This fan is nice and quiet, and pumps a good bit of air out the back. The only drawback is that the screw holes are machined so tight that you need a power drill to get them fully sunk. Otherwise a good value for a good fan.

Very well manufactured fans and the LED where very bright I am Going to replace my other 4 fans this these I like that they have 9 fan blades moves more air at a lower RPM. Cool Master makes very well put together a very fine line of cooling merchandise and accessories.

I was hoping that it will not be as loud but it's pretty freaking loud. It does sound like a jet engine sometimes. I would try to shop for a better product but if you can't find anything cheaper, I guess this would get the job done.

-Cooling is really important if you don't want to burn up your expensive motherboard components i.e. CPU, Video card. If you can't expel hot air from the case then your internal fans are really just reserculating hot air. This is a great fan. I bought the blue one and the 120mm is quiet, and realy moves a lot of air. Works as advertised and I am very happy with it. Just screwed in the fan and pluged in the 4 pin connector. Cooler Master is a pretty good name brand and would rather go with them than brands I haven't used. Will update if there are any problems, but doubt there will be. -Only thing I would like different on the fan is maybe 2 speeds, but still a great fan and will buy again when needed.

I installed this fan to draw heat away from my graphics cards, crossfired Radeon HD 6850. I monitor the temperature drop was around 3 to 5 degrees celsius which is really impressive. The screws are tight, so don't feel it will break the fan, just tighten. Snug fit and works nice. LED lights are bright and nice illumination insider case.

First off, let me just say, the LED color has changed on these fans, I had bought one of these a year back or so and its a much lighter blue than these ones. The darker blue looks very cool but it may not match your lighter blue fan if you have a previous year of these.On that same note, one of the fans I bought (I bought 2) came with 1 random led that was that light blue color... Most people don't notice but its kind of annoying to me, having 75% of a fan be dark blue and the other 25% be a light blue...As for the airflow, I love these fans, they are gonna do more cooling than a budget fan while still being quiet and cool. Their awesome 10blade (or so) fan design makes then quiet will still moving 60CFM.If you want a cool looking, quiet, useful fan then you should definitely buy these Cooler Masters, its a very trusted brand too!

but as others have noted the fans blue led is not anywhere near as bright as the pic(s) show. Actually. I am not sure how the case mod pics show such bright lights.

Attention manufacturers of "silent" fans: if your fan is noisier than the failing fan it replaced, it isn't "silent".Will be ordering another one to replace this before too long. I've got two computers in my office and it's at least twice as loud as any other fan noise.

This computer fan cools a computer case very well and puts out a blue LED lighg that is helpful in knowing that the fan is working and the computer is on. It gives a great "glowing Blue" appearance to your computer. I put two of these fans in my computer and cools the inside of the case very well and effeciently. The price is good and the quality is better than average. If you are looking for the Blue Led look for your computer, this is the cheapest way to go.The fans are easy to easy to put in and get going.

I purchased 2 of these fans for my current build and the fans work perfectly. The LEDs aren't that bright, but they are bright enough to be noticed. This is a good thing if you plan to turn out the lights and don't want a really bright LED ruining your dark setup. These LEDs are bright enough trust me. The fans moves plenty of air. I originally used them on my Cooler Master Hyper 212+ now I use them on my Antec Kuler 620 for a push/pull set up. My fan controller reads the RPMs at around 2000RPM [about 1920RPM-1980RPM].The best part about these fans is that they are cheap and are quiet. I have used 2 of these fans for nearly 2 months I am satisfied with this product.

Fan is as described - low decibel and moves a decent amount of air. The blue LED is not annoyingly bright, and I have mine installed behind a black mesh screen and black filter.I connected this fan to the front lower part of my case for intake and used a fan controller to lower the rpm. This fan is considerably quieter than the Aero Cool Shark fan. I should know, I have 3 of them, and have now replaced all 3. I'll hold onto the Shark fans until I completely lose my hearing and then I won't care about decibels.

I have an Antec 600 Gaming Case, which comes with back and top 120mm and 140mm fans and has 3 more 120mm fan ports. I stuck this fan inside the front of the case so that it blows onto my hard drive and it does its job nicely. It's nice and quiet and keeps my hard drive cool. The airflow in my case is much improved since I added this, I really like it and I'd recommend it for anyone needing more cooling in their case.

I purchased two of these to replace the two aging 120mm Antec case fans in the front of my Antec 900, and boy do they make a difference. They have excellent airflow for 120mm fans, and the LEDs are BRIGHT. These fans brought the ambient temperature in my case down by a few degrees Celsius over the stock fans that were included with the case. I find them to be fairly quiet given the airflow they are capable of pushing.

