Великолепно
Excellent piece of kit, I borrowed a friends one a year ago and I was suitably impressed, freshens and cleans carpet nicely.....None of these machines work miracles though (and it is unrealistic to expect them to) bad marks will need spot cleaning first

Quite cumbersome as an everyday vacuum cleaner, but it does have a good suction. The carpet washer works well.

A very good carpet cleaner, Tough and easy to use. Better than previous models I have owned in the fact that there seem to be fewer parts that will wear or break easily. The carpet shampoo head works very well and is very easy to push about but the furniture shampoo head is not quite as good.

Will not buy again. This product doesn't do what it claims. I bought with high expectation but was discouraged when it couldn't wash my carpet, I settled for using it as a hover but broke as well. Amazon won't repair or refund

Problem One:
One star is definitely one too many...Actually is not a matter of hating the product as the clicking of the one star option suggests, it actually did the job, not brilliantly amazing to deserve 5 stars, I would have given it a 3 star max for performance, but good enough while it worked which was not very long, after third use within a three days period it developed an electrical fault. There was an big spark and a very loud bang from the motor as I was using it and a very strong smell of burning coming from the machine. It really did frighten the life out of my friend and I.
I feel that this product is extremely unsafe when used as a carpet cleaner as it does not appear to be adequately insulated nor sufficiently isolated from the clean water tank, I was certainly not misusing the machine, I'd read and followed all the safety instructions, I do feel that this is a serious safety issue and I would advice anyone intending to buy this product to reconsider, I have learnt my lesson well and from now on I do not think I will be buying certain products online I will want to physically see the product so I can avoid bad and unsafe design issues in the future, and also...read below....
Problem Two:
I bought reusable bags for this machine also from Amazon, as I am returning the machine I will not longer have any use for these bags, I do not think I will be buying any other Vax Multi...any time soon, but Amazon is charging me over

Very pleased. Had a mssing part, and between Amazon and VAX sorted it quickly and effectively. Cleaned the carpets that needed to be cleaned. Thanks!!

good cleaner but the small shampoo head is much more effective large shampoo head has no brush so it just about works

I bought a used one for a small reduction. Ad. said it was packaging damage when it arrived there were parts missing and dented suction pipes.

I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be a bit fiddly and difficult to use but was simple and easy to use. Easy to switch from dry to wet. It also does a great job with the carpet cleaning you can even see the dirty going into the machine and you can also see great results after. And at such a good price as well. Love it.

Great hoover. It is good to wash the upholstery, carpets and car interior. Much cheaper than newer version which is literally the same.

excellent suction but fades a little. Nevertheless lovely strong vacuum, and has a big filter much better than a vacuum bought for 3 times this price (miele) . The reason I gave it four star is that it does not have a button to take in the long plug lead, which is a shame as it is rather a large vacuum and this could have been put into the design. You have to wind it round the top handle.

Works okay, but is made of thinner plastic than the original, so forget about using the nozzle on its own on stairs for example - it will quickly wear down

Attachments aren't really long lasting and now the hose keeps coming away from the base. Not really built to last.

I'm getting through a lot of Vax consumables & spares at the moment as many jobs on the house mean my Vax is working double time. So I need good value reliable spares and these fit the bill perfectly.

We bought this to 'save' our upright vacuum cleaner from being trundled out onto the drive to clean the car. We now use the Vax for nearly everything, especially the stairs. Im planning to try the carpet washing very soon

This was a replacement unit because the last one broke but I love my VAX gets the job done every time and when I wash my carpets I use 1001 and the 2 combines are perfect make my stinky carpet look brand new

It's a painful and cumbersome process to use the product. So many attachments/fittings/ modifications to be done when switching from vacuum to carpet washer. Also, many other drawbacks such as it consumes the water during carpet wash, all too quick. And an annoying foot pedal to be pressed upon if you wish you suck the water back from the carpet, which is very inconvenient to use. Only one positive point is that the vacuum cleaner is powerful enough. But considering the size & weight of the thing, I think it's a given! All in all, a really bad product and I totally hate it :( It's so bad, they won't even take it back!

Amazing! We had an old vax for about 18 years and although it was still going, it had had several repairs and was getting a bit battered! This new one is even better! I love it.
