Великолепно
I bought this camera before a recent family vacation to the mountains. It was easy to use and took great shots. The telephoto lens was so powerful we were able to use it to identify and photograph objects several miles away. Highly recommend.

It was supposed to be my new camera, but once my 15 y/o daughter got ahold of it I have not been able to get it back. She asked to borrow it for a photography class. She has learned how to use it for all kinds of shots (low light, stop motion, moon shots, etc.). It takes great photos. She was even able to sell a few of them.

Really liked the camera and it takes stunning pics... Also takes excellent pics in the night with flash.. however, without flash - pics are okay - certainly better than normal cameras but still could have been more better.

The powershot sx50 hs is perfect for the amateur photographer/videographer. I received the package earlier than expected, everything that was suppose to come in the box was efficient and I can't put.the camera down^_^ I'm purchasing the led 160 video lamp for video because its a bit dark but other than that I'm in love!!! Thanks Amazon.

It is about $100 more than the Canon PowerShot SX500 (16.0 MP Digital Camera with 30x Wide-Angle), but worth every penny. I got the SX500, but ----- after going back & forth & reading the reviews of both these cameras I was confused. The SX50 has an optical view finder which is helpful in the bright sunshine. The LCD view finder on the SX 50 is much better as you can pop it out & twist it to see it better. Also the SX50 is more responsive. You can move on to the next shot quicker. I returned my SX500 and got the SX50 and I am not sorry in the least.I am still learning on this thing & likely I will never take advantage of all it's features, but maybe..... I certainly enjoy this cameras features.

I love this camera, it's now my favorite for day trips to the zoo or beach. I have a much more expensive camera for birding, but I find it too clunky for normal use. This camera is lighter and more practical. It also takes great pictures of birds. The zoom is phenomenal, but it does lose quite a bit of image quality at the highest settings.

We have an older version of this camera and have loved it. This one the buttons on the right side of the camera are too touch sensitive and I have repeatly hit the timer button or the REC button when trying to take a regular picture and have missed the picture opportunity. Sending it back.

I am at a point in life where lugging around many lenses and other gear is just too much. The 50X zoom lens suits me perfectly. I am a pretty good amateur not a fussy pro. This camera is just perfect for m. I love it

I am still in the learning phase of this camera but so far so good. Buying accessories for this lens is a bit of a learning curve as well. The filters I ended up with are 67mm rather than the actual lens size which is 52mm I think. NOTE! You must buy an adapter to transition the 2 lens sizes together and it remains on the camera.It is light for it's size. One thing to mention is that the focus assist buttons on the side of the lens are difficult to locate by touch. You must look at the lens while you are in fact trying to lock in the focus of your subject. A simple raise bump like on a keyboard would allow better awareness of it's location.I would recommend this camera to others for sure.

Can hardly see through the viewfinder to compose your picture. Zoom tends to sticks when zooming in or zooming out.

This is a good camera at a good price through Amazon rather than local Ritz Camera store. Easy to use for pics....need to give the video some time shortly.

Camera takes great pictures! Would have been a 5 star had an instruction manual accompanied the camera an d a better lens cap! The lens cap fell apart before a month was up. Now I have to purchase a replacement lens cover.

I bought this camera for a few reasons.1. I needed a good camera to take nice pictures of products for my company, takes nice close up pictures and can really get all the details of the product.2. I needed a good camera that had a really good stabilizer, since my hands shake pretty bad.3. My parents have cameras that are just a few years older (one is about 2 years and the other is about 5 or 6 years older) then this model and both my parents are happy with them.I use the camera mostly for my company but I have taken this camera out twice, once to the LA Zoo and took beautiful shots of the animals; and then out to Disneyland. Taking pictures on the Train was a snap, clear non blurred pictures while moving. I played around on it to figure out the correct shutter speed, but otherwise I am loving this camera

I was somewhat familar with Canon Cameras since I owed a couple of them. For first timers it may be a little complicated to operate. Does so many things difficult to remember it all. But overall this camera is amazing and does what it is advertised to do.

This camera takes pictures with a high quality without the need to know photography as a professional.Just set auto and shoot to get much better photos than a point-and-shoot camera.Also, I was positively impressed with the video quality and the amazing Image Stabilization! The end result looks like you are using those very expensive Steadicams.I am very happy with the acquisition.

This camera is a replacement for the Canon SX40. It takes beautiful photos even on the fully automatic setting. The auto focus is much quicker and more accurate than the sx 40. Of course the huge zoom lens is wonderful. This camera takes great low light photos. I have taken many indoor photos using existing light and all have come out great. I do not like flash photos and it is rarely ever needed with the SX50. I very highly recommend this camera.

This is a great camera! It has all the convenience of a point-and-shoot, but also has a great deal of the sophistication you would fine in a DSLR. No need to swap lenses as this is ridiculously powerful. Planning to get an external flash unit (it has a built in and a hot-shoe), but have not needed it yet, as the built in is pretty good. So far, this does it all.
