Not all the devices they say are inlcuded, how im i suppose to play mario cart with out the wheel?? Also the nunxhunk controller was not included....Don't buy this

My daughter had been wanting a Wii for a couple of years. I finally got it for her 10th birthday in June. She has loved it! We have been enjoying many of the sport games like bowling, basketball. It allows us to get some exercise and mom and daughter time together.

I love my wii!! I use my Netflix every day ! I'm actually saving money by turning off hbo. Easy to move from room to room, easy to use just a fun thing overall!

This is a great title to own if you are just buying a new Nintendo Wii with Mario Kart Wii Bundle. If you have never owned a Wii before and are buying a new Nintendo Wii with the Mario Kart Wii Bundle then this is one of the must own family games.

Well, my kid, who is the main user of the WII, is ecstatic with it. Using it all over the time he is allowed to (his mom's very strict, and only allows him to use it on weekends after doing his homework, vacations and holidays).Since now he is on Easter's vacations for the whole next week, he is using it all the time, enjoying every minute of it. He also loved some advances in the Wii control, and apparently this one is upgraded from the last one he had, which sadly broke and we had to replace with the new one.Thanks!

I'm usually not one to keep up with technology but this device is amazing! My friends kept telling me that I should buy a wii and I would say a what?????? I finally convinced myself to buy one and I never thought this little machine could give me so much fun! I also bought the "MJ Experience" and I couldn't believe that I would be trying to learn to dance like MJ! This is truly a wonderful experience for a "55" year old woman! I introduced it to my boyfriend and he also was quite excited! He really kicked my butt in the bowling game! This has been such a great experience that I recommend it to anyone looking for some fun and excercise in their own home.

The Wii arrived as scheduled. I had researched the product through local stores, on line and people who already had it. The best price was found to be on-line and I checked the reliability of delivery which could be tracked and found it to be fast and accurate. The Wii was easy to set up and start using. Instructions are quite easy to understand. The games are challenging enough for the more athletically inclined and still fun for us novices. It makes for good family fun and is good exercise as well. This is a good way to burn calories and find muscles you forgot you had! I highly recommend the Wii bundle.

The game is great comes well equipped and works sound. Motion plus built in is a great plus.Cons I would have to say would be the thin wire associated with the sensor bar which seems like it will be quite easy to tear but I'm sure those that have that problem can buy the nyko wireless sensor bar.Another con would be due to slot loaded optical drive its somewhat loud when the cd spins inside.Overall its still a 5 star product for the younger and family type. (btw the browser for the wii was not to my liking)

When it first came out, the Wii was intuitive, groundbreaking, critics-silencing, fun, and worked remarkably better than many expected. Now that it's been out a few years, it's still fun, but like the GameCube before it, the Wii is still the third best option out there for gamers.
The Wii is fun to play with groups of people. But there are some flaws. The controls lag noticeably. The graphics are inferior. And there aren't as many "serious" games for the Wii as there are for the PS3 and the XBox360.
If you have people over often, you're a casual gamer, or you're a serious gamer that has to have every console, you should get this. There are still lots of fun and innovative games for the Wii. But if you are only going to buy one gaming system, the Wii would be my third choice. Especially now that the PS3 has the Move and the Xbox360 has the Kinect, there's really no reason to get the Wii, unless you love Mario $300 much.

The Wii by Nintendo is a really good game system, Nintendo made a great job on it. I bought this for my 8 year old daughter about a year ago and started playing it with her. I have to say, it is absolutely amazing! Everything is made like you are really doing something. The Wii has a lot of good games, like Wii Sports(which i highly recommend), Wii Play, etc. One other great thing about the Wii is that they make games like Star Wars: Lightsaber Duels where you can actually make the Wii remote as your lightsaber. They make Tennis like your holding a Tennis racket. It is really amazing! But good things have to come to an end. The graphics on the Wii aren't great like the Playstation 3 (which is better in graphics). Nintendo spent so much time on the movements of the Wii, they did not do a good job with the graphics (the Wii graphics are not terrible, but they just not as good as the other game systems). If anyone has the 250, 300 bucks to buy this thing, get it! (you won't regret it!)

This is of course an essential accessory. Functions and feels better than the Kama or any of the lessor brands secondary controllers. Very durable, I've had this model for some time and handles abuse well.A must buy!

