Великолепно

I bought the D7100, because from all of my research, it seemed to have the most bang for the buck. I was also looking to move up from my starter DSLR and broaden my amateur photographic horizons. Check out the numerous reviews on youtube, and you'll see that they really don't have anything negative to say.So far, all I can say is that I LOVE THIS CAMERA! The picture quality is amazing, and it's got plenty of professional level features.

Two issues with the camera: the buffer fills after 3 shots when shooting in RAW. Live view use does not allow the aperture to be changed.Other than these items the camera is fantastic. Fits my needs nicely as i like landscapes and scenery. If you are trying to capture sports action you won't like the buffer unless you shoot in JPEG only.Happy with this purchase.

This is a very nice pro-Sumer DX format body for those wishing to upgrade from older models. I have several older bodies and was waiting for the features to add up and the prices to drop enough to justify an upgrade. Considered going with an FX format (D600 / D800) but have too many DX lenses to justify leaving the smaller format. This replaces a D300 and a D80 (ok - a D2H also) and adds many features, such as two memory card slots and video! Now it's time to shop for more memory as big picture files require big storage. I added a 17-85mm f2.8 lens to get this camera off to a great start!

Purchased this camera when my wife was pregnant in anticipation for taking pictures of the baby. I'm not a professional by any stretch of the imagination, actually I'd put myself closer to a novice. Easy to use and understand, takes incredible pictures. Didn't realize I could take such great photos :)

I just got the camera yesterday from Amazon but after opening the box I could see that camera was damaged so I returned it immediately!I bought the same camera that afternoon at a local Best Buy.In the brief time I have had it I could tell the images are sharper and the auto focus is quicker. But that does not mean I am going to want to delete my Adobe Photoshop ha!

My last camera was a D80. I have tried D3100 and 5200. Good cameras, good images, but they do not feel like a real camera for people like me that has being shooting since manual film cameras.I love images 7100 produces and responsiveness and interface.Good options to adjust the camera to your own preferences, allowing fast access to main and common functions.The manual is good (read it!) and I also use the iphone version.Until now a just miss a easy way to interface with IPhone and sync info like GPS geo and time data.

The camera arrived missing its battery door. I shoot with Nikon cameras and have several of them, but Nikon has a serious problem with quality control. Returns and repair are regretably part of being a Nikon shooter.

Good buy. Pictures are great. Still need to learn a lot to use it. You can't go wrong with this camera. If you plan on using just auto, your better off getting the 5200 or 3100 because they take the same quality pictures back lack all the manual features of the expensive sibling.

I was looking to upgrade from my D70 and this is the perfect upgrade. I did need to get new memory cards but the lenses and flash that fit the D70 fir the D7100. It takes unbelievably crisp pictures...wonderful camera, easy to operate.

I love to photograph my kids and animals moving - sports, at a park, at a party, in the backyard, etc. In every venue, thus far, this camera has come through like a charm. I have not tested the video aspect of the camera yet - but I am truly thrilled with the pictures I have taken.

I purchased the D7100 as a back up to my D800 for times when I need a faster lighter camera. Overall performance is good however I am spoiled by the d800.

Even with kit lens i can be able to produce stunning images .I had OMD em5 but it was too much for this camera that goes up with ISO > 800 (with 12-50 kit lens).Great camera .

After continued backfocus issues with my D7000, I decided to upgrade to the D7100 in hopes that those problems had finally been resolved. Out of the box, the camera looked and felt quite nice, but I have observed two issues with it:1. The mode selector dial has already become very loose.2. The camera is having focus issues. When set to single point focus, it will attempt to lock, then often overshoot and stop. It is doing this about 1/4 of the time, but when it does lock the focus is excellent.Picture quality (with the 18-200 VR) was excellent, but the other issues are dealbreakers for me. I'll be returning this camera and will just keep the D7000.

Using a 16-85MM and the quality of picture is near to perfect.Not to say more about the control and its easy access - its real user friendly and you can customize each of the control to your need too..Excellent Battery Life...Will update the review as I go along creating new RAW's... Happy Shooting..

Been waiting for this camera to come. It's an upgrade to my D90 and so far the D7100 didn't disappoint me. I'm still trying of getting used with all the controls and its functions, but once I get this equipment to the test I will be back for more info and results.

Update: Replacement works fine.---------------------------------Received my copy yesterday, booted the camera in Full Auto mode (default), mounted a new lens...camera wouldn't autofocus.Tried all controls, rebooted, reset, different lens...nothing, even the focus light wouldn't come on.Pressing the focus selector button and rotating the dials has no effect, it just wouldn't budge focus servo mode or the focus area. Focus was set to manual by default (out of the box) otherwise I would have never noticed that this functionality is broken.Shipping back to Amazon today, requested replacement. Hoping it was just bad luck.

The D7100 is an awesome camera. It is easy a full titanium body which I really like. The 7100 is excellent in low light. It seems that Nikon took a clue from Canon and improved on this aspect. I have not used a flash yet. I am very pleased and highly recommend for the weekend to serious photographer.