I bought 4x of these to replace the stock 120mm x 25mm AZZA Hurrican 2000 fans. Those were WAY too slow.Pro: These Cooler Master 120mm case fans provides really good airflow within my AZZA Hurrican 2000 full tower case.Con: The hard plastic material of the frame caused great difficulty in screwing it onto the case, compared to the Cooler Master Blade Master. I believe that they are made of different plastics.

I found the ratings on this fan (CFM) to be very good. It was to be the exhaust fan so color was not important. This fan can move air. If you drop a sheet of paper in front of the exhaust fan, it is blown out of the way. Excellent fan and quiet although, when moving a lot of air, noise is not the number 1 criteria. The temperature of the CPU dropped substantially with the thermaltake cooler. It is in the low 30's degress C. Awesome. Try it and see how this fan can move air.

Cools well, very quiet, and gives off blue light. However, if you want a really bright fan, look elsewhere. This doesn't give out that much light.

I used to have one 80mm fan in my desktop, but I decided to put two of these in there. I expected it to be a little louder because it was a larger fan and there are two of them inside instead of one, but the noise is still a little worse than I expected it to be. It's not loud enough to make you constantly focus on it and drive you crazy, but it is loud enough for you to be reminded frequently that it's there. I have a pretty small room, and I have to turn the TV up a couple of notches more than I normally used too in order to be able to hear it over the fans. Remember that I have two of them running so if you're only getting one, then maybe you won't notice it as much as I do.

Pros:I ordered one of these from Amazon about a week ago and from the moment i opened the package popped it in my system it set the standard. It is sturdy and it remove heat quickly from the CPU and GPU area. Before I had it my system would overheat and lock up as I have it in OC 4.5ghz stable. Throwing this in the side panel was the best thing for my system in its current state. I will order three more of these to replace the other ones I already have.Cons:Not really a con but the fans spin at a higher rpm than usual resulting in a slight noise increase. A little buzz for beast won't hurt. I recommend it for gamers and over clockers

Pros: This fan pushes a lot more air than I expected. I bought this 120mm fan to replace a 140mm fan simply because it did not have LED's on it. Without doing any actual tests I believe this fan outperforms my old 140mm one.Cons: The LED's on this fan are extremely dim. I bought this over other fans because I did want dim lights due to the positioning of this fan in my case. To be honest, they are still quite a bit too dim for me. I can barely see them through the front port on my Cooler Master Storm Scout Case. I tried putting it on the side of the case after and due to the design of the case it became extremely loud. In the front it isn't too bad but just make sure you are not mounting it to something that looks like the side of a Scout case. Just something to do with the case and the fan not getting along will drive you nuts.Conclusion: It is a great fan as long as you mount it correctly and are not too worried about the brightness of LED's. There are some pictures others have put up to show the brightness so look at them. Realize if your case has dust filters it could dim the light even more. I do recommend this fan for anyone who cares more about performance than looks.

Cooler Master makes quality products and they are sold at a value price. Installed easily using the included screws. The power plug, with three wires, is thermostatically controlled and connected directly to the corresponding receptacle on the main board. The packaging also includes Molex type adapter connectors to use with four prong computer power supply connectors if there is no three conductor connector on the main board. This 120mm fan will help move cool air through the computer case to keep components ventilated.

It's probably not the best 120mm LED fan out there but for the price, low noise level, and the amount of air it pushes, it gets the job done. I currently have it in a VGA fan dock that funnels air across my video cards. This along with the stock video card fans keep my cards at 28c idle and no higher than 45c under stress. Definitely a good buy.

I ordered three of these to replace the stock fans in my Antec 900 tower when my Big Boy 200mm TriCool Fan started sounding like a diesel engine. Temps are 28°C idle and 38-40°C under load. Got about a 6°C drop from replacing all of them. That's not saying much considering my old ones were horribly caked with all manner of nasty gunk..The 3 to 4 pin adapters are junk the pins inside the 3 pin connectors will push through if you so much as look at them the wrong way. One of the male molex connector pins was bent, I was able to bend it back into place but it was a pain.

Gives very good air flow better than my NZXT fans, LEDs are not bright when facing forward but when turned to the side it is but not really a problem if install in the front or any where in the case. Plastic is a little more fragile than my NZXT fans but not enough to not buy just don't screw in to tight.

This fan is very quiet and moves a good deal of air. I wish there was a way to shut off the LED, but it does a great job. It is being used as a fan for a server enclosure.

