I decided to purchase this after watching the demo online of Kinect. I was a fan of the Wii at first, but I grew tired of having to pop the batteries in every time I wanted to play (I took them out to avoid draining them). I have the Playstation Move also, but again - it's a pain to set up the Eye and get the remotes calibrated. The Kinect is so easy and effortless to use. You literally just turn the system on and wait. That's all. Once it's hooked up, there are no cords to plug in or batteries to insert every time you play. I love it. My only hope is that they come out with many more games that make use of the awesome accuracy of the Kinect. Kinect Adventures is much more fun than I thought it would be (once you get into it). Kinect Sports is fun (especially to play online). My Shape is also fun. I would like to see some more multiplayer games, and maybe something in the style of Mario Party. Anyway, it's definitely worth the $250. Also, get the 250 GB, and not the 4 GB. The 4 GB holds almost nothing. I had it, but decided to exchange it for the 250 GB after seeing how little it could hold. My only complaint is that you sometimes need a good amount of room, but luckily the space in my living room has been accommodating.

You need to make sure that the space you have at the front of kinect is at least 30% more than the min requirement to insure you have a joyful play.Works great!

So needed this harddrive for my 4 gig slim..Works great. Without question gamers if you buy the 4 gig slim you have to upgrade your harddrive.

So, it's a given that any console gamer is usually paying extra for unnecessary peripherals and a little extra for software. That's coming from someone who is primarily a PC gamer, but I hardly ever get up on my soapbox about the issue. But it's ridiculous, on Microsoft's part, to charge $120 for a 250 GB HDD when you can easily shop around for a HDD with the same capacity for a QUARTER of the price! Amazon gives your wallet a break, compared to the retail price, and I'm a stickler for licensed products because generic Xbox 360 hard drives involve "variables" and don't have the emulation software needed to play Original Xbox games. The hard drive is fine: it does what it's supposed to and it's relatively hassle free. But the price is ridiculous.

Great bundle. My kid is so happy. I had no chance to buy it on black Friday cheaper than here...I paid more, but I saved my time and health. Item arrived earlier than scheduled in perfect condition. No more Best Buy!

For the same price you can buy the 360 250 gb bundle WITH 2 games, and then buy the kinect bundle with games. You end up with two extra games for the same price??? This bundle does not make sense to me.

i got this new model to give my little brother my old one and i love this new xbox its silk and sexy looking love the kinect super fun it is so much new technology in that thing great face and voice recognition is amazing ive seen some developmental teams work with this thing how to make it work better but also how there developing games with it and OMG its so amazing and also its good for video chat on msn or xbox, with the adapter for the computer, and other then that its fun in my option, and would highly recommend it to anyone...
