I didn't know was there.

I intentionally did not order the iPad 2 because I wanted the latest and greatest. I came to find out that a newer version (with the lightning connector) was available but that is not what I got. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed.

I love this I pad and the price was great,my daughter wanted an I pad to take with her to school,money was tight so I looked at my options and amazon was the best choice,I saved about 300.00 and got the special finanacing.so we bought it ,theipad was a store return ,came with warranty,case,screen protector,car charger,and headphones,much to my surprise was in pristine condition Amazon is the best place for great deals.thanks amazon

I just got my ipad 4 for my bday and love it! The color is great and so easy to use. The camera features are nice. This is my first ipad and i can't seem to put it down!
