Good product and quality at first, then the nightmare begin!
All good, good product quality, good finish is undoubtedly a primium board from a brand like gigabyte
UPDATE:
After 2 months of use the pc starts to upload to the bios slowly, I mean it turned on the pc and it took 1 minute to show the gigabyte logo, I thought it must be something from ram or hard drives, so I disassembled the machine I checked all the peripherals and everything matched well but it was still the same, I tried with other rams and the same ... yesterday 03/22/2020 I was using it normal everything very well I have to do a restart of the system since I could not connect to my work Via VPN, I proceed to restart the machine that passes the machine never goes up the DRAM led, I try everything, I change the stick rams, I disconnect the video card, I do the CLR CMOS with both the battery and the jumper, everything continues The same after I bought the Mobo, a friend told me that this model gave a lot of problems, I did not believe him, but he is right, the quality of the product is very good, as expected from gigabyte, it is a prime brand, but this board currently only serves as a paperweight. .. thanks Gigabyte po r make my money worth nothing ...

Good Mobo Horrible Support
This motherboard was very easy to install and works very well in my pc however the reason I payed the extra money for this mobo is the onboard wifi, however it never came with wifi antennas. I contacted Aorus customer support and they were a PAIN. After not getting a response for nearly 6 days, I provided my model number, bios number and proof of purchase and still asked me for a "more complete invoice".
If Aorus doesnt screw up your product and it's extras, its a good mobo but unless you are missing something its all over.
[Edit] After around 3 weeks, Aorus Support has sent me a replacement for my motherboard atenna. +1 star

Gigabyte makes great motherboards
Gigabyte makes great motherboards and this one is no exception. I have used them for years for myself and other family builds.. This one is a little dated but I am not a gamer so for my uses, it is still fine. I didn't read all the fine print and matched a Ryzen 7 CPU that required a separate graphics card so the onboard graphics of this MB was useless to me.. My fault, not the board's.. My only complaint was that it has only 4 SATA ports and I needed 6.. It does have 2 ASATA ports but they become unusable if you install a NVMe ssd .. which is what I did, a WD Black, 1TB.. Love that drive.. In fact, I have never had a WD drive of any kind fail on me.. I installed a card that afforded me 2 extra SATA ports and so I got around this deficiency..

A Great Mobo for 2018/2019. Maybe less great in 2020/2021
The UEFI interface was simple to navigate and updating the firmware was a breeze. This was my first time building a computer and I had a little trouble at first because it wasn't completely clear to me how the CPU was supposed to be secured and my friend has only ever built Intel computers. It didn't take long to figure out how to properly seat and secure it though and everything else was a snap.
For 100 dollars, having a motherboard with built in WiFi AC, Bluetooth, a fan controller, and RGB lighting is a steal.
Perhaps the only potential issue a new buyer might face is the out of the box firmware only supports up to the Ryzen 2000 series, with a firmware update being needed for Risen 3000 series support.
Also AMD will soon be releasing a new CPU socket, making this motherboard obsolete in about a year or so.
If you were to go back in time about a year or two this Mobo would be an insta buy, hence the 4star review. It's objectively good value for the money. In context of when I am writing this review however, you might want to do some comparison shopping and check to make sure the CPU you want will be supported by this Mobo.
Time Travel back a year a or two and it's a 5 star Mobo, I have to deduct a star though because you'll likely want a different Mobo to pair with that Ryzen 3000 or 4000 cpu in a few months or so.

Amore a prima vista ottima qualità
Questa scheda madre di casa gigabyte è una b550 di fascia alta ed è in form factor mini-itx, deriva dalla sua sorella maggiore x570 , analizziamo le specifiche tecniche di questa meraviglia:
le fasi di alimentazioni sono 8 fasi reali(regge cpu fino a 90A, es.3950x) con vrm dissipati da un dissipatore lamellare passivo (VRM Heatsink con heatpipe), troviamo anche un dissipatore per nvme m2 compatibile con standard pcie 4.0, dispone di un bel blackplate posteriore, ed di un secondo slot m2 nvme pcie 3.0, è equipaggita con wifi 82.11 ax (wifi 6) + antenna calamitata, una tra le migliori assieme alle asus rog.
Troviamo 1 slot 4 pin cpu fan, 1 slot fan 4 pin, ed 1 mini slot fan aggiuntivo a 4 pin con adattatore fornito in confezione,adattatore argb, doppio slot per rgb, cavi sata con 4 slot su scheda. la motherboard è ben carozzata troviamo gli slot delle ram rinforzati assieme allo slot pcie. La motherboard possiede led di contorno programmabili e gestibili via software fusion rgb di gigabyte. Buona la dotazione I/O a bordo 5 porte usb 3.2 + 1 type-c porta ethernet 802.3 da 2.5gbit/s, 3 connettori jack audio da 3.5, 2 porte hdmi+ 1 displayport, ideale per le configurazioni APU 3200g e 3400g ed anche per al serie ryzen 5000 future.
Conclusioni: E' una delle mobo mini-itx di fascia alta tra le migliori assieme alle asus rogstrix, di ovvia derivazione delle x570, non ha nulla da invidiare a queste ultime solo il doppio slot nvme m2 4.0( la b550 ha 1 slot 4.0 ed 1 3.0), le frequenze ram supportate dalla b550( max DDR4 XMP Up to 5300MHz+) sono superiori alla X570 , la circuiteria è di pregio adatta a supportare anche cpu piu energivore con tdp alto (105)

Definitely worth it!
This MB came with the newest bios flashed on it which was a big relief since I have a ryzen 7 2700. The multiple point led control is awesome the leds are bright. Didnt see much performance upgrade switching from the gigabyte b450 wifi.
One of the best MB to game with in my opinion and the fact it has a cover for the Nvme ssd is cool.

