The wet wash parts are easy to set up and it does a good job of catching dust that a dry vacuum can't get. The main lead is really long and the vacuum tube is as well which makes it convenient to use. The motor is powerful so it cleans very well. The only negative point is that it is quite loud so I wear earplugs when I use it.

Having purchased one of these previously I found that they do a good job. A little heavy up and down the stairs and a bit fiddly to set up as a washer but I found them to be far better than an upright carpet washer that we own. This model has been going for some time so it must be doing something right. Bought at the best price from Amazon, ordered on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday, great service.

I find this to be one of the best products in the market, it fits in my cupboard, it is bright, cleans really well, easy to wash, light, long cord, no fiddly parts, easy to operate, simple, straight forward, minimum functions in a good way. Love it!

this is an amazing machine ive had one for twenty years now and it works as good as the day i bought it. it has been knocked about and worked to death but it keeps on going i still have the original cloth bag and it still holds the muck ive washed carpets numerous times sucked up gallons of water i cant think of all the jobs its done this vacuum is an amazing tool my son has now commandered it for his partner as she is constantly breaking all sorts of different vacuums so i ve ordered another new one for me it arrived today although its looks have been slightly updated it doesnt surprise me that its still as good it has really good suction and pulls in all the dirt i shall now get round to a shampoo of all the carpets with this new one and have no doubt it will be as good as the last machine and on the law of averages if this works as good as my other 20 year old machine i will be 80 when this one gets to 20 so at this price thats about

Arrived quickly and worked well at first during the second use the water in the machine went into it's mechanism had to discontinue use immediately when I phoned Vax to get them to take back the product considering it was less than a week old they refused and told me I was lying, I ended up phoning amazon who said they would pick the product back and give me a full refund, both of which vax never offered me... I will never buy another vax product again.

Machine arrived ahead of expected date. Put to use straightaway and found to be superb. Effective at upholstery cleaning in cars and lorries, very good, would recommend.

I have read a lot of reviews about this product and finally purchased it. But after using it a few times I realized it is not really that good.
1) the plastic attachments come off every now and then whilst cleaning
2) the dust bag doesn't get firmly attached
3) cleaning is not that great even after washing the carpet couple of times
4) so finally ended up selling it on gumtree

Fantastic. Very easy to assemble for both wet and dry cleaning. Suction is very good and leaves floors looking refreshed.As a carpet and upholstery cleaner..very easy to use and does a very deep clean. Highly recommended.

Bought this to replace an old upright Bissell carpet cleaner. Considering the price it is an amazing device - bit more 'fiddly' than an upright cleaner but not no more difficult to use, lighter by far, and most importantly it cleans much better.
We have had several patches on our carpets since the children were very small and at last this machine has brought the carpet back to new and removed them.
We are very impressed with this device and would recommend it to anyone - definitely as good as an upright cleaner at a third of the price.

This Vax was bought to replace a previous Vax which has been relegated to cleaning a large pond. Whether indoors or, outdoors the Vax works hard and never lets you down. Great value.

i would recommend this product to friends and neighbours, it does a brilliant job without soaking the carpets a fantatic product, the item i bought was replacing one i bought more than ten years ago.

We bought this, and it arrived quickly, It is a very robust hoover, and performs very well.
The only downside is it is noisy as a vacuum, and very noisy as a washer, so loses a star here.
I use it in the garage for cars, so its not a major problem

I bought this for the carpet washer aspect of this product. Always thought our carpets were pretty clean despite being down for 7 years and having never been washed. Couldn't believe the colour of the water after I cleaned the carpet! Apparently they weren't as clean as I'd thought! Great that the product included free cleaning liquid. Can't comment on the vacuum part as I already have a good vacuum so probably won't be using it for that very much. Handy to have it as a spare though, should anything go wrong with the one I use.

A high quality Vax which I have now been using for a couple of months. It is reliable and very powerful. The cleaning aspect of it I find is not that good, it is best to use some Fairy liquid instead of the Vax cleaner.

I purchased the Vax 3 in 1 Multivax Dry Vacuum and Carpet Washer, for use in the Garage. I have used it to hoover out the cars and dry debris caused by DIY activity in the Garage. I was pleasantly surprised at the power and suction of the electric motor. It was easy to fit together following the detailed instruction. Have yet to use it as a carpet washer, but very pleased with the performance this far. Delivery was prompt and it does come with a 12 month warranty.

This is the third Vax that I have had, I stay with Vax machines because they do what they say they do, are robust and keep going and being on my third one in twenty years is not bad.
Good points - A usefully long power lead that allows use of the machine throughout the house without
having to go back and forward changing power points.
Likewise a decent length vacuum hose.
Good strong suction.
Effective wet cleaning.
Dust bags that don't clog up and need emptying ever five minutes unlike some of
the 'cyclone' machines on the market.
Very robust and well made with excellent tools.
Bad points - No 'onboard' strorage for tools.
No auto rewind for power cable (but motor housing allows chord to be wrapped around
it to keep it tidy).
Not that quiet.
Bulky.

Bought this to get rid of carpet stains. A bit fiddle at first but now I've got the hang of it I can shampoo the carpets and have them clean and fresh whenever I like. I am very impressed as it does a better job than the machine I hired before.

Does what it says on the tin. I have had a vac before so returned to what I trusted. Never been let down by them yet.
