Simple to use. Take it out of the box and start using. It does get a little uncomfortable after about 2 hour and you'll need a short break.

Bought this heaset two months ago from Amazon and have been very pleased with the call quality and the comfort of the headphones. Battery life is great since I've been on conference calls using VOIP for 5 hrs straight and have not had any issues. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a wireless heaset that's inexpensive compared to the other models available in the market.

that is a beautiful product but not for telephony on a pc. the sound is great, but it is not light enough for consistent use on Skype, or even the occasional phone call of any duration. That was my purpose.

This headset is probably the best i had so far. Having the freedom to walk around and talk or listen to music is awesome. It is extremely easy to setup , you just plug in the usb transmitter and your done. The sound quality is pretty good and its perfect for VOIP. I bought myself one and fell in love with it. Then i bought one for my parents and one for my brother, We all use them daily now. Can't live without it.

These work fine if you're in line of sight with the usb dongle. Unfortunately my wireless keyboard takes it on the chin whenever I'm using them. So, reluctantly, I'm returning them.

I was very excited to get this headset thinking that I would be able to use it to video chat but there turned out to be a significant downside to that as whenever I plugged in the usb key to connect the headset to my laptop, I would lose my internet connection. Sound quality was good, too bad it didn't work out for me.

I mainly use them for skype but it does work nicely with music. The only thing that confused me was actually turning on the button on the headset when I decide to use them.

I bought it after comparing a lot of products and was very skeptical about the purchase, but this thing has not let me down. The backup is for around 8 hours after a full recharge. The wireless range is as such that I can roam in my 2BHK apartment freely. Voice clarity is good. Overall a Nice Buy

Sound quality is excellent, so is the range and autosyncing. They aren't bulky either (like most wireless headsets). The only downside is that you can't use them while charging. Normally this is fine, the battery life seems to be like 5+ hours, but there are still times when it dies on me and I have to use speakers because you can't use it while plugged in.

Positives:- Charge lasts for a good amount ~6-7 hours talk time- Plug and play... no installation of special software- Works well with Skype and to listen to music- Cushioned ear phones- Good and clear receptionNegatives:- Cant' tell how much power is left in battery. Once it's done, the headphone stops

I love these headphones. I got them for my teenage son, but when he told me to listen to the great sound they became mine! The sound quality is incredible. I still listen to my "oldies"...John Lennon, Beatles, Billy Joel and thought I knew every word/sound by heart...well, with these speakers you hear so much more! Each instrument comes out crisper and the voices are amazingly clear. I put these very light weight headphones on and I can cook without my kids complaining about my music being to loud (honestly), clean the house, whatever without disturbing anyone else in the house. Really cool! My son used them for World of Warcraft and he said the sound was awesome. He wants them back...but I've found a great hiding place and I am keeping them!

I purchased these headphones to use at work and at home with Skype, VOIP, to listen to Itunes, Imeem etc. I was tired of taco neck switching between hard phone, soft phone etc. I can't believe these are such great quality and comfort for the price. They were very easy to set up and use the first time. All my settings in the Control Panel changed over automatically. I did have to change my Cisco CUPS setting for VOIP manually but that was it. Then it worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.

This headset works wonderfully, clear crisp communication in both the mic and the headset.Con: A bit tight on the head, could be I just have a monstrously huge noggin.

Terrible range. I have trouble within 5 feet. There is also alot of static in the headset. I will just wait until the technology gets better in this price range. Have a great day!!

Good set of headphones. Good quality, I use them on two different computers for gaming and with an HTPC.My only "cons:* battery life good be better* so far for sound volume, good be better at least on the HTPCWould and probably will buy again for some of my other computers.

I had to replace this headset because the microphone was very scratchy. The replacement unit is a little better, I am still evaluating it though
