Like nails on a chalkboard
If you are sensitive to sounds and feel this is not for you. I wanted to replace my Wacom Bamboo Fun - which was perfect - except that wacom refuses to update the driver so I can no longer use it. I really did not want to further support Wacom because of this, but also have a ton of work and just needed something that would be comparable and easy to use. They replaced the glass surface with something I assume is supposed to feel like paper and pencil, but it has a drag, I hate the feel and sound it makes - it makes me cringe. This surface also seems more susceptible to wear and tear and pen nibs will have to be replaced more frequently. I would try a tablet by a different company.

Excellent functionality, easy to use
I'm transitioning from a larger tablet, but also needed something I could travel with. This tablet has survived several trips in my luggage and maintains accurate interpretation of various amounts of pressure. I have been using it for some months now. I switch it between two computers, and once installed, it's only a matter of plugging and unplugging the USB. It's lasting and working well. The power cord is directional and wants to trail across the desk to your left; this is a little awkward if your computer is to your right, but it's not a big deal. There is no stand for the pen / stylus. Minimal branding. Fuss-free product. Based on performance, ease of use, durability, and price point, I would buy this product again if I needed another.

Set up was easy and it's a great beginner tablet
Alright so I'm going to tell it to you straight. All these reviews complaining about the software set up and tech support, are probably all bearly able to order anything on Amazon in the first place. I just got mine in the mail today and I've been putting it to the test for the past couple of hours. Set up was beyond easy and all the programs are great. If you read the fine print you will notice that clip studio is a two year trial. Which I'm okay with because that's a $200 program. The pen feels great and it's easy to hold for long settings. While I would probably recommend the larger size tablet the small one dose the job. Just be ready to zoom in a lot. Over all it's great for a started tablet and should last quite a while. As always I also suggest just going ahead and paying the $10 for the 4 year warranty. You never know what could happen.

Perfect for the grand kids
Purchased primarily for my 5 year old granddaughter who loves to draw. Now that I see how well it works I wish I had purchased the bluetooth version for a few dollars more. I have hooked this tablet up to my new MacMini, Samsung laptop running Windows10 as well as a new Acer Chromebox with absolutely no issues. Very pleased with my purchase.

if you have an older mac, BEWARE
i'm a very experienced mac user, like longer than you've been alive. my current mac is a late 2011 MacBook pro, running 10.13.6. i installed the wacom divers as directed AND MY MAC WOULD NOT BOOT. not EVEN in safe mode. you don't know what mac safe boot is, you're in trouble. i google "wacom driver installed and mac won't boot" and guess what? i saw DOZENS of posts, exactly like mine. i call wacom, and guess what? they said, "our drivers work with 1000s of macs, we are not mac experts, so you need to call apple."
so i boot into recovery mode (luckily, i have a current Time Machine back up... you don't? or you don't know what that is? you're in trouble.) i re-install the OS, takes 2 about 2 hours. i re-install the wacom software, and guess what? it'd ones work, it's "waiting for synchronization" then it says, "log out, log in, if that doesn't fix it, re-install the software."
i log out and in, 3 times. i re-boot (really worried it would not re-start like before). i re-install the software, 3 times. i call wacom tech support again. i'm madder now than before, i've spent 3+ hours trying to get this to work, i was afraid my mac was dead. but i have a back up... you do too, right?
i get a helpful tech support guy this time, it took 30 minutes for him to walk me through the fix. he said, "you downloaded an older driver" i told him it was FROM THEIR OWN SITE, he grunted.
altogether, it was about 4 hours to get it working. and i guess, the tablet works fine. after the time it took, my opinion of wacom has soured, you know? keep in mind this tablet is meant for non-professional consumers. maybe it's easy on a newer or new mac, i don't know.

Muy buen producto
Recomiendo bastante este modelo si apenas empiezas en este mundo de las tabletas gráficas. Es fácil de usar, configurar, transportar, etc.
He estado leyendo algunos comentarios negativos sobre las puntas que trae el lápiz; por mi parte no he tenido problemas mayores en cuanto al desgaste de estas. Llevo más de un mes sin cambiarle la punta al lápiz y funciona muy bien, supongo que habrá gente a la que se le desgasta más rápido debido a la “intensidad” con la que trabajan. Aún así creo que si se cuidan bien las puntas y no se les fuerza a lo bestia, deberían durar un mes o un poco más.
En cuanto al soporte técnico, pues, no he tenido problemas al solicitar las llaves de activación de los tres programas que incluye. No es nada intuitivo el proceso, pero tampoco es nada del otro mundo. Eso si, el soporte podría mejorar mucho.
El lápiz que tiene es súper ligero y agradable al tacto, lo único malo es que el botón inferior de mi lápiz esta un poco más suelto que el superior; sin embargo no afecta en nada a la funcionalidad. Creo que solo tuve mala suerte y me tocó un lápiz ligeramente mal hecho (no pienso devolverlo por una pequeñez).
En conclusión, luego de más de un mes de uso continuo, puedo decir que el producto vale su precio (aunque yo lo compre 10 dólares más caro por infortunio de la fecha de descuento xd) y si eres un principiante sin exigencias técnicas fuertes, pues esto cae como anillo en el dedo.
-Para trabajar (dibujo, edición, diseño): 8/10
-Para jugadores de Osu! (no creo que haya más juegos que usen este periférico, al menos no intensivamente): 9/10