I posted an earlier review where I complained about being unable to process RAW files in Aperture but should have known that Apple would have to update Aperture to make it possible !My other complaint was that my new Nikon D7100 was changing image quality (e.g. from JPEG to RAW and back again) for no apparent reason. Thanks to input from other owners and Nikon Support I now know that this was my fault not the camera's ! When changing Iso I was sometimes also pressing the quality (+) button so that turning the command dial changed the image quality.I upgraded to the D7100 from the D7000 and they are both superb cameras.

My first SLR was a Nikon D3000 and used it for years, it was a great camera. Photography has become my hobby now that I am retired from work and just up graded to a D7100, wow so nice but a lot to learn about it's capability and I love it.

D7100 is a great DX body. Very responsive and quick in almost everything. AF, shutter, ON/OFF, body shortcuts, etc. Great IQ and resolution.One big problem: the buffer capacity. If you want to use RAW, mainly 14-bit, your shutter burst is very limited - 5 to 6. In JPG, it's OK.The image seems a little grainy also, in spite of many reviews showing a nice high ISO performance. But I think this may be well managed.Nice camera!

This camera is great for the price it is head and shoulders better than the D90 that i steped up from and the D90 was good for its time. for a midrange enthusiast it is great with options that will let you get great results out of the box and the versitility to let the more experienced user set it to their liking.

This camera is very well built. I had the D3200 and upgraded to the D7100 for the build quality. It one takes picking up this camera once to feel the difference, the 51 point auto focus is awesome as well.

This is a fantastic camera. I love the quality of the images, AND the video. Well done Nikon.One issues with image processing however. Of the two software packages I use to manage and edit my images, Adobe Lightroom and Apple's Aperture, to date only Lightroom can process the RAW images. I am not sure why it take these companies so long to update their software to accommodate new cameras.

I won't give up my D7000 but now I have two FX and two DX bodies. It most comfortable with a smaller profile and a small learning curve. And the photos/photo files are top shelf. Mine spit oil on the sensor already but ZI have come to accept that happening as it not limited to Nikon cameras and the entire industry needs to address this problem and do a bit of preventative engineering.

Review coming from a ex Canon user. I've been seeing Nikon specs beating Canon lately and when this camera was announced I knew I was getting it. Aside from the D600 dust/oil debacle Nikon has been steadily beating Canon. With the D7100 you get a lot of features for your money. The main reasons I chose this over a comparable Canon model are the auto focus system and sensor image quality. Hopefully Canon will put out something amazing with the 70D and 7d MK II. Get this camera, you will be happy.

I love the camera. I use with f/16-85mm Nikkor and 50mm f/1.8 prime lens. Amazing sharp pictures.with 50mm very nice bokeh and very sharp images. If you need sharp images and colors don't use auto settings. Don't wast your time comparing with other manufactures. Nikon Camera and Nikkor lens may be little expansive than competitors, but it price for reason.

I purchased my second new Nikon which is the D7100, and this camera was a long time coming. I would have bought the D7000 but it didn't have the headphone jack and i like to monitor what i'm hearing. This camera has all the stuff the higher priced cameras have but at a much lower price. Super Satisfied!! The order came complete and secured. very happy with my purchase!!

Великолепно

After many years with D80, and skipping the D90 and D7000 I decided to upgrade.The D7100 is more than the pixels. The ISO is big step forward. I can shoot indoors without flash and get nice results with my 40/2.8 lens.The camera feels like a pro level camera and the photos are big step up from D80. I am very happy with the upgrade, and with the fact that I didn't compromise for the D5200.

This is a huge improvement over my D90. I do not have the time nor the space to go through the differences between the two models. For that you can find plenty of camera\photo sites to get a great review. My main concern with writing this review is to confirm that the D7100 is a great camera and that any D90 users that are on the fence about upgrading should not hesitate.

Performing as expected so far. I upgraded from a digital point and shoot. I used to use an SLR film camera and finally decided it was time to get a digital SLR. So far so good, I'm still learning the ropes on this camera. The HD video is great from fixed recording, it will be awkward to use this while moving around.

This camera has lived up to its predespr the d7000 and has even improved slightly. The focus is fast and the 51 auto focus points pretty much almost garentee a clear shot. The noise performance is stupendous as always. The sharpness of the images are outstanding. Buy this camera!

Upgrading from my old tank D7000 to such a great camera. This camera works perfectly regarding focusing in a very bad light conditions. The 24 MP captures a lot of details. I enjoyed too much the 1.3x extra cropping option (works as a digital zoom actually).Waiting for a firmware upgrade to fix some - minor - issuesThis is an amazing camera!I do recommend it for users who want to upgrade from D90, D7000, ...etc

Even though this is not a full frame camera, I really love everything it does. Easy to navigate menu, all the most often needed options are at your fingertips, and much larger screen than my last digital body. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
