X390 Designare Mainboard mit solider Ausstattung
Gut ausgestattetes Board mit Thunderbolt 3 (für mich wichtig), leider Nur 6 SATA-Anschlüsse, die noch dazu mit den M.2-Slots geshart werden müssen, kein ECC-Support.

Gewohnte Qualität von Gigabyte
Das Mainboard ist UNHEIMLICH hochwertig verarbeitet. Ebenso die Kabel und die Verpackung.
Die LED RGB Beleichtung ist durchaus schön und ausreichend vorhanden. Über die Gigabyte Software lässt sich die Beleuchtung sehr gut steuern. Die zweistellige Anzeige am unteren Mainboardrand ist zwar nicht von Bedeutung aber sieht gut aus. Das BIOS ist gut gestaltet und bietet gute Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Mein i7 9700K läuft stabil auf 5,0 Ghz, bedenken sie jedoch, dass solch ein Prozessor gut gekühlt werden muss.

Compatibility with new Intel Processors
!ATTENTION!
If you’re planning to use this motherboard with a new 2019 Intel Processor, you MIGHT need to update the BIOS, else Windows will crash during boot/installation.
This motherboard was delivered to me with the F6 version of the BIOS, which does NOT support certain new Intel Processors with R0 stepping (March 2019 and onwards).
After downloading and upgrading to the F8 BIOS. Everything worked flawlessly.
The full compatibility list can be found on the AORUS website, where you can also download the required BIOS update.

Tolles Mainboard aber Anleitung gerne auch in deutsch
Das Mainboard ist Preis-Leistung einfach super!
1Stern Abzug gibt es für die Anleitung,
1. Nicht auf deutsch
2. Bei Verwendung einer SSD M.2 ist der Sata Port 1-3 deaktiviert, Festplatte wird aber im BIOS erkannt.
Sorgte für etwas für Verwirrung!
Das musste ich erst googlen, da hätte ich mir mehr von der Bedienungsanleitung gewünscht.

Stabil und kühl
Ich habe das Master und den 9900k drauf, das Board kommt bestens damit zurecht, bleibt auch bei Last angenehm temperiert, kann nicht meckern, ganz im Gegenteil, ein super Board für diesen Preis und mit den verbauten
Spannungswandlern.
Allerdings vermute ich auch glücklicherweise einen 9900K bekommen zu haben der gut und nicht zu dick verlötet ist.

3x neu gekaufte Ware als GEBRAUCHT erhalten!
Zum 3 Mal dieses Mainboard bekommen (ALS GEBRAUCHT), als (Neu) verkaufte ware von Amazon!
Habe jetzt keine Lust mehr und kaufe es bei einen PC Spezialisten!
Sauerei das die Ware nicht richtig kontrolliert wird und der Kunde es ausbaden darf.

Good OC, premium feel and build quality. Great feature list.
Great VRM, actual heat sinks. Great feature list, good I/O. Strong board with good backplate. Wireless antenna surprisingly good. Very good audio. Convenient switches and buttons, and POST code LCD. Good included software also. BIOS is OK but not very easy to navigate and somewhat lacking in help tool tips.

Top kompaktes Mainboard mit viel Fummelarbeit
Das Mainboard ist abslout top verarbeitet und ausgestattet! Sogar 2x M.2 Anschlüsse!
Was ich aber extrem anstregend fand war das anschließen der Frontanschlüsse vom Gehäuse an das Mainboard. Man ist gezwungen alle super kleine Pins einzelen an das Mainboard anzuschließen. Normalerweise hat man dafür einen adapter wo man es dann einfach ans Board anschließet.

Die Ankunft
Schlecht : Karton kam an einer Ecke eingedrückt an, fotografiere das mal und öffne dann den Karton. Egal ob mit sichtbarere Beschädigung oder nicht : so empfindliche und teure Ware darf nicht gedötscht, geschmissen oder ähnlich werden, da sind hoch sensible Bauteile drin und ich kann so eventuell langfristig Beschädigungen außerhalb der Garantiezeit bekommen ...

Rundum gutes Mainboard
Läuft mit einem i7-8700K, 16GB G.Skill 3200er RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD und einem Be-Quiet Kühler. Lässt keine Wünsche offen und sieht dabei noch sehr gut aus.
Vorgefertigte O.C. Profile und gute Bauteile. Preis-/ Leistung ist sehr gut meiner Meinung nach.