Well, this fan is actually pretty cool. The front of my case glows now, and it blows a ton of air at max. However, at maximum voltage it is too loud for my standards, so instead, I moved the wires around in the adapter to have it use 5V. The light isn't that bad, at least compared to the LEDs in my motherboard. Although if you like quiet, giving it less power does significantly dim the lights. I gave it a four out of five, because it works, makes things look awesome, cools down my PC, and comes with its adapter, but it is far from what I call quiet at 12V.

I have only had this fan for a day but I wanted to give my first impressions.I really don't care about the pretty blue lights. I just want it to plug in and work without too much hassle. This, it does.I bought it to replace my original 120mm TriCool fan. My original fan had a variable speed dial so I could turn it up or down. I never used it. Maybe it was just a gimmick but I expected this fan to have the same feature; only because my original had a metal piece that filled one of the slots in back of the computer. This new fan has no such feature. So I had to rescue the metal piece from the old fan. Otherwise there would have been a gap in the back of the computer allowing dust and dirt to get in.My machine has a temperature gage that warns me when it is getting too hot. This new fan is supposed to turn at 2000 R P M. Unfortunately my temperature gage is telling me that one of my fans is turning far below this. Since it only gives me the speed of one fan I have no idea if this new fan is the one turning too slowly. I suspect it is not but since I can't be sure I thought it best to alert you anyway.

Yep, blows air. Yep, cool blue color. Keep things cool and running solid. Hmmm, what else is there to say about a fan?It changed my life for the better. Made me realize what a lucky person I am to just be alive. I appreciate every day that much more and try to live each one to the fullest. The blue glowing lights make me think of our oceans and the amazing undersea life that is so precious. The gentle sounds of air moving calms me as I take on more challenging and stressful projects in my life. Yep, my fan did all that.

This is the best 120mm case fan I have found, in terms of providing excellent air flow at a quiet level. This fan exceeds at both! It pushes ~70CFM of air (you can feel the power) at a high air pressure (perfect for radiators), while still being much quieter than any of my other fans. I have 5 of them in my case and couldn't be happier!Cooler Master is also very involved in upgrading technology, as I just bought another one and found out it has improved even more!

Pro: Very quiet, works well.Con: Its capacity is rated at 60 cubic feet / minute in the product specs. In my experience it doesn't appear to be that "powerful" --- I'd say probably 50% less.Still, for this price, it does a pretty good job keeping my basement air fresh at a minimal cost of electricity. I found an old 12V adapter lying around the house and hooked it up to the fan. Works pretty well.

well this item arrive, in time and packaging was good.....i installed the fan but haven't made it work yet, cuz i burned out my motherboard and awaiting my new motherboard...i actually ordered another one this time red, cuz it fits my xblade mid tower case well and looks so cool........

I don't know much about fans; this is the first one I've bought but from what I can tell it's pretty nice. Like everyone else says the LED is a tad dull; I got it because it was cheap and matched my front fan's LED, not really for the LED brightness so it doesn't matter to me. Easy to install, there wasn't any thread in the screw holes of the fan so you sort of make your own. I mean there are holes where the screws should go, but you have to force the screw through(making your own "threads"). It's really easy to screw through though.

Great new, added or as a replacement fan. I personally like the Blue Lights just be sure you do too.Quiet, easy and simple install. Lots of connector options which makes it easy to use in different ways.Good price and all around a great choice, no problems or complaints.

Fan works great. Tons of air flow over my receiver. Not so quiet though. I got it to cool the receiver on my surround sound and when its quiet during the movie you can hear the fan way too well. It is registering near 40-45 db from 10 ft away. :( Maybe a enclosing it and getting it out of a direct line of sight will help.

let me first say that these are very dim LEDs, they are however plenty bright when you look direcly into them so windowed cases beware. also there loud, i bought 3 and there collective noise remind me of a jet engine starting. last but not least there effective my system runs cool to the touch even after hours of full load.

These fans are quiet, have good airflow, and as a bonus, they glow blue! They're not too bright, but I'm sure if they were brighter it would get annoying fast. I do some moderate gaming, and I haven't seen my CPU or motherboard temp go more than a few degrees above 40 Celcius with these fans.The cords included were more than long enough for me, and they make it possible to plug the fans either into your motherboard (for more control) or directly into your power supply.NOTE: I stripped out one of the screws while installing. Be careful, and use a normal sized screwdriver, not one of the small "computer" screwdrivers that you would expect to use on a job like this.