The best.
You can't go wrong with Wacom. After 13 years I finally upgraded from my beat-up old Wacom Bamboo Fun (that still works, by the way). This tablet is small and slim, making it easy to store and place on many surfaces. The range of motion you get with it is perfect, and the grainy texture makes it feel like you're drawing on paper. The pen doesn't require batteries, and the buttons work as intended. The drivers are up-to-date and quick to install. You also get all the bonus software mentioned. For $70, you get everything you need to make digital artwork.
If you get the weird problem with lag while trying to draw on Windows 10, you can fix the problem by disabling that godawful program Windows Ink Workspace. The problem isn't with the tablet.

Works well after an annoyance.
Oh really easy to use beginner tablet the only annoying thing I found about it is before I could use add to download some software that there was no clear instructions on how to download.
For people less literate with tech this might be hard for them at the beginning but after I downloaded the software it was really easy to use.
Mainly use it to do online homework so I don’t have to waste paper.
The pen also comes with a total of four nibs which is really nice which should last you a good while before you would have to buy new ones.

Sloppy performance, easy to make irritating mistakes with it.
The stylus to screen performance is sloppy and inaccurate. I've adjusted the settings but it just doesn't cut it. I've owned a higher-end Wacom tablet that worked much better. However the pen broke on that model and it's $80 just to replace it.
I went with Wacom over the other brands thinking that by spending the extra money, it would make a difference. It appears that it didn't. This Wacom just isn't ergonomic or effective. It's easy to make irritating mistakes with it. For now it's just collecting dust now and I'm back to using a mouse.

Product is good. Installation is questionable.
The product works and has nice shortcut controls. However, the pen nub does sound like it is scratching the tablet surface when you draw on it, so I would recommend using placing a sheet of paper in between. Even if the pen nub wears down, at least the tablet won't.
FYI the cord is at a 90 degree insert coming out the top left side.
The real problems are with the software - if you are unlucky, you will have to troubleshoot a bunch before you can get your tablet working as much as you like. Disable Windows Ink because they don't work together well; your Photoshop versions may be limited; you may have to restart your computer several times, etc.
Ultimately still good for the price, good for beginners or more casual tablet users not looking for anything serious. The draw size is comparatively small, so if you're going to be serious, I would recommend larger tablets.
I did not try the packaged software, but I'm sure they're acceptable.

AMAZING! Works well on iMac and MacBook
My son has been inspired to draw more lately, and after searching far and wide I bought this Wacom Intuos drawing tablet so he can use with Opentoonz on his old iMac, and it works great! This combo works very smooth with no lag. Works well with my Corel painter too. Recommended!

Love this tablet - so glad I purchased!
I absolutely love this tablet! It has completely changed my workflow, sparked creativity, and the compact size lets me take it with me anywhere! It was super easy to install and worked with my Macbook Pro almost instantly. There’s a slight learning curve if you’re a beginner that hasn’t used a graphics tablet before (like me) but once I got the hang of it, I absolutely love it and favor it over my mouse or touchpad for basic navigation even when I’m not illustrating! Great tablet at a great price!

Perfecta tablet
Chulada, cumple su objetivo. Si siente que la superficie es muy chica, tal vez tenga Ud una mano muy gorda. Si siente que el cable no alcanza, tal vez sea Ud un/una orate que no sabe acomodar su escritorio. Si rompió la punta con la primer probada, tal vez sea Ud un/una gorila sin tacto. La tableta funciona a la perfección, ideal para principiantes en ilustración digital.

Todo bien...
Excelente producto para alguien que apenas empieza, yo en lo personal la compré para el trabajo, necesitaba de una tableta para explicar en las juntas las ideas con diagramas que normalmente hago en papel, me es de mucha utilidad y cubre completamente con mis expectativas.
Cómo información adicional: tiene sensibilidad de presión lo cual hace que para dibujos la línea se vea más gruesa o delgada, cuenta con 2048 puntos de presión.
Contras:
- desafortunadamente no se puede modificar la orientación respecto a la pantalla, la aplicación de Wacom no lo permite al menos para este modelo, lo cual hace que debas colocarla con el cable hacia la izquierda y en mi caso me estorba ya que soy diestro y tengo el teclado de mi lado izquierdo
Cómo información adicional: tiene sensibilidad de presión lo cual hace que para dibujos la línea se vea más gruesa o delgada, cuenta con 2048 puntos de presión.

