These work awesome, good quality video. It took me a little bit to figure out how to make work properly, since the option for component was greyed out on my input screen. But with a bit of tinkering with the options it worked.

Does what I need it to do. I chose this over that Wii2HDMI dongle-y thing because that didn't switch over to 1080 for me. This is a sure thing. (Make sure, like others have said, you switch you Wii Settings over to 720p.)

Realized that my new Google TV didn't accept the original cable with the red,white, and yellow RCA plugs, so I searched the internet and came across this cable. It works like a charm and cost next to nothing. Shipping was fast and it works fantastically. Highly recommend buying this cable if you have a newer TV and run into the same issue.

Works just fine, but you might have to change settings on your TV and in the Wii itself or else you may end up with black and white color scheme.

My family received this as a gift and we all just love it. It’s easy to use, entertaining, and most of all, a moderate form of exercise. It gets everybody moving—some while playing and others just trying to get out of the way of the controller. Jokes aside, it is an incredible product that is great for both young and old. You can also use it to stream Netflix and other streamlining services. My only negative on it is the controller. The sensor for my system always seems to fall down no matter where I position it and it seems like you have to be at just the right angle for it to read the controller. It’s a little frustrating, but other than that an amazing product.

Works just as expected. Great quality. Connections are solid and provided great performance. Display from Wii did look sharper and more clear. I would recommend this for anyone using a large TV with standard Wii.

It works, so what else can I say? Bought a new TV that didn't have regular RCA inputs anymore and needed to find a different way to connect the Wii. This did the job.

Does not work on my vizio 52" hdtv. There is a picture but it is grainy. Ended up buying a hdmi adaptor for the Wii.

It's not really any different from getting a composite cable. It still looks the same. The item works but not much different from a stock composite cable.

The best thing I can say about this cable is it works. Before I only had the 3 pronged cable that attached to my only TV, I got a new TV so I got a new cable because the old one wouldn't work. This cable's color is awful much worse than the old tube. The picture comes out with a brownish yellowish color, and all other colors are in that spectrum. If you need and sort of color for any game, run as far away from this cable as you can.

This was a gift from our son and I wasn't sure how it would help us. As soon as it was unwrapped we tried it out. It was made more fun by the participation of two of our adult children participating. I should say at the outset, I am 80 and my husband is 83. I needed to work on balance primarily. Wii helps you to build your profile, weight gain or loss, and whatever goals you want to work on. Today I progressed from beginner to intermediate level in balance. All of this comes in game format but it is a workout. There are categories of Yoga, Strength, Balance Games and Aerobics. You can spend as much or as little time as you want each day, week or do monthly checkups.
Our family, being quite competitive, had a blast bowling together. I can say with great pride, I beat my husband in the first two games. So much for a hook! We also played tennis and tried boxing.
Even though this is in game form I certainly get a work out and can also relax with Yoga.
Wii is terrific and I look forward to the new features.

I bought this Wii when they were completely out of them on the shelves when they first came to the US. I signed up to be informed of which website gets it first and it wasn't cheap. But I feel it was well worth it in the end. It did however not want to play my Brawl game so since it was under warranty it was no big on getting it fixed. I was happy since day one though up until I had to sell her away. So I do highly recommend this product from this seller to anyone whos always wanted a Nintendo Wii system close to new without having to spend more for the quality of the product. It won't let you down. It also comes with warranty which is good.

I used to love the wii but now I hate it! It was great had so many memories but I got Amazon instant video on it and u can't sign out... It made me so mad I got a new SD card and everything nothing worked. I would not get a wii unless u know what your doing. Like I said I used to love it but now it's just a toy in the house!!!

We love our Wii! With all the family friendly games, easy controls and versatility, its a must have. The only reason I don't have five stars is because this is our THIRD console in 8 years. The hard drives are not very sturdy. However, for the price of a gently used or refurbished unit, it's well worth paying for to have a family gaming system.

It took too long for Nintendo to get online, and when they did their best games such as Melee were not on the list (GC game). Too little too late!

This Wii game console has provided my family with endless entertainment - as well as a little exercise thrown in the mix - and you can't dislike something that accomplishes all of that! As my children grow older, they request new games for the Wii, so this system allows us many gift ideas for birthdays, Christmas, etc. This was a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone!

Set up requires a software update that takes over an hour on a broadband connection. No kidding. It takes a really long time and is a total pain. And you need to be there - with your credit card ready - to set up your account. This is true even if you already have a nintendo account and have registered all of your nintendo products since whenever you started buying them.And then you need to do more downloads to use the channels on the Wii U menu. And those take more time.So, if you want this ready for a gift, you'd better find a good couple of hours - at least - away from the kids to set it up.The interaction between the console and the handheld is pretty cool once you get the hang of it, but there is a learning curve, and having to switch back and forth between interacting with the screen and interacting with the handheld takes some getting used to. The Netflix app is awesome. Hulu Plus is awesome. All of the streaming video applications are awesome. Wii U chat is super awesome.The gamepad's touch screen is bright and responsive and does show fingerprints. It's bigger than you think it's going to be. The console, also, is bigger than its predecessor - about the size of one of those giant external cd-rom drives from back in the day.In addition to the games, we've been using the Wii U Chat. I don't think it's going to replace computer chatting for any grown ups, but my son has a friend who moved away, and they do Wii playdates quite often. This has added a nice element for them.TVii is okay - setting that up was not exactly intuitive. You have to put away the stylus and swipe through the options with your fingers. The tv remote functions aren't exactly all that helpful if you're hooked up to an entertainment center.We had a usb hard drive available for extra storage, so we saved money by buying the basic console and picking up slightly used copies of a couple of games (Super Mario Bros. U = very cool). Another unfun surprise about the console was that we were not able to use a 32 gb SD card for storage. Odd in this day and age, but apparently the SD slot is - at least for now - used only for the data transfer between the Wii and Wii U.My 11 year old loves the console. I think I will learn to love it. But I kind of don't, yet. The question I'm always asking myself when I go to buy a new console is whether the upgrade is worth the money. In this case, my answer is a reluctant yes, probably. Graphics are better. Functionality is much more versatile. I just wish it were a little sleeker and a lot faster.

Returning these, all I get is an almost black and white image with only green and blues- I have a fairly recent 55 inch sony- its NOT the TV?! Where's the better image, I'm upset and disappointed :(

Love it! My son enjoys all of the lego games but this happens to be one of his favorites (he can't wait for the next one to come out)! Nice range of characters that you can be and the graphics are very well done! This continues to bring hours of fun (even though it's been 100% beaten many times) into our home!

This guy rips you off, i was expecting at least the power adapter the sensor and the av to come with this game and all i got was the console and ripped off
