After a few days of use, they stopped working and make my T.V. make a weird buzzing noise when I plug it into my Wii to T.V.

The Nintendo Wii is a very fun console, plus it's cheaper than the PS3 and 360. The games are also cheaper. The graphics aren't as good as the other consoles, but they're still pretty good. What makes the Wii so fun, besides the large number of fun games you can play, is the motion. Some games don't make very good use of the motion, but some games are just so much different than games in the past. The "Super Mario Galaxy" games are great to play to see what you can do with motion. "Okami" is another great game where you use the Wii remote to draw, and "Metroid Prime 3" makes you feel like you're really in the game the way both the remote and nunchuk is used. Not only are there a lot of fun Wii games, but the Wii can play GameCube games and also can download Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, and I think Sega games, as well. It can't get all of the games, I think, but it probably can get the main ones, at least. The Wii can also get Netflix, which is convenient.
The controllers are wireless, of course, and have sound, too, which I think isn't necessary and probably makes the batteries go out faster. The batteries last about a month for me, but it could be more or less depending on how much you play. Some games are played with just the remote and some are played with the remote and the nunchuk, which I think is fun because it makes the games even more different from each other. You alo can save your Wii games to the Wii, so you don't need a memory card. (You do still need a GameCube memory card to play GameCube games and an SD card for the downloaded games and for extra storage, though so far, the Wii has had enough storage for all my games.)
Now you may have heard about all the people that have thrown the remote into the TV screen and wonder how likely this is to happen to you. This isn't really that likely if you wear the wrist strap and don't go insane with the remote. I've never gotten close to this happening (I rarely ever swing in the TV's direction anyway, unless you're playing tennis or something), so if you're concerned about losing your grip on the remote and cracking your TV screen, don't worry. Just be careful.
Anyway, to summarize, the Wii is a very fun console. There are just so many fun games you can get, even for the older consoles, and the motion makes it even better. Great product, I love to play with my friends, I enjoy playing wii sports and wii sports resort. Really fun games and the console is a great product with a great price.

We got this game for our 4 yr old son. He loves Batman 1 so we figures Batman 2 would be a good one to get. Wow, were we wrong! Batman 2 is much harder then the first one. There is not much explanation as to where you are and what you are suppose to do. It is also much darker then the first game, much to our disappointment. The camera angles make it difficult to see what you are doing and game play seems choppy at times. It does offer more suits, characters, and vehicles to choose from. If I was got this for an adult it would be a good challenging game, but for kids, LEGO could have done much better.

The game is not the greatest in the lego series (that prize goes to the Star Wars saga). A major problem with this game, though, is that the programming is so complex that many times the graphics don't render and you can't find the objective you're looking for. For example, when wandering around Gotham, you need to acquire vehicles but they often didn't display. The vehicle races were also very difficult because the graphics wouldn't respond quick enough.

Until I got this cable I didn't realize that our Wii _could_ look better on our HD TV. The difference is very noticeable! We watch Netflix all the time and the improvement there is really impressive, it is not true HD, but it looks much better than it did with the standard cables. If you have a Wii and an HD TV, I highly recommend.

You won't see a huge difference in the picture quality but it is noticeable. It's good for the price and I'm happy with my purchase.

This new product from Nintendo is a lot of fun. In the box it comes with everything you need, including an hdmi cable (surprisingly). One thing to note is that you do need 2 outlets, one for the Wii U and one for the Wii U GamePad charger. Setup is rather straight forward. Once you turn it on it explains everything step by step and is all done on the GamePad. The Wii U GamePad feels great in your hand, and is a lot lighter than I expected. All the buttons are well placed and in comfortable positions. During the setup I did have an update available that took quite a long time, but you can download it in the background instead of waiting. Here is how. [...]. After the setup it is all fun from there. Numerous Apps are already on the system i.e YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video. They all needed updates when I went to open them though, taking a couple minutes each. Some apps in my opinion could be a bit more intuitive. The YouTube app is a prime example. but it gets the job done none the less and I can only imagine it will improve over time. The TV remote functionality built into the GamePad is awesome. I set it up and it controls my cablebox and TV and was simple to setup. All in all the system is unique and a lot of fun. I think all ages can have fun with this product, and I hope you have fun to. This is exactly the cable I needed when we upgraded to a new LCD HD television. The graphics from the Wii have never looked better!

After hooking up the component cables for the Wii you will need to go into screen options and choose 480p. The colors seem a bit richer and deeper with these cables. They are worth the money in my opinion.

We absolutely love lego collection of games. Graphics are awesome and its very challenging to go from one stage to another. To tell you the truth I have had it for a while and I am still not finished. Hours and hours of fun and every game seems to bring more challenges. Not to mention creative stories and cartoons between every game. Very much worth every penny and not only fun for kids but adults too.

