I'm using this in a brand new Nokia D3200 dSLR camera, and have the settings on LARGE images, which tend to be 6-7 MB per image. That being said, I'm able to take snapshots every second, with only minimal delay (the delay is due to charging capacitor to shoot the flash bulb, not the memory). I can also record 1080P video with no choppiness or other issues.Transcend is an excellent manufacturer of memory, and has a large number of industrial and commercial customers, such as hospital equipment manufacturers and electric utility customers. The reason industrial and large commercial customers use Transcend is due to the high quality and reliability found in their memory products, when critical components can't fail (think of life support systems or systems that reside at subzero temperatures (ice monitors in arctic areas, for instance)).I'd highly recommend Transcend memory for all use, not just 'critical use'.

Great speeds - using it for my semi-DSLR camera. But not worth buying if price > $12. You might wait for some offer on some other card.

This is a great card that compliments any prosumer camera. I received the card on time and never hard any issues using it in my Nikon D7000. No dropped frames in continues shooting. It handles HD video recording amazingly well.

I just copied my first items to my computer.13 (jpeg, NEF, Mov) items 0f about 750MBaverage speed was over 100MBps......yes 100 megabytes per second.i used a usb 3 card reader from amazonthis is way faster than my 32gb sandisk extreme UHS-1 which says 45MBps and gives about 50MBpsdont know about durability, but my previous sandisk 32gb extreme with 30MBps went bad.

I purchased the Transcend class 10 UHS-1 card because it was stated to be almost as fast as the San Disk but a lot less costly and well rated by reviews elsewhere. The card lives up to its reputation. It is fast and works well. I haven't done any speed test but it clears the camera's buffer quickly and has been reliable. I will buy more and highly recommend them.

I shoot video on my Canon T2i and needed a card that could get me the most out of the Magic Lantern bit-rate hack and I've managed 102 mbps at times on this card. T2i doesn't support the UHS-I stuff, so I haven't tested that, but it's a fast card and works great!

A few years back I was looking for an SD card for my Canon HD camcorder, and decided to go with Transcend because it was the least expensive. It turned out also to be very reliable. I'm still using the same card in the same camcorder, and have never had any problems with it. Since then I've purchased several Transcend cards for other devices, such as a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 and a Drift HD170 Stealth Action Camera, and, again, I've never had any problems. This newest high speed class 10 card is faster than any of the cards I've had, and quite affordable. On my Lumix I can capture over 700 Raw photographs with the card, and the only time lag is in the camera itself. I've used it for a few weeks now and it works great. I'm very happy with this card. (I'll update if, later on, I have any problems with it.)

From the outset, the card worked perfectly. Since getting my new camera (Nikon D800) it has worked very well as expected from the company. I would not hesitate buying another one if I ever needed it.

What are you really looking for with a memory card? You want to have good capacity, stable, and have a decent speed. This 16 GB Transcend fits the bill. We tried it for computer storage, media store, my wife's Nikon D80 SLR, and even digital picture frames. We never ran across an issue.

Way faster than the Sandisk when it comes to read/write speeds. Doesn't hurt that it is a few dollars less expensive either. I have a few Transcend Class 10 cards as well and have not had any problems.

I go through these like candy, like M&M - Milk Chocolate, 56 oz bag. Wow, that's a big bag . . . Take awhile to get through it!And I don't eat candy. INstead I take a WHOLE lot of tourist shots with my great and perfect Canon EOS Rebel T3 12.2 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera and DIGIC 4 Imaging (Body) in Ciudad Jaurez in MExico, and then load them up on flickrSo I go through a lot of these.I have used a lot of brands, whatever is available in stores locally and a LOT ordered off of amazon, a regular standing order pretty much.THis is a good brand too.GEts her done.THe 8GB size is pretty much the outer limit for what I do; anything bigger would be too big and maybe the camera would not see it anyway.SO, yeah, need a SDHC chip?Can't go wrong with this one!

This card, and other Transcend cards that I have had, are great -- very reliable. And this specific card is very fast -- much faster than a typical class 10 card. I haven't done any speed tests, but I am very happy with the card.I have had no problems with Transcend cards, but I have had problems with other brands. SanDisk and Transcend are the only two brands that I will buy.

It does what I need it to do which is function was an overflow to my hard drive. It will come in handy, too, if I need to take pictures with the digital camera.
