Great sound from little speakers. Its nice to not have to deal with the extra wall plug. Do note it uses 3.5mm stereo and USB port.

These are a decent set of basic speakers for any computer, and they're quite attractive. HOWEVER, the cable that connects the left and right speakers is only about 2ft in length, which means it's impossible to have the channels placed correctly for anything but a small, single-monitor setup.

The speakers can get quite loud, and the quality is decent. My only complaint is that one time I had to unplug them and plug them back in to get them to work, which I never had to do with my old speakers.

I like these as I am cramped for space and they produce a great sound. No, they are not BOSE, yet they are very satisfactory for good sound and since I am often in another room I can turn them on to alert me of incoming SKYPE messages.

Apart from the low sound quality and exposed membranes that can easily be ripped if not careful, these speakers are for those cheapos like myself who were willing to roll the low price dice, but lost.ALSO IMPT: For those buying to use with their smartphones or IPADS, these speakers need a USB port to power them, so you'll have to connect them to a laptop at all times. Therefore not very portable at all. ONLY BUY FOR LAPTOP USE.there's nothing to plug into a power outlet so you're tethered to a laptop at all times...a big bummer which i didn' realize when i ordered it.

I use these with my Dell Studio laptop. For their size, these are great little speakers, if you are looking for something relatively inexpensive with decent sound. As other reviewers have noted, the speakers are not protected and could be damaged if you are not careful. It would seem a simple cover would protect them, if the manufacturer would install this.My only concern would be if I was out of the room and they were turned up and there was something loud with a lot of base coming through them, would they potentially crack. Giving them a 4 out of 5 for no speakers covers to protect them.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised after I got these speakers hooked up. They have a very nice sound, they aren't going to rock the house but for the portability and the price they are excellent. If you are looking for speakers for your laptop these are the ones you need. The ease of hookup couldn't be easier it took me less than thirty seconds.

There is no sound in space, but if you are EVA and notice that your oxygen tanks have been freshly shredded by a meteoroid, once a health cloud starts to form, pull these out and enjoy.

I bought a new 19" TV for my bedroom, and the audio left much to be desired. I purchased these speakers to help. They were easy to hook up, and have greatly improved the sound quality. It took quite a bit of fiddling with the knob to get the sound right, but now it works fine.

I now have 3 pair of these speakers, one pair for each PC I own. Love the sound quality, they look terrific, and I esp. like having a quick knob volume control handy.

My computer's sound is so soft I can hardly hear it without using headphones. These little speakers work perfectly for me. I keep sitting them on the side out of the way and just plug them into the USB port when I need them. They have an on and off knob and a volume control on the speakers themselves.

The sound is quite good. I should say that the only songs I listen to are mostly Scots and Irish folk songs. I am glad I bought this.

Great speakers for small offices, desks, etc. It is not to have it loud it is just for soft sound settings. I use it in my office with either my phone or the laptop.

Sound is good for viewing video and flash content, not recommended for listening to music. I wanted small, wireless speakers and these fit the bill.

For how tiny these speakers are in size and wattage, they provide a surprisingly strong sound. I feel the highs and mid-range are comparable to the larger, 6-watt Yamahas I used with my old desktop computer. Being able to tuck excess cord away is also a nice plus.I do have a few minor quibbles. The bass is weak due to the small size and only one driver on each speaker. The sound distorts a bit if the volume is turned all the way up (though you shouldn't need to turn it up more than halfway, I find). Finally, you may have some low-level buzzing if you plug certain other USB items into a port too near it. (My USB mouse caused interference, a USB-powered LED lamp didn't.)All in all, great little speakers if you want something better than your laptop's speakers but don't want to spend too much money, space, or power.

I was looking for a basic set of speakers that I did not have to plug into the wall. This fit the bill. They worked great. Nice volume control, nice look. Very handy cord wrap in the back. IF you want basic sound and no hassell with 110V hookup this is item is for you.

These are good portable speakers for the price. By no means are these $50 speakers, but they do get the job done if you just want to do some modest audio listening.

These are a pair of very cute, functional speakers. The bass sound is nice and they're pretty compact and portable. The sound is really clear and so much better than my laptop speakers. I no longer have to lean forward to hear the music. There's only a 2-year limited warranty - I really hope it'll last longer than that. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with this product. Great Deal.

Obviously, when we're talking about speakers in this price range no one is expecting room-shaking power or superb quality. These little Logitech speakers don't offer either of those but what they lack in power they make up for in portability and compact design. The best feature here is that these speakers don't need to be plugged into the wall to work; they function off of power from the computer via a USB connection. The cables are not very long (again they're meant to be portable) and can be easily wrapped around the back of the speaker. It would have been nice for the speaker that both cables are attached to to have a bit more space to wrap cables (since the other speaker doesn't need as much) but this is a minor issue.They don't get super loud but they get loud enough to justify using external speakers vs. the built in computer functionality and the volume knob is easy to use.Additionally, where most computer speakers are black, these are white. This actually makes them pretty ideal for a Mac as they look like they are part of the laptop package.I would recommend these more for a laptop than for a desktop. There are plenty of better quality speakers for a little bit more if you plan to leave the speakers in one place. But for ease of transporting, these are pretty ideal.

These little speakers are so amazing. If you're on the fence about getting speakers for your laptop, BUY THESE! The difference between the crappy built-in laptop speakers and these is insane. They're not only much louder, they have a depth of sound that is world's away from what you get from a laptop.While I'm sure better speakers can be bought, I find it hard to believe that you'll find ones as good as these for the price.These are great little fellas. plug em in, and place em next to your computer and you're set.They are also beautifully designed, they look great on my desk!I honestly cannot stress enough that you should buy these; for the price you won't find better.

Especially like the cord "reel" that keeps the unnecessary extra length of the cords out of the way. The sound isn't like a Bose, but it's still pretty good considering the size of the little guys. They're keepers!

Excellent acquisition, the speakers are small, but it has a big sound at a low price. They measure about 3 ?" x 3 ?" x 4 ?" and the left and right speakers total weigh 18.7 ounces both speakers. These are very portable. I recomend it.

My only complaint, which to me is pretty substantial, is that at full volume the speakers crackle with any amount of bass. It's very annoying. The sound quality is not very good, but I kind of expected that from an inexpensive speaker. I am considering returning these and maybe upgrading a level.
