I had this pump for just over a year, it started to leak so I called the manufacturer which they claim to give you a 2 yr Warrenty, they have been giving me the run around and now it is really leaking and almost flooded my basement.

I am a professional plumbing contractor and just installed one of these pumps in a home with low water pressure. As of Now, this pump is great, Simple to install and very quiet. We will see how long it performs!

pump seems to have failed in about 8 months. This is the second one of these I've had this happen. Think I'll choose a different pumping system next time.

This pressure booster changed my life. My home is 4 years old and as the development grew, my water pressure got steadily worse. I've had this booster now for over a month and love showers again. My dishwasher gets dishes sparkling clean and my laundry is noticeably brighter. Easy to install and well worth the money. Don't hesitate if your pressure is nonexistent as mine was.

We got one that was manufactured in Dec of 2011. Out of warranty and doesn't work. Probably sat around a warehouse for 6 years. Hopefully when you replace this it is with a new pump.

I ordered model number 97896312, as stated above, but the pump that was delivered was model number 97896335, which has different specifications. I am left to decide if I must return it or if this different pump will meet my needs. The big sticking point is that the pump that was delivered requires 26 amps (at 110-120v) to start according to Grundfos, which is more than an ordinary 110 outlet can provide.

This was a good sent ,we just built a house and have a cistern for the water, we just had room for the pressure tank that would have been needed if we wouldn't have found this fantastic pump , now we can put in a bigger hot water heater with the room.