Sehr gute Entscheidung zu diesem Board zu greifen...
Wer ein Z390-Board sucht, stolpert automatisch über die Gigabyte-Aorus-Mainboards.
Diese haben eine überdurchschnittlich gute Spannungsversorgung sowie die beste Kühlung der Spannungswandler überhaupt.
Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist herausragend, das Bios gewöhnungsbedürtig aber nach einer kurzen Einlernphase gut zu handhaben.
Das Ultra habe ich deshalb gewählt, weil es preis-leistungsmäßig mMn. das beste Board des Gigabyte Aorus Lineups darstellt.

Achtung! Wichtiger Hinweis!
Die 9000er Intel Cpus werden seit Mai mit einem neuen Stepping ausgeliefert. Diese sind mit der zumindest bei mir installierten Bios Version F4 nicht mehr kompatibel. Es ist ein Bios Update auf Version F7 nötig, sonst hängt sich der Pc wenige Sekunden nach Start auf. Man kann diese Update allerdings per USB-Stick sehr leicht durchführen.

Descriptions not clear
When i got this motherboard i used it with my i5 6600 and when i plugged it in it didn't show anything and kept restarting and after hours of trying to figure out why is it not working i found out why from the User Manual pdf file from the official website . Turns out that this motherboard supports only Intel processor from at least the 8th generation and my processor is from the 6th so i refunded it i know it's my fault for not doing enough research before buying but what's annoying me is that in the descriptions from Amazon about this product wasn't clear what processor's generation the motherboard supports and i waisted a lot of time as a result it would be better to make it clear on the descriptions what generation this mobo supports.

Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Xtreme D4 E-ATX
The motherboard came to me in a very heavy package. I thought about a lot of additions and I wasn't wrong. In addition to standard instructions or Sata cables, we also receive cables with temperature sensors, WiFi cards, cable ties, SLI bridge or plate for diagnosing the plate. The most interesting addition, however, is the RGB Commander hub. It allows you to control the backlight of all components that we have in the housing. I suspect that when you decide on this disc you will have a lot of different RGB devices, so the hub will make it easier for you to connect and manage them. From the additions you can see that the album is a top product. The warranty is 36 months.

Does what it's supposed to do.
It's a good board but putting the sata ports under where the GPU is going to be is a bit of a pain, install your drives before your GPU. Getting the main power connector on the board was also a bit of a pain next to a bulky air cooler but that's a problem only once.

Nur wer einen grossen Kühler benutzt sollte nicht zu hohe RAM Module benutzen.

Kaufe nie geöffnete boards...
Beide abdeckungen für die m2 ssd fehlen ebendso die rändelschrauben dafür. Ich weiss nicht ob eine sockelhalterung für sockel 1151 im paket sein sollte,bei mir ist keine drin. Von daher eigentlich schrott.wenn ich das jetzt bei ebay zusammensuchen und bezahlen muss hätte ich auch ein neues ungeöffnetes kaufen können.

Vielen Dank, GB, für dieses wunderschöne Motherboard, das für Grafikdesigner und Spielefans geeignet ist. Das BIOS ist sehr einfach, um die Geschwindigkeit des Prozessors zu brechen, und Sie können mehr als ein Profil für das BIOS speichern. Schwache Hitze

Thunderbolt Probleme.
Thunderbolt 1 Geräte funktionieren, obwohl Thunderbolt per Adapter stets abwärtskompatibel ist. Gigabyte kennt das Problem, aber löst es nicht per BIOS update.
Thunderbolt 1 devices won‘t work although they are backward compatible via adapter. Gigabyte is aware of the problem since a year but they don‘t address it via BIOS update.

Don't buy used!
Spent hours removing my old motherboard and rerunning cables. Turn it on an no post. Pins in the MB have to be bent. Ordered a new one this time.

Das Motherboard funktioniert nicht mal
Das Motherboard ist in seiner original verpackung gekommen und nicht in einen dafür vorgesehenen Katron mit der Aufschrift nicht schütteln oder werfen aber das war nicht der Fall und wenn das nicht genug ist hat diese wahrscheinlich dadurch einen Defekt bekommen und funktioniert darum nicht.

Perfekt, sehr zufrieden mit Gigabyte!
Perfekt endlich mal ein Motherboard was funktioniert, hatte vorher msi mpg z390 gaming pro hatte nur probleme erst mit Netzwerkkarte und dann ging Motherboard gar nicht mehr. Gigabyte einfach perfekt, nie wieder MSI Motherboard!

Great CPU :) Recently changed from MSI MB with 4790K to this CPU with 9700K for gaming. Amazing product. Very nice bios and very easy installation and manual. Too bad that I can't get a 2080 TI ....
