Cables are perfect, cheap, and plenty of length depending on your configuration. My TV uses one cable to handle component and RCA. I had to toggle my TV to use component. Also, do not forget to toggle Nintendo Wii settings to 480p (EDTV and HDTV).

Perfect, arrived in three days. I would just like to point out that if your TV auto-adjusts do not forget to set it to full mode so you don't have a square image.

Works well. I needed it for a tv that only had one composite input, so this frees up the composite input for the dvd player. good price no problems

I needed this because the flat panel TV I was attempting to connect the Wii to only had component inputs. After ordering, the cable arrived quickly, fit the equipment perfectly, and the results were just what was needed. Purchase with confidence.

It does not work, keeps telling me it cannot read disc. I was not aware I would need an sd card to get the disc to play. And of course it does not come with one, and there is nothing in any of the paper work stating which one to get. Not everyone in this day and age is tech savy. I am very disappointed, and would have given the rating a zero if it were possible. I paid $118 for a box. I work during the day so it is not like I can sit on the phone while someone explains it to me. I hope in the future others are not disappointed by your shady practices. You just sell damaged goods, with incomplete instructions on how to use and obtain needed materials.

This is an inexpensive product and it definitely and noticeably improved the picture quality from my Wii. Wii doesn't support full HD, but this seems to max out the device's capability.

Cheap but worked perfectly. Build quality is good and the signal to the TV was clear. Super fast shipping too. At about $5 including postage this was a great deal.

Bought this for parents when they went from projection HD to LED TV.

Parents use Wii for exercise and a little fun and they needed the HDTV connectors when getting an HDTV for the first time last month. Perfect for that and they're happy.

They took away the backwards compatibility for gamecube, and it has no ports for gamecube controllers. Also does not come with a stand so you can place it sideways.

I absolutely love the console, cause of the color! But I really didn't need the Skylanders Giants starter pack. Luckily a cousin of mine wanted it. Why can't this console be sold separately for those people that just want a Wii that's blue? Or any other color?

It worked well with my Elgato Game Capture HD but I did not notice a major increase in picture quality on my HDTV.

This is great for younger kids. My kids put in many hours on this system; however, as they got older, they wanted to switch to more advanced games on the xbox. I'd say this is great for kids 10 and under.

Great little consul for less than half of the price with all of the same software functions. I don't use the game cube so I had no issues without the external ports. The game it came with was fun as well and my nieces loved it, so I was definitely satisfied.

Worked like a charm.
This is esp. great if you import games from other regions! I imported Xenoblade chronicles from the PAL region for my NTSC Wii. Since components cables can do 480p, they fixed the black and white issue I was having.

I purchased this for a group of developmentally disabled people and they LOVE it. It helps with concentration, balance, coordination and socializing. They all gather around to cheer each other on.

Has some strange banding on the top of the screen which wasn't there with other cords. Maybe not all cords suffer from the same problem, but we were unfortunate enough to receive a dud, I'm afraid.

I picked up a used Wii in December 2013. $100 for a system with several remotes, 17 games, cables, etc. This was basically an impulse purchase for a toy for the kids.
Surprisingly to me, this game machine is a ton of fun. The last dedicated game machine I bought was an original Playstation in 1998. Since then I've been a PC game player. The kids asked about Mario games, though, and I thought, "Why not?" Cheap stuff overall.
I replaced the R/L/Video cable (the standard one that came with the console) with this one and set the output to HD (480p) on the Wii's menu. The difference is impressive on my 42" HDTV. We enjoy these games a LOT and there's an amazing library of quality stuff for the Wii.
If you have one of these consoles, you simply must use this sort of audio/video connector.

I've been playing this with my 6 year old and we can't stop. As a long time gamer I'm really impressed with the variation in game play. The game never gets old and some of the puzzles are really challenging to figure out. The different suits the characters can equip themselves with keeps things interesting as do all the vehicles that can be driven. The game is fun solo but more so with another person and team work is a really important part of solving some of the puzzles as Batman and Robin get different suits. My minor quibbles are some puzzles to hard to figure out and in some areas the jumping required is maddening (hello having to jump on an ice covered platform you slide off). Also not a fan of save points but that can't be helped in a console game I guess. Overall I highly recommend this game.
