Xbox 360 250GB Holiday Value Bundle I ordered one of these and did not receive the game "Halo Reach" with the package. Probably not going to use this site anymore since no one can do one simple thing. If I pay for something I expect to receive it.

This was a gift for my brother for Christmas. It arrived new and intact and pretty fast. He loves it as everyone knew he would! The Fable game sounds crazy with it's STD contraction stuff and real life type stuff happening. Apparently, the fan is pretty noisy or you can hear it. But, in mostly everything, you hear it. I hear the fan going in my laptop. Not a deal breaker for some. You do have to go online and download the Halo game. It takes hours and if you don't use the system, it shuts down and doesn't complete. Then, something about the gold membership thing where it's only for 1 month or some amount of time, but after you have to pay. Oh, it says 3 months. I guess it's 3 months, I have no idea. Other than that, if you love all those gamer games and XBOX then this is for you! Personally, I was never an XBOX person (Playstation person here), but people love it including my brother. So, to each their own.

I bought this hard drive for my 4gb Xbox 360 slim and i am going to say i am very impressed with the seller (A better Choice) the shipping was very fast and the packing was great. Overall a great product. I would recommend this to a person who has a 4gb console.

Excellent shipping, very fast and works great! If your looking for a great price. Defiently buy from 4surpluscity!! I was a little nervous about buying online, but it has to be the best purchase I've made! Very afforable, speaking Gamestop wants 130$ for a 320 Gb while I paid half that for a 250 Gb!

This system comes with fun games and a perfect amount of storage space (250GB) it never overheats and has a fair amount for Xbox live for free (3 months). It comes with all of the accessories you need to get started for a low and affordable price. It's the perfect product and barley takes up any space!

I bought this bundle as an early B-day present, and it was well worth it. Coming in at just under $300, this bundle included an xbox console (the new slim design) w/ 250gb internal hard drive, internal wi-fi, wireless controller, headset, and two games (Halo Reach, which you have to download, and Fable 3), plus a free 3-month xbox live gold membership. And if that wasn't enough, Amazon threw in a $75 rebate good on just about anything online with my bundle (I used it to get some more games and another controller). When it was all said and done I was quite pleased, and everything worked out the way I had hoped for. Saved a bunch of money and got one killer deal. Thanks, Amazon!

Admittedly, I wasn't sure about Kinect. I looked like nothing more than a gimmick that would pass just like EyeToy and the Wii (I actually love the Wii and a bunch of the games, just not so much the motion controls). Then I started seeing all the cool things people were doing with the Kinect, all the crazy awesome technologies inside of it, and I realized that I would probably end up getting one eventually. Well, I finally decided that it was time for a new Xbox (I was still using the old Pro system with an upgraded HDD), and I figured I'd save some money in the long run and get the bundle.The Kinect sensor is pretty cool, although not my favorite thing on earth. It can be fun playing some of the games (Kinectimals, Kinect Adventures) and voice commands and facial recognition are cool. I like being able to have my TV turned to another channel, say "Xbox" "Kinect" "Xbox" "Play Disc" and by the time I'm ready to actually hop over and play, the game is loaded up with no physical interaction. If that's the only thing I ever used it for, it'd be a waste, but I do like playing some of the games. I've only come across one so far that sucks with the Kinect, but that's a different review.The Xbox itself is pretty awesome. It's slick, shiny, and runs quiet. This is a great improvement over my louder-than-jet-engines Pro system. The polished black surface sucks for dust and fingerprints, and I did have one occasion where it got too hot and froze, but it literally only happened once and on a very big game. Basically, you're just getting another Xbox, same stuff on the inside, different look on the outside. It's worth it if you're in the market.Overall, great bundle, and I'm glad they tossed in a game (just wish it had been Kinectimals).

We bought this bundle over christmas time. This is hard to review because we already had an xbox360, and wanted to upgrade to a newer one and get the kinect. We love having the kinect, and the games that came with the bundle are great.

Clearly I should have done more homework before we bought this gizmo. Had I any idea that it required an internet connection, I never would have bought it. I only found this out when I walked into the family room and my kid "shushed" me because he was gaming on-line with complete strangers who could hear us. Who in their right mind would really be willing to place a camera & microphone with an internet connection in their home?? You don't have to be paranoid to think this is a BAD IDEA!! Trust Microsoft (if you dare) to keep hackers out and not exploit a golden opportunity to pry, but I don't need that kind of aggravation. Unless you're into sports and/or dancing (my kids aren't), then the Kinect games are of no interest anyway.My kids love some of the games, and the graphics are great, but I wish I'd gotten just the basic system. Kinect accessory is headed for the dumpster.

