Nice Tool
I was a little skeptical before I bought this saw but I’m glad I did. I’m very pleased with it’s performance. It cuts even the largest branches with relative ease and it’s very easy to handle. I wouldn’t cut dow a full grown tree with it but for pruning it’s the perfect tool for the job. The pole attachment needs a little bit of getting used to but I was quickly an expert on it’s use and had no issues at all.
Battery life is normal for a battery operated tools. It certainly will not last all day but it does last long enough to prune a few trees and cut up the branches. If you need more than an hour of constant use the I recommend getting an extra battery.
Overall I would say it’s worth the investment.

This saw will cut a tree down
The chainsaw itself works awesome. It is strong enough to cut a log in half. The battery lasts a very very long time. The extension is a little awkward and heavy but it does a good job too! I use the battery on my worx Blower and weed wacker as the battery lasts longer then the ones they came with.

Nice Cordless chainsaw
WORX has a nice product in this cordless pole chainsaw. The handle is long and adjustable. The chain saw comes off and works easily without the pole also. Enjoyed trimming the trees with this. Battery life cut a bunch of large tree limbs without hesitation. Battery charges fast and last a long time. no issues with this product

Not a good product
Followed all the instructions. The chain kept on getting derailed. no matter what adjustment I do, it kept on derailing. I'm very disappointed with this product. I have other Worx tools and they are good but not this one. Amazon was so graceful that I was able to return this back. Thanks Luis (customer service)!!!

Excellent for the money.
When you put the saw on the pole very heavy and hard to control. I'm in my 70's but a young man could use it on the pole with ease. That's why I gave it a three for the light weight. That is why I bought one you take can take the saw off the pole. I have several Worx products and they all work as they should. Very good products.

Heavy & cumbersome, as a pole saw
As a pole saw it's too heavy and cumbersome to use. Tried to use it fully extended and stopped immediately. Perhaps it performs better as simply a chain saw. Also, the 'folding' pole is cumbersome and difficult to store.
Cannot and will not use as a 'pole saw'. Will keep it as a simple chain saw rather than returning it.

Good buy very too heavy
Did a great job on some very high thick branches. It is extremely top heavy so you need good upper body strength which I do. The pole does wobble a lot at full extention due to the weight of the saw so hitting the right spot to cut might take a few tries. Overall, I would buy again.

Easy to use!
You really need the 4 AH battery unless you’re only trimming 1 or 2 branches. Also, the slightly heavier 4 AH battery improved the balance during use. As with all chain saws the saw chain will stretch each time you begin to use it due to friction/heat. Stop cutting and manually adjust the tension. No tools are necessary, and it only takes a minute.

Bad battery and no way to replace just the battery
I have not been able to try this product because the battery is not charging. I just want to replace the battery but there is no way to leave a request for that. It looks like I have to replace the whole item if I want to get a battery works! This makes no sense. I am hoping someone who can make a difference will see this review and help me get a replacement battery.

Great purchase
I bought this for my husband after watching him struggle with a manual saw to cut branches high up in a tree. He has shoulder issues and when I found this I thought its worth a try. Well he loves it. Its light weight and powerful enough to do all he needs to do. I bought the set that came with an extra battery which gives you plenty of time to cut. The fact that the saw can be detached and used as a regular chain saw is a bonus. Would recommend.

Good saw with surprisingly long battery life.
This saw exceeded my expectations. I used it to prune limbs of up to 4 inches in diameter that were up to 15 feet off the ground. It has very good battery life.

Just too cumbersome. We returned it because it was just wasn't user friendly in any way. We felt the design was lacking. We bought it because their blower was great and we wanted to share batteries. Bad idea.

Better than gas powered chain saws!
This is the best chain saw! Yes, much better than a gas powered one because it’s just as good and much easier to use. It cut so good. It’s easy to use and light weight. I cut through 7 inch trees just as easily as a gas powered one, just a little slower. The battery lasts a long time. I have 3 worx battery powered tools and can not imagine going back to gas powered.

Good light duty pole chain saw - works well
I used it to trim several low hanging limbs on our mature trees. It worked well, and I was able to cut all that needed it. It is a bit heavy when fully extended, but the weight allowed it to cut well.

Great product!
We previously purchased a similar pole/chain saw from another supposed brand name. After the warranty was out it went out also. We were not able to purchase a replacement part. Big difference in the WORX brand. We haven't had any problems and found this one has more power. Great!!

Awesome pole saw!
Best thing ever!!!! Got to cut some branches in our back yard, the battery lasted a long time and the chain is still sharp. We used it to cut limbs down on my parents farm and the battery lasted a long time. Very pleased with the unit!

Perfect little chainsaw
Got this for car camping firewood, cause there’s always a fallen tree somewhere near the campground!
I get about 8-10 full cuts on an 8” tree with the 2Ah battery. Just get extra batteries and don’t worry about it.
High quality, simple, easy to use. Pole extension works super well!

Very Pleased with the WorkX chainsaw and pole!
I am very pleased with the ease and efficiency of the chainsaw and pole. Good instructions - which I found very useful being a newbee at cutting off tree limbs and downing trees. This has worked great for me -

Great small Chain saw
This is a great small chain saw. It is really more like a heavy duty trimmer. It's not as powerful as a chain saw but if you have small limbs that are too big for a hand saw to you don't need a big chain saw this is your guy. Husband loves it for trimming up low branches and cutting down small trees.

Dependable, Lightweight and Easy to Use
I caretake acreage. I have over 50 trees of Oak and Mesquite. This saw performs well for my needs. On my 1st use, I was disappointed. On the second day, I discovered it to be a tool I liked using and have been using at least twice a day for two weeks. I haven't used my gas chainsaws since purchasing this item. I would recommend and would purchase again if necessary.

Perfect for me ....
This saw does a great job for the trimming jobs I am doing around the yard, which is completely surrounded by woods. Cuts through 3"-4" limbs without much trouble. Battery life is excellent.

Not gas or electric.
I like the fact that it's a battery pole saw. I have a gas chain saw and it takes for ever to start and keep it running. Plus, I have a Worx grass trimmer that has lasted over 5 years, great company.

Dual purpose , powerful, and one of the lightest pole saws available.
This is a great tool, very powerful with long reach and light weight. The chainsaw is removable and can be used as a standard 10" chainsaw, which lets this tool serve two purposes ! It is very powerful, and I have used it to take down 10-12" diameter trees with ease!
