I purchased the Transcend class 10 UHS-1 card because it was stated to be almost as fast as the San Disk but a lot less costly and well rated by reviews elsewhere. The card lives up to its reputation. It is fast and works well. I haven't done any speed test but it clears the camera's buffer quickly and has been reliable. I will buy more and highly recommend them.

This is a sleeper in the SD card category. I haven't found a card yet with these specs in this price range. I bought a second one.

I shoot video on my Canon T2i and needed a card that could get me the most out of the Magic Lantern bit-rate hack and I've managed 102 mbps at times on this card. T2i doesn't support the UHS-I stuff, so I haven't tested that, but it's a fast card and works great!

A few years back I was looking for an SD card for my Canon HD camcorder, and decided to go with Transcend because it was the least expensive. It turned out also to be very reliable. I'm still using the same card in the same camcorder, and have never had any problems with it. Since then I've purchased several Transcend cards for other devices, such as a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5 and a Drift HD170 Stealth Action Camera, and, again, I've never had any problems. This newest high speed class 10 card is faster than any of the cards I've had, and quite affordable. On my Lumix I can capture over 700 Raw photographs with the card, and the only time lag is in the camera itself. I've used it for a few weeks now and it works great. I'm very happy with this card. (I'll update if, later on, I have any problems with it.)

From the outset, the card worked perfectly. Since getting my new camera (Nikon D800) it has worked very well as expected from the company. I would not hesitate buying another one if I ever needed it.

Ordered two of these cards for my newly purchased Nikon D7000 to supplement a pair of 8Gb cards already in hand for an upcoming trip abroad.The cards were put to use in the D7000, configured in the mode that writes the image file to the first card and immediately a second copy to the other card. I returned recently from a trip abroad with 1000+ images on these cards with no mishap. Operations is snappy: there is little, if no, delay when shooting.Highly recommended!
