My drive was received packaged appropriately... no air bags or craft paper. The drive was centered in the box with collapsible yet sturdy plastic trays on either end. The drive works great and saved my butt as my laptops hard drive gave out 1 day after I had backed it up onto this drive.

I'm happy with the performance given that is is a low power quiet and relatively fast drive with a tons of storage capacity. So far no problems detected in a win7-64 system. Use it as a backup drive where the extra performance is not needed.

This is actually a really speedy drive! I love it! I transferred 800gigs to it the first night at an average speed of 80MB/s or so.Runs cool, quiet, and quick! Would buy 10 more if I had the money.

Seagate + 2tb+ cheap + Good Quality = Winner... that explain it all, the Hard drive work really good and fast for a green drive, no problems so far

Used these in a Synology 211J NAS device. They work well, no complaints. Temperatures are in line with what I expected out them. If you need cheap drives that are reliable, can't go wrong with these.

75 for 2tb shipped! thats amazing.pos:fast 80 min / 150maxwdc black - about 30% faster then my 1tb wdc black hard drives.i used to be a wdc fan, but having 6 fail in the past year is making me branch out. So far so good.

Just as advertised, it's quiet and fast. There are faster drives out there, but this is the best bang for your buck.

I bought 3 of these for my ReadyNas Ultra 6+ ... haven't had any complaints or problems. Good value.
