Amazon is great. They follow through on taking care of customers. This pump started leaking 2 weeks after installation, flooding our basement while out of town. Amazon took it back no questions asked. My concern is I had an older model for 5 years which worked great. The next one after this one, started leaking immediately. Maybe I am unlucky, but 2 new pumps should not leak upon installation. The older model never leaked, just quit boosting the pressure.

Considering that Grundfos only guarantees the product for two years, and the set-up was in the house before I bought the house (in 2013), I want ahead and bought the pump.

Great product. Easy installation. Does the job, hands down. It took my rural water pressure from 28 pounds to 65 (regulated down to 65). We can actual take a shower and get the soap off of us.

This is our 2nd Grundfos. When it works they are noisy but do the jub. That said this one is only 5 months old and now is extremely noisy and creates NO pressure at all. I live in the country and have a well so this is a great disappointment. I've been unable to get assistance from Grundfos. The first we used for years with no issue at all. This last one has been a headache since 1 month after purchse. I will not purchase another Grundfos.

Replaced the 16 year old pump with a new pump in a Prevost motor home. Very quiet and works excellent. Good product for this application.

This is the best company I have ever had dealings with. As things go sometimes you get a defective part. My pump starting having pressure switch problems 2 months after installation. So I got in contact to the vendor "Rain Collection Supplies" discussed my problem and they replaced the pump with no problems!!! The pump went out the next day and it is installed and working perfectly. USE THIS COMPANY AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Excellent pump and a marked improvement over my old Grundfos unit. Why ? ..does not need bleeding, more compact, plug in electric connection, virtually silent in operation. Plus there are loads of different operating modes to select. I just went with the default. Note that the pump flow is in the opposite direction to my old pump but after unscrewing the four allen bolts it's a simple rotation of the head if you are not happy with the panel being upside down. Worth exploring the full operating instructions online as the supplied quick start guide is basic and a tad cryptic. Easy diy provided you are able to isolate water valves either side of the pump. Also ensure you isolate electrics too. Call a professional if in doubt.

It’s been few months now since I changed my recirculating pump and it is definitely quieter the the old grundfos pump as it was old.
Also it does have few automatic speed functions.
It heats up the radiators quicker.
The one thing I had to do is to rebalance the whole system again.
This means that some thermostatic radiator valves are slightly noisy because of the increased flow.
Hopefully this will go with time as the pump breaks in.
I know it sounds mad but I wish the pump had a even lower speed just a gentle flow .
Overall if this pump is anything like my old Grundfos one it will last me another 12 years.

This pump is a replacement for my central heating system, the old pump failed due to the water level dropping (a failed cistern ball valve) which resulted in the pump running dry. That destroyed its bearings! This new pump is a little taller than the old one and because it was positioned beneath boards in the loft meant some more headroom was required. Not a big issue - and not the fault of the pump. This pump runs so quiet I couldn't hear it! I had to put my hand on it to feel the faint vibration to be sure it was running. Installation was very simple - about the same as fitting a domestic plug. Hope it lasts as long as my old pump, I have no reason to suspect otherwise as it appears to be well made.