La única razón por la que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque los drivers no estan firmados, al conectar la tablet se reconoce como mouse y funciona como mousepad, al instalar los drivers, deja de funcionar , el problema lo tuve en Windows 7. Se tiene que encender (cada vez) con F8 y desactivar el modo de drivers sin firmar para poder usarlo. En Windows 10 se puede desactivar desde sistema sin reiniciar. En Mac no tuve el problema, el programa funcionó a la primera.
En todos los casos la tablet, una vez instalada correctamente, funciona muy bien con Photoshop y Gimp. Se puede usar sin problemas en dos monitores o configurar para usar solo 1, o actuar especialmente segun el programa abierto y acondicionar los atajos de los 2 botones de la pluma.
Update: Parece que repararon los drivers para Win 10, en 7 sigue pasando pero en 10 lo detecta sin problemas después de instalar los drivers mas recientes.

Si buscas una opción económica de una tableta esté modelo es perfecto. Yo tengo años usando tableta para diseñar e ilustrar, anterior tenía el modelo Intuos Draw que ronda los $1,300 mxn y comparando, la One no le pide NADA. Es cierto que no tiene los botones de atajos, pero si como yo no los usabas, es un excelente ahorro de precio. El área de trabajó es el mismo, la pluma igual. Buenos materiales y los niveles de presión también. Es una buena compra para principiantes o si quieres ahorrar unos pesos.

Mejor inversión relación calidad precio
Es mi primera tableta y estoy 100% satisfecho con ella, para mi trabajo en edición de fotos en photoshop me ha servido a la perfección, mejoró mi tiempo de trabajo, es fácil de usar y configurar.... ya hasta se me mojó por accidente toda la tableta y el lápiz y a pesar de que en las primeras 72 hrs el lápiz dejó de funcionar, unos dos días en arroz fueron suficiente para que regresara a la normalidad. Muy contento, satisfecho y la recomiendo (eviten mojarla).

no me convenció.. PERO haré una actualizacion...
Ahora que volví a dar clase online (utilizando zoom y powerpoint) decidí darle una segunda oportunidad a mi Wacom y wow... cambié totalmente de opinión.
Estamos acostumbrados a la sensibilidad de una pluma sobre un papel, así que cambiar a una pluma digital en un pad tiene sus limitantes. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión y con más ganas de usarla, hice una clase súper dinámica utilizando la pluma todo el tiempo (mi maus salió sobrando) y me encanto.
Asi que cambiaré de opinión y diré que se den una oportunidad (si dan clases online) porque esta tabletita es bastante útil. Lo único malo: de repente me dí cuenta que se le cayeron los dos botones a la pluma y ni cuenta me dí.
Aún así, no puedo negarlo: este juguete es bastante útil en esta época académica postCovid

para expresarse mejor
con este dispositivo se pueden hacer trazos con ancho proporcional a la presion, es adecuado para manejar la computadora en una posicion de escritura sin los dolores que causa el mouse. Sin embargo el roce de la punta con la tableta hace un rechinido como cuando se escribe en un pizarron con gis duro que puede desagradar a los sensibles.

Excelente para principiantes y profesores
La compré para poder dar clases y explicar mis proyectos de mejor manera (diagramas). Al inicio la usaba tipo 'mouse' pero no hay mucha precisión (configuración de la aceleración), pero tiene una configuración de mapeo de zonas, lo que significa que el área de la pantalla corresponde a cierta área de la tableta. Esta segunda opción me dió más precisión y está excelente.
Un punto importante son las gomas que evita que se mueva facilmente de la superficie.
El software de wacom permite usarla de forma horizontal o vertical.
Es alámbrica, pero se puede configurar para que el cable no moleste.

Excelente para comenzar
Mi sobrina estaba interesada en el dibujo digital después de verme trabajar en mi Wacom 22HD, le regalé esta tableta para que empiece a adaptarse y a conocer las funciones, herramientas y trucos para después pasar a una tableta de mayor tamaño y formato. Recomiendo mucho hacer esto ya que necesitan conocer cómo trabaja la pluma con las presiones y a transcribir el trabajo tradicional al digital, e incluso para los no principiantes esta tableta es muy buena para trabajos profesionales de igual manera. Wacom es la mejor marca que existe para tabletas y monitores digitales, sin lugar a dudas y por mucho.

Valió la pena
Estoy muy satisfecho con este producto, calidad y precio perfectos (a 5 días de haberla recibido), la recomiendo para principiantes yo estoy comenzando a utilizarlo para realizar efectos y diseño en programas complejos y es perfecta; también podría sustituir fácilmente a un mouse sin embargo todo depende de la práctica para tener más agilidad al utilizarla, obviamente debes ser muy cuidadoso tanto con la tableta como con el lápiz (ningún gadget es "todo terreno". si wacom permitiera sugerencias le diría que la entrada mini USB hacia la tableta debería ser en en otra posición no en "línea recta de izquierda a derecha" pero prácticamente es una detalle menor si eres bien organizado con tu área de trabajo; modificaré mi reseña si algo diferente ocurre.