I must say I am disappointed with my purchase, I couldn't find a Wii for a MSRP so I bought a bundle ,with two alright but not special games but to justify its price it was the only way I would fork out more than 250$ for it.
First the good points
-very family friendly :
my father never in my gaming years asked to try out a game except for GT4 on the PS2 just because he wanted to try out the GT force with the Wii he actually enjoyed it for the time he tried it.
-tracking :
It has a schedule or notes that shows what games were played at what time and for how long nice feature for concerned parents.
-huge library of games:
The Wii has a lot of titles to chose from it has something for everyone.
-motion sensing:
The motion sensing is what makes the Wii special, games like wario ware is why you bought the wii for.
-no HDTV required:
This will look good on a normal TV not supposed to be on HD.
For the bad points:
-no support for larger than 2 gig SD cards.
This is not really a huge unless you buy a lot of wiiware and classics from the store I have yet to use up my Wii's space, but what pisses me off the fact that it's not written in the owners I had to find out the hard way by buying the card first good thing I have other electronics that I can use the card in.
-Too much games:
I said the good thing it has a lot of games but only a small margin are really worth playing most are a waste of money. And most good titles are from Nintendo or you already have it on a pervious generation console.
-weak online gaming:
If online gaming is one of the features you cherish you will be hugely disappointed the online is so restricted that it is painful to do so but it is good if you have kids and want to control there playing.
-A LOT OF WIRES:
This thing is like a spider web wires and wires you could buy wireless equipment.
-No HD out of the box:
I had to buy a component cable so I can view a less annoying version of it on my 46" tv the thing looks unbelievably terrible on a HD TV max output is 480P but after spending time with the XBOX360 and the PlayStation 3 , I can't dismiss this point even though they say it's in a different market high definition is the new standard and Nintendo faild in this one.
-Dust collector:
The is the kind of system that you are a happy with it in the first few days or weeks but it losses its glamour after you spend some time playing it. I just gets boring and frustrating with time I just stoped playing it even though I was playing Mario paper but it just does not have the feeling of the 360 and the ps3 of calling you to play.
-Motion sensing:

The whole concept of the Wii being motioned sensored was awesome. However after having it for a year our family was done with it. We always had a problem with our remotes/sensor not reading each other-even with the additional piece the game seemed to never work right.Wii sports, wii sports plus were fun games but they became old quickly.The animation for all the games were just not amazing, especially when they are $50 a piece. The Mii's didn't have legs half of the time and sort of eerily floated.all in all we don't own a Wii anymore now that the other systems are doing motion sensors and have better graphics.

This video game system lives up to the hype. My friends and their families really like it, theyre all addicted to it, they all want to get their own now. One of them even wants to get one for their work.
The Wii Sports is what my friends and i play mostly so far. We love bowling and the golf. And tennis is fun too. The boxing game actually put us all in a sweat! It was so much fun.
Last night we had a party at our friends apartment and everybody wanted to play bowling, it was hilarious, but again, GREAT FUN.
So theres one of the very very strong points about the Nintendo Wii, is that its the best multi-player/ party system ever. You actually are physically apart of the game, you use the remote and swing it like a baseball bat and hit a homerun, or knock a golf ball 100 yards away or connect the analog stick nunchuck to the remote and use it to knock someone out in boxing. Its awesome.
It gets everyone involved and its most excitment ive had playing videogames ever, becouse your not just having to sit there twingling your thumbs, mashing on buttons....you actually can get up, hold the remote, bring it back, and follow through like your hold a bowling ball and release the B button (back TRIGGER) to let the ball fly down the lane to get another strike!
I even heard theres going to be games where you can use the remote as a SWORD! that is sweet! I love that.
The controllers are pretty accurate and precise. And you can even adjust the senistivity of the remote and things.
When i play by myself at home, theres more to love about the Wii becouse i connect to the internet and check the weather and news on the fly. I can even get my 5 day forcast! You can even buy the Wii Internet Channel, that lets you browse websites, which is very affordable and is a one time price of 5 dollars ( a.k.a: 500 points)
Speaking of the points, if you connect to the internet on your wii, regardless if you have the seperate INTERNET CHANNEL or not...Not only can you check your local, national or international weather and news, but you can go on the WII STORE and either purchase of download Wii Ware or go into the Virtual Console section and purchase and download classic beloved games like the original super mario, metroid, contra, ninja gaiden, zelda, donkey kong and much more, even sega games! and super nintendo and nintendo 64 games!
Every week, they add more games to the catalog of classic games, so it will get even better as time goes on...and they add the not-so popular games too, so if you have an old hard to find favorites like Maniac Mansion or Skate Or Die 2, its possiable those games will one day be released, besides all the popular high demanded games like Double Dragon and Mega Man.
And i must say, the Browser used for surfing the Internet Channel is easy to use, and you can do pretty much anything on your computer besides saving random things, but you can go on myspace and youtune with ease, just as an example. It uses the critically acclaimed OPERA browser and using the remote is pretty user friendly , and easy to use. You can zoom in and out of pages easily. Its a good browser and will probubly become more upgraded with features in the future, like having an equvilent to right clicking and saving images or something. And did i mention the Wii has a photo center ??? Yep, thats correct.
Use an SD memory card, put it into the wii sysytem, and view pictures youve taken. You can even do some basic editing and add a little bit of fun effects to them, or make a puzzle game out of one your photos.
I also found out, the photo center played my video i took at a concert...my camera happens to use the AVI video format and i was suprised it playing it. So the wii can play your videos! I know for certain AVI vids are compatiable, and im sure other ones are to, like WMV probubly as well, or perhaps MPEG or MOV. Though i havent tried to edit the videos, so im not sure if you can edit a video. BUT I DOUBT IT.
The Mii chanel they have is a place where you can create your own little guy that looks like you or others, using various selection of traits, like eyes , hair, skin color, noses, height, weight, and stuff...pretty basic but fun, not to mention how you can adjust the size or color of those characteristics, or move them up down or whatever. Pretty customizable. But remeber, they are like cartoon-ish versions of you and others, that you can use as your player selection when you play games like Wii sports or are involved in various wii communites or online play and messaging.
Oh ya, that reminds me, you can add peoples Wii "friend codes". Its a 16 digit numeric code that you have for your particular sysyem, and others can add you or you can add them to your "friendli