My CPU and SSD have broken for no reason because of this terrible motherboard I only had them in the system for a day each and they broke I took it to the PC shop and both the components were broken TERRIBLE MOTHERBOARD I want a refund right now

Great board for overclocking and Raid 0 support.
This motherboard is awesome. All features work out of the box, great overclocking support. I'm running a Ryzen 7 2700x 8c/ 16t CPU running at a stable Of @4.2Ghz. I am running crucial ballistics 2400Mhz Oc'ed @3000Mhz. M.2 ports support data and NVMe drives out of the box. All Raid support Sata an NVMe Raid is in bios however I have installed all the drivers for raid, and I got my 2 Samsung NVMe drives in Raid 0- I could install Windows to the NVMe Raid 0 but for some reason could not boot from it. I had to install a 3rd sad with windows and as it boots switch from the new drive back to Windows in raid 0 an than I would boot from it. It's not a board issue. It is a software/ driver issue and you can fix this. I love this board. I run it in our Easterling Customs YouTube channel video editing machine. Very reliable. Has been running 24/7 for three months now. Love it will buy again.

Worse Experience Ever
I have been building PCs for over 20 years. I have never reached a point where I completely gave up, but I have now. After going through 2 motherboards and finally getting an answer back from Gigabyte's tech support (who immediately closed the case after suggesting a ridiculous solution) I will never buy another Gigabyte product.
The board looks good and installs easily. The connectors are all accessible, well though out ans seem to be of solid construction. The one good thing about the board is that the POST lights are easily viewable and since I only got to the 'boot' boot light once in more than 100 attempts that comes in pretty handy. All components ordered were on the compatibility list and this was verified by Gigabyte tech support in their one response. The system would never get past the VGA in POST on almost every attempt even using 2 different video cards. I reset the bios multiple times on two different boards and only got video up 3 times. The one time I was able to successfully open the BIOS, 57 seconds in the entire system froze and had to be powered off.
Solution: buy MSI or ASUS :-(

Great board for the money...
After using my last Gigabyte board for over 10 years, it was time for a major upgrade, I originally purchased and MSI B450 Tomahawk, which had an issue that had to be RMA'd. It took a few so I ordered this board and love it much better than the MSI, the first thing was having an optical output which I use for audio, the second was the I/O has a built in cover which I also like, it looks and feels more premium with built in RGB lighting effects that can be changed, something the MSI board didn't have, installed without any issues, just a great all around board to use. If I had more money I might have purchased a higher end board, but at this price you can't beat it.

Worst build ever in my 30+ years of builds
I had problems with this mb from the beginning. The board would not post anything so I tried all the suggestions of the many people who had problems. I did everything suggested by the manufacturer after requesting help. Put it aside from time to time to be sure the problem was not me. Installed parts uninstalled parts over and over so I finally requested an RMA from Gigabyte and returned the board. I have checked several times and emailed asking what was going on but no response.
I have used Gigabyte boards many times and in fact have one in operation at this time but based on this experience and poor customer service I will not buy another unless something changes to make the customer service better.
I would not recommend this mother board or any other board manufactured by Gigabyte at this time.

Love this board!
Used this for a Ryzen 7, 32gb G.Skill ram setup and its amazing. The build quality and feel of the board is awesome it supports 64 gigs of RAM has multiple ports for SSD and onboard. The built-in IO panel on the back for all the ports was a great feature. The fan control pin setup works amazing for the setup that I have and I have not been happier. The built-in Wi-Fi and external antenna by far exceeds any card or Wi-Fi adapter that I've installed on a board in the past. The antennas are super strong and I do not have an issue connecting if I need to via Wi-Fi to the modem that's upstairs.

Amazing mother board for the price.
It’s a huge step up from my last model, the lighting could better, the chip set is amazing, the blue tooth is very handy for my discord, the type c 3.1 is very good. If you see less than a 4.5 to a 5* on a rate it the person has no idea how to build pc. See a lot of 1 stars for it saying the can’t post a display, well most think it has on board graphics it doesn’t that has to do with your cpu, or they just didn’t seat the cpu properly. The WiFi on it is very good, range is limited but is expected.

Great, but not perfect.
This is a great product but, the software to adjust the RGB is actual garbage, the website for the motherboard is a pile of shit and ease of installation isn't very high. If you have a mid-tower like the NZXT H500 make sure to plug in the cables before installing your heat sink if it's big or else you'll have the hardest time getting your cables to plugin perfectly. Performance-wise it gets the job done and doesn't look half bad either. You have a decent amount of different RGB lighting modes (I believe anywhere from 5-10).

Unfortunately can't rate this board at all because it doesn't even power up. So dead on arrival. Looks nice and I am sure it is lovely for those that can get it to work.
