These speakers are small and lightweight which makes them easily portable. I am not an expert on sound quality, but these speakers produce considerably better sound output than my existing laptop speakers. This is a great product for the price which I would recommend to potential buyers!

These speakers are great for the price. My only reason for knocking down to 4 stars is the length of the cable between the two speakers. I have a 28" computer monitor and they do not reach far out enough to sit on the side of my monitor. Another 2" and they would just fit.Other than that, the sound quality is amazing for 15 bucks. I also have these speakers Altec Lansing BXR1220 2.0 Speaker System which fit just right in between my monitor and have used them for a long time. They are only 5 more than these. Either will work if you don't have a large monitor.However, I'm still going to use these for my macbook.

These speakers will really good. They're cheap, portable and I don't need batteries to power them. They have pretty good sound for the price and they compliment my laptop nicely.

Cheap quality.. Worked perfectly the first couple of days. Now sound is so so - We have to turn them almost all the way up to hear what's coming out of them. They will crackle - We've only had them for a few weeks.

The quality of the audio is 100 times worse than my Macbook Pro speakers. Not only that, but they are only slightly louder.When I play a car chase scene from a movie, the background music nearly vanishes and the sound FX of the cars sound extremely poor. I'm returning these for sure!!!!

These speakers are reliable and spacious (the biggest reason I purchased them). If your looking for smartly priced speakers, this is it.

They are really good speakers for what I paid for them. I needed these as a replacement for my laptop speakers because my laptop speakers blew, so these were a great fix. The bass is not that strong, but the volume can get pretty loud for their small size. Overall, it is an excellent buy for only $15.

After reading positive feedback about this speaker, i thought to purchase it. As soon as i got it, plugged into my laptop and played my favorite song, i got very disappointed with the sound quality. I am very much song lover and i like loud sound with high bass but this is completely opposite of what i was looking for. I have decided to return this speaker within half an hour only. I would suggest to invest your money on other speaker.

This product sounds good but it's not as loud as other speakers i have used in the past. I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it but if you use this with your iPad, you'll notice a reduce or muffled sound.

I use this speaker with my laptop. Its good for the price. Powers via USB and 3.5m cable. Good to watch movies and if you listen to music on laptop a lot. 100 times better than my laptop speaker

I bought these to replace my older Logitech speakers (good sound, but wire running into laptop had an internal break and they are now hit-or-miss). I liked the old Logitechs - inexpensive, but good sound, so I wanted to buy Logitech again. These are terrific. Big sound, and love the USB feature. I mostly use them to play my various Pandora playlists: everything from indie rock, country, classical, rap.... they sound great, and I like the sleek, smaller look and size.

Great sound for these small speakers. Perfect for an office setting. We bought a pair for steaming music in separate cubicles in our office. At a low volume they are perfect for listening to the radio or WI-FI stations. Great price too.

These are exactly what I was looking for...inexpensive, portable, decent sound quality, and usb powered! You get what you pay for. These aren't high quality speakers, but they get the job done. They are definitely better than my laptop's built in speakers - much louder and clearer. No regrets on this purchase! However be aware that they DO drain your laptop's battery a bit, but this should be expected since they are usb powered.

I bought to use in a small room - got an external monitor for my laptop, it'd be weird is the sound is coming through the laptop still. These sound pretty muffled out of the box. Good thing my laptop has got an equalizer, some tweaking and it sounds loads better. USB power means you can take it with you.Look and feel:You can't expect much from cheaper speakers, they feel light and plastic.Function:They work well as they intend, I don't hear much noise because of the USB power, which is nice. Honestly though, I don't think these are much better than my laptop speakers.Value:I think I got what I paid for and it serves its purpose.

I bought these speakers to replace the terrible, constantly-humming ones that came with my PC. For the price I paid ($14.99), these are pretty good. There is no humming, and the sound quality is decent. My only complaint is that the cords are a bit too short to reach my computer. I have the left and right speakers reversed until I get extension cables.

Based off of the 1-star reviews, I expected these speakers to have some major flaws. But for the price, I was willing to put up with some inconveniences. Now, after owing these speakers for a month, I'm surprised at ANY negative reviews of this product. For a month, I've been expecting (and in some ways, looking) for problems with these speakers, but I have yet to find any. Honestly, these speakers couldn't be any better, and for the price, they're a flat out steal! The sound quality is amazing. There is NO buzzing noise, even on the highest setting. The bass is too strong when the volume is turned up, but that's a fault with many speakers. I doubt you could spend your $15 on a better product.

One of the speakers went out on my laptop and so I figured I'd buy a pair of cheap, small computer speakers, plop them down on either side of my head on the back of the couch, and plug them into the laptop. So, I paid $17.29 for these, here on Amazon.com. Now, we all know that at that price, these speakers are not going to give you the window-breaking audiophile experience. They're really inexpensive, made of molded white plastic, and very small. But, what will amaze you is how good the sound is, considering all of those things. I mean, REALLY amazing. The bass won't thump you in the chest, but you sure can hear it, plain and clean. These speakers also have a kind of warm and clear sound which I wouldn't have guessed. I am seriously tempted to go ahead and buy another half-dozen sets of these because it's one of those products that make you think you're sort of getting away with something by getting them for under $20.

I bought these speakers with fairly low expectations. I needed a set of speakers that didn't require a power brick and the concept of running them off USB was appealing. I wasn't expecting great quality sound, but they honestly sound pretty good. The volume is higher than I was expecting as well. When I purchased these speakers I mistakenly thought that they ran entirely over USB. They actually use a standard 3.5mm audio connector for the audio signal. The USB is only for power. So far I have no complaints.

I have been searching for an inexpensive speaker that sounds great, and I have finally found what I've been looking for. These speakers translate bass really well, as well as treble. Easy to set up, and pretty loud considering their size. Definitely recommend these speakers!
