the best thing is it takes great quality pictures in any lighting situation - especially low light. we were able to do a lot of cool stuff just by experimenting. then we went to Sony Store and got personalized training and it opened up even more cool things. absolutely LOVE this camera!!

I love this camera - sure it has it's quirks, as do all products. I got this to take pictures of my grandkids, and it's great for that. The size and capabilities just can't be beat today. It's pricy I'll give you that, but if you want to take pics in low light - this is the camera for you. It arrived in two days and was well packaged. Highly recommended.

Only 1 star missing to perfection here - it needs the leather cover or hand-held grip as the camera body is very very slippery!

I concur that image quality, still & video, is great even under adversely challenging light conditions. Yet, though this thing packs vastly greater bulk & weight to my iPhone(4s) the audio recording volume is puny, and quality sucks to match. Don't waste your time phoning "support": they don't even rise to the level of clueless.

Purchased for our honeymoon. So easy to use as a point and shoot. The added features make this camera fun to experiment with on all the different shooting modes.

This is a simple, compact, very porwerful camera. it takes awesome pictures and fit in your poket. The delivery was super fast, used amazon lockers service, and this was perfect for me since I am travelling.

Low light photography is superb. Sony software sort of sucks though . . but then it always has. Give this camera some good light and the details just keep coming.

Very disappointed, I got the package today and discovered that it's not a NEW camera (as stated on Amazon site). NO SONY seal on the box, had finger prints, etc. and was not able to replace it with a brand NEW. Be Careful!!!

The low-light abilities of this camera are phenomenal, whether for stills or movies. Also captures wildlife startlingly well. The automatic features are well thought out and well executed.

accurate description from the ads. received all items perfectly as advertised. with additional 2 extra batteries. a little bit more expensive than other cameras out there but I think it is still worth it! :)

The panorama mode is useless. I returned the first camera because it would not let the pano to be taken. The second camera did the same thing. IT IS USELESS!

I have a Canon 5d M2 with 24-70, Fuji X pro 1 with 35mm 1.4 but wanted a compact camera. I've had the RX100M2 for a few days now and i am very happy with it, it is solidly built, images are very good. I am glad i bought the RX100M2 before i read some of the unfair negative comments about it.

Expensive but no regrets. The camera takes great pictures and is small enough that I take it everywhere I go.

1. Image quality is still great.2. Pocketable size is still amazing.3. RX1 is still expensive and no zoom.4. Tiltable pannel is good addition.5. WiFi & NFC is a good feature for smartphone users.6. Can be used all nex, alpha accessaries. (Mi Shoe)Hard to find weakness of this camera. :)

Amazon sold a made-in-China RX100 M2. lens movement is loud and has some clicking noise. Not sure if this is a "standard" feature. Photo quality is sub-par compared to T2i. Is this due to the poor manufacturing in China? Box was not sealed.

This is a great camera, but the accessories offered by Focus Camera, in this bundle are worthless. Do yourself a favor and just buy quality accessories if you need them.

This is like having a small professional camera, with tons of nice features and takes beautiful pictures. You won't regret.

A little tough to figure all the options out but once you do the photos it takes are outstanding. Amazing quality!!!

Really enjoy the camera. Focus is super fast and pictures taken in low light are awesome. Wish the the lens is a little bit wider.