I received my Wii bundle and love it. I would recommend getting the basic and then buying any additional attachments you need because in reality you end up not getting extras. If you read some of the customer reviews out there, you'll see that most attachments sold by non-Wii companies are of poor quality. I am happy with the basics and only bought an additional controller to allow for others to play with me at the same time. The game overall is a great way to pass time especially if you've got a lot of people at your home.

I bought this Wii bundle after coveting my friend's for a couple of years. Out of the box, I was playing in five minutes. The Sports Resort has so many fun games, my favorites are Frisbee golf and speed slice (swordfighting) and the whole concept has come a long way since my last console, a N64 back in the late 90s. The graphics are mind-boggling, playing NHL2K10, I thought I was actually at Joe Louis Arena. The Wii remote plus senses your movements and that controls the game, it is tons of fun. So far I have purchased a Wii Remote Plus - Pink and Wii Dual Controller Charging Kit - White and ordered a Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board to pimp out my Wii. Who says video games are just for kids?!?

Kids & wife like this (Generally, I don't game.) Graphics definitely are sufficient for the types of games & activities BUT not realistic/movie level. Personally I like it this way as realism seems to devolve into fight/shoot/kill "games".
Used both for gaming and exercise. However, as it is controller required (Unlike XBOX Kinnect) you can fool the machine by using only hand movements. Still can provide a lot of fun & a workout, especially with the Wii balance board!
Do not use it much for internet beside a little youtube.

After I purchased a Wii I started looking for a second set of remote and nunchuk controllers. I found that Wii controllers made by other manufacturers were cheaper than the ones made by Nintendo, however, the third party remotes had mixed reviews. I did not want a potential problem with a non-Nintendo controller to take away from the fun that Wii is, so I decided to "splurge" on the Nintendo-made controllers.The nunchuk controller is necessary for some games and it works great, it looks feels and operates exactly like the one that came with the Wii.

This is not a fair review, because I love every single Mario-based game that Nintendo has ever made for Wii or Gamecube (or N64 for that matter). This one may not be as in-depth as some of the other games, but when it comes to actual gameplay, nothing beats it.Now I'm a person that can't play the game without the wheel. But I bought this one for my work (afterschool program/summer camp) and I don't feel like wasting money on the piece of plastic wheels for all the remotes. So if you don't think you need it, just go ahead and buy this unbelievably fantastic game.

The Wii is an awesome gaming console. There is a wide variety of games available and Lots of them are up to 4 players. Granted don't expect to use this system on a 19" CRT TV. A flat screen is a must in order to appreciate the bright color and animations seen in most of the games. My wife and I bought this system after our wedding and have spent many hours laughing and enjoying the Wii system. It does take a certain amount of coordination in order to attain a complete Wii experiance.My only issue with the Wii system is that there is no HD video capability. I am sure Nintendo's nesxt system will be in an HD format. That is my only "con" or drawback for the Wii gaming console. Nintendo has made great gaming systems for years and will continue to for years to come.