I played Wii Sports for about an hour and turned off the console to do some homework. When I finished the homework about 45 min. after turning off the console my roomate and I decided to play Wii bowling. I turned on the console and the start screen came up as usual. When i selected the disc it began as if it were reading the disc and about to start up. However, about 20sec later a black screen with white text came up reading there was an error with the disc reader. After unplugging, resetting, turning off for 5 min, taking the disc out, etc. I tied a differnt disc. Same error. I called Nintendo and they said they would send me a new Wii Sports, but i told them i had tried other games and it didnt work. I did not see the point in having them send me another Wii Sports. Long story short. I enjoyed this $90 game system for exactly an hour before it crapped out. Much to my dismay It still doesn't work.

These controllers go through heck at my house between play dates and neighbors...the value of this bundle is incredible; I purchased 3 or 4 of them and they are still going strong, several months later.

Wanted to stream Netflix to hd television that only had component inputs. Huge difference in brightness and clarity. Now it's not 1080p but it's way better than the composite (yellow, red, white) cable that comes with the wii.

I haven't owned a recent system since the DS lite and the PS2. So I'm loving my Wii. The possibilities seem endless. Surf the web with my wifi, download applications and games to play from online stores like apps on my phone, built in motion sensors for engaging play, and lots of games to try out on my own or with a group. It may not be the most modern system out there now, but I'm having a good time.

Good product and quickly shipped. I purchased it to connect a Wii to my Sony Bravia TV so that I could get better color when using the Wii as an internet connection device. Previously, I used the standard Wii yellow/red/white cable. It's been in use now for about a month and was worth the buy. Netflix movies do look better so I'm happy with this cable. The Bravia immediatly recognized the connection and showed it a "component" device in the Input selection screen so I had no special set-up tasks to do. Well worth the small cost.

Nintendo dropped the price of their console to $149.99. The previous console package included Wii Sports and Sports Resort, and these have been replaced with Mario Kart and a Wii Wheel. Nintendo also rolled out a line of popular titles for $19.99. The titles include Nintendo Selects: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Nintendo Selects: Animal Crossing: City Folk,Nintendo Selects: Mario Super Sluggers and Nintendo Selects: Wii Sports. All of these titles are very good.This happened on May 15th. The question is, all three systems are out and have motion-based gaming. Which console is best to purchase now?I say Nintendo is an amazing system and still a notch above the rest, especially given the price drop.Why? One reason is games. Nintendo has games that appeal to children, teens and even older folks (I'll get into that later). I have an Xbox 360 and PS3, but I find myself playing Wii more. Why you ask? I love my Xbox 360 for Halo/Modern Warfare and other FPS games. That said, when playing games with a group, Wii wins hands down. From racing Mario, Luigi and friends in Mario Kart to battling with Marth and Link in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Nintendo has cornered the market on group-friendly games. Plus, Nintendo has many of the same FPS like Call of Duty: Black Ops geared towards older gamers that the PS3 and 360 have. To top it off, Nintendo has accessories like the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board that not only integrate gaming and exercise, but make it fun and user-friendly from 5 years of age on up.Side-story: I bought the Wii for my parents who are in their early 50s. They thought it was a gag gift. A few days after I bought the gift I got a call, "You're father and I have taken up tennis and we love it!" I thought she was referring to playing tennis with a physical racket, they were referring to Wii Sports.Who has the best motion-based system? Nintendo's revolutionary motion-based gaming was first to market. Now 360 and PS3 have motion-based gaming as well. All are impressive, especially the Kinect for 360. However, neither the 360 nor PS3 have a great number of games that use their motion-sensor equipment. Nintendo on the other hand has been out for years and has a huge number of games that are motion-based. Buy Nintendo for an established motion-based gaming library.Graphics? PS3 and 360 win this hands down. Wii graphics are not superior to the 360 and the PS3. However, a visually beautiful/realistic game does not equate to being a fun game. When you are racing at top speed in Mario Kart, you are not paying attention to how realistic the environment is on the side of the road, you are trying to shoot your opponent off the road. Fun games make you pay attention to gameplay, not graphics and Wii does this.Nintendo is a great system and at $149.99, this is a great entry point. Be sure to buy an additional Official Nintendo Wii Wheel (Mario Kart for 1 isn't as much fun without two players). You'll also want to buy another Wii Remote Plus - Black and Wii Nunchuk Controller - Black controller. The system only comes with one set in the box. Take a look at the titles that were reduced to $19.99. You can't go wrong with any of these games.Hope this was helpful, have fun gaming!

This Product was received a week after the order and a week ahead of estimated time.
This product was described as used and normal wear and scratches. However it looks and works like new. I did not see any wear on this at all. AWESOME!!