I have been an xbox owner ever since the original an have always been defending its name against playstation owners, but now my view has drastically changed on the matter. I bought the new Xbox slim after selling my Pro expecting to get much better performance but apparently I was completely wrong. After playing Battlefield for about three hours it will freeze. This happens with any other game I put into it like Assassins Creed or Arkham City. Microsoft has definitely lost a good customer. I cant wait until June when I will be switching to PC.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. For a system that I was told would be great for my five year old son, both he and I have never been this frustrated. The games (Disneyland, Sesame Street, Kinect Adventures, and Carnival Games) are very, very difficult for him to play and frequently cannot recognize him or drop off recognition of him so often that game play is difficult, if not impossible. After spending hours with reconfiguring the play space, recalibrating the kinect sensor, repositioning the kinect sensor (up, down, left, right), using online support, and on, and on, and on, and on, we have decided to give up and return this gift from Santa. This is the first time that we have ever had to get rid of a gift from Santa. So disappointed.If this system worked, it would be great and I think my entire family would enjoy it. But, it does not work and has never worked.

Well, the old 360 started to sound like a 747 taking off and freezing up, so it was time to put it out to pasture, I was a little leery of ordering a "repackaged" xbox 360, but I was pleasantly surprised. The console, controller etc. looks brand new, the fable 3 box was damaged, but the disk looked fine and it wasn't a big deal, and the halo reach card and the 3 months of live were missing, which wasn't in the description, but I emailed customer service, and in less than a day they gave me a refund on the missing items! The new xbox 360 is very quiet, but it could be just my old one was so loud ;), otherwise there isn't much else to say that hasn't already been said, now I just wish I had more time to play games, do they sell those cards somewhere?

There isn't much to say, the description says it all. The games are both fun that come with this and the xbox slim is a great upgrade. Its really quiet and has a higher definition output. Its definitely worth upgrading to. The only thing about this newer xbox is the heat. My old pro never got hot, but this one feels like its burning after an hour. I think that its because of the thinner plastic and the fact that the fan is on the side. Its only around the fan that it feels hot and from talking to others with the slim, they say the same thing. Outside off that it works great. I've had it for a month now and have had no problems.

I try to save my hard earned cash anyway I can, and I was certainly able to by purchasing the hard-drive here.If you're like me, you didn't buy the 250GB Xbox because you thought 4GB was plenty for your needs. Unfortunately it's not, and the 250GB hard-drive, which basically cost 100$ when that Xbox is purchased, cost even more when it's purchased individually!Luckily, it's available here at the lowest price I've seen. This type of product is simply hit or miss, and I've had no issues with my hard-drive. Therefore, I give this four stars...there's always room for improvement.

cut right to the chase: it does play original xbox gamesthat was my whole concern before purchasing it. i had to rifle through hundreds of reviews before i found someone that actually said that and stood behind it. i'm saving someone else a lot of time.as you already know, like myself you probably got the 4g xbox kinect, this works for that and you get a ton of storage for it, fits perfectly, works perfectly, and plays original xbox games.this is a official microsoft product so it will work. the knock off versions do not play original games

I bought this as an early christmas present for my boyfriend, his old 360 was on its last legs and I thought that he'd really enjoy the upgrade - plus he had lost his Halo disc and had told me how much I'd enjoy playing Fable (in his words: its like the sims).I cannot say enough good things about the system! The heat sensitive buttons are a great touch, the sound of the system is much lower then the older 360, and the download time is much much faster. Plus the amazon gift wrapping was a wonderful extra - very tasteful and neatly wrapped (i was afraid that there would be amazon logos all over the package). Not to mention that the new controller that comes with the system was smaller and more responsive then his old controllers. We use his xbox for everything from professional gaming to watching netflix, so its definitely a useful purchase. I highly recommend this deal for anyone that has an xbox on the way out.

The wife loves the Box. I took the old one and owed her a new. She is looking forward to playing the system when she is done with schooling...i was unaware though that the games it comes with are DOWNLOADS not disk, that's a one star negative for me.

Although the product was advertised as "like new" condition and fully tested, when it arrived one of the games were missing but the worst part was the graphics card was totally shot rendering the X-Box useless. While the product was basically garbage, Amazon customer service was very friendly and helpful with the return.
