It's always nice when the first game you want to play is included with the purchase of the console. Not entirely sure why they also included a racing game (people still play those?) but oh well. It's free. No problems with system at all. Very pleased with my purchase.

I recieved this item for Christmas and it was a hit with my kids. Very easy set up. Shipping and recieving was awesome. Very quick. It did say when I ordered it that it might not get here til after christmas and that I could pay to guarantee on time delievery for christmas. I chose not to pay and It was one of the first item I recieved from my order...didn't understand that but, otherwise loved it. Good experience!

Came exactly as shown, original packaging got here on time no damage on package, theres nothing I can say was wrong with it , everything was perfect.

Got this item for my daughter for Christmas. She was extremely excited until we discovered that we could only get one controller to be recognized by the unit. I have three controllers and they all work as a single unit but when we tried to connect a second controller, it would not take.Also was missing the headset as outlined in the box. Apparently Amazon has none in stock so they offered a full refund. Now to search for a replacement.

Hard to ignore price, as it fit and worked just fine. No problems with directions, and XBOX recognized the device immediately.

Our first Kinect sensor broke the first week, but it was replaced immediately. We didn't have any problems. We just had to mail back the original sensor in the pre-paid postage box sent to us, or else we would have been charged. We have had it for almost a year now and haven't had any other issues.

This was my first video gaming system I have purchased in more than 15 years. It is a tremendous value and I would suggest this bundle to anyone looking to get an Xbox with the Kinect system.

do not know how to play these games but am trying to learn. seems to function very well , joy stick works good in response time. only thing is it wood be good if you gave more info on how to play the games

We have 9,7,&4 year olds. This is our first ever game console, and purchased this as a family Christmas present. Our 7 yr old mostly likes to just lounge around and is not active at all! Now, with the Kinect games, I have never seen him Sooo active! The kids absolutely love the Kinect games! They woke up the next couple days complaining how sore their bodies are, Lol! So far it's been a lot of fun, for us grown ups as well!

I received bundle and was missing 1 of the 3 games!!!! Do not purchase unless you want 3/4 of product. Will never be buying gaming equipment from Amazon after this.

Excellent buy!! This is after searching GameStop walmarts and other online sites is the best place to buy the Xbox bundle. You get more for your buck man what else can you ask for. More free gold membership time!! That means more online game play woot. To be honest I don't care for either one of the games it came with but I know people who do. Well all in all this was a happy purchase :).Happy gaming

This is the first time I have written a review, but feel that this device deserves the effort. To put it simply this device deserves 6 stars.We are a Wii owner and have had it since it first came out. We have about 8 games on the Wii and had used it regularly. I liked it because it actually involved my kids moving and I felt they got some exercies. All of my 4 kids 13-6 and half boys/girls are very active and very athletic, so video games are not something they spend a ton of time doing. This device might change this. I always wondered why Microsoft did not release a motion controller for the xbox, it seamed like such a simple thing to do. Sony just did this and it is an incremental improvement over the Wii. When I first heard about the kinect I was somewhat skeptical. Now I know why Microsoft did not release a me to product, the Kinect is at least a generation ahead of the Wii and Sony and will give them dominance in this market for several years to come.I have seen this type of technology approach before, and it was very tempermental and normally did not work. I am a technical person and have researched the technology behind this and it is simply mind boggling. There are 2 cameras, 1 IR emmitter, 4 microphones and a motor, not to mention the software that is behind this. The fact they are able to bundle all of this technology into a $149, $100 when bundled, priced device is amazing. I was somewhat worried that it would be hard to set up, nothing could be further from the truth. I basically plugged it in and then it downloaded several updates and I was good to go. The games provide brief instructions on how to interact, but basically you just do what would come natually. It is trully amazing technology and the usability is impressive.The physical exercise that you get is significant compared to the othe devices out there. You do not have to hold anything and the kicking and jumping that you do really involves you legs. The other devices simply cannot use the legs effectively. The kids have to stop periodically to rest, so you do not have the long periods of them just staring at the TV and pushing buttons.A couple of suggestions. If you have a hard floor, make sure to wear tennis shoes or something to lessen the impact when jumping. It is kind of like trying to play tennis barefoot, you need something to cushion the impact. We have a room fully of windows and it has been working fine, although it does mention you should try to limit the light in the room. I think this is due to the IR emmitter getting confused with the IR that is natual in sunlight. We are doing it in a smaller room right now, but will probably move it up to our game room, since some of the games allow 4 people and we simply do not have enough room in the room for four people to interact at the same time.This is a great device and I strongly believe that Microsoft has a hit here. I feel sorry for Sony and Nitendo, since this will become the game of choice. I just hope that they begin to embed this technology into their computers, so we can get more interaction during our work week...

One of the reasons we bought the Xbox Kinect was because we went to a party and have TONS of fun with the thing. WE have a 4 year old that is very active we did not want to buy a console where he is isolated in his own world playing games for hours on end by himself. We want something where we all can play and be active, silly and have fun as a family.The Xbox does just that. We have some little "tune Up" problems especially when my son plays we think is because he moves too fast and is too little for the Kinect to "Capture" his movements not as easy as it does with full grown adults.Other complains is games are EXPENSIVE!!! You can always try one of those gaming stores where they sell used games cheaper or like always try Amazon incredible discounts and not paying taxes...We recommend this to families who have children that make you closer while having fun. Some kinect games had pictures or small movies where you can capture what the players did or performed my son loves that he laughs so hard that his stomach hurts!!Has a foot note we don't like neither buy violent games so we cannot comment on those for the regular games yes they are fun, keep your little ones active and not isolated from the rest, Highly recommended as a family fun. We tried the Netflix thing just for the sake of using the trial period and even though the selections of movies include rather old movies we were amazed by the speed what the movies were downloaded and quality of some of the movies we watched.There are some complains about the $399 bundle games we found those games acceptable if you have little kids otherwise I guess older kids could get bored quickly.

Ok, I brought the original 36 that came out about 5 years ago, I gave it away. But anyway I brought the new one and to my amaze microsoft changed a few things like they no longer give you a charge cable for the control, their still unable to play blu-ray. I guess their waiting for the hd disc to make a comeback like beta. (Ha) overall I like it they have to much pre-installed junk on here.

I have had this item for about 2 weeks so this review refers mostly to setup and installation.I didn't know how to install it in the Xbox so I searched for a YouTube video. Installation took all of 30 seconds, I turned on the Xbox, and it worked.I chose a Microsoft product because I wanted to guarantee compatibility. I have heard, however, off-brand products work just as well.

We didn't like that there are not many choices from Microsoft for these but no other complaints. It installed really simple and have had no issues.

the graphics, the effects, the speed, the lay-outs, the pictures, the everything is just way better than the PS3 and now I know why they call that other game console PS when they should've put it with O in-between the P and the S.

We got a 4GB slim Xbox 360 for the kids this past Christmas, but I needed the HDD to play some of my old Xbox games. It's worked out great and the delivery was very quick as usual.
