The RGB's on these fans are perfect. not to "loud" for my build. The remote works perfect as well. the only problem i ran into was that i couldnt get them to work off the addressable on my MOBO. I started disconnecting each plug from the hub and connecting it in another spot and they one by one turned on and connected with the addressable, which is the FRGB button on the remote. the fans work as intended and move air along well they are loud, but when im gaming, i have headset anyways. Im not sure if i received a broken hub, but i got it to work and i wont be adding anything extra into that hub anyways. I recommend this product, it took about an hour to install with cable management routing.( cable per fan is long enough to reach)

So far, I would have to say these are my favorite fans out of Thermaltake (TT-1225) and Corsir (LL120). Installation was really easy. I like all the extra ARGB adapters/hub/remote they sent with the packaging for the different mother boards (headers) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the way LOOK. These are exactly the look I was going for and was it most compatible with my rig (and future initiatives).
Pros:
- 5v pins but do your research to make sure you are hooking things up right. 12v argb MB header support for the Hub
- Looks tight
- Remote LED control if you are doing any kind of unraid/freenas builds and motherboard headers wont work for you.
- Very well priced against the competitors IMO
- Noticeable quieter and cooler internals with the fans (compared to the other ones I had mentioned above)
- "Decent" selection of ARGB LED display modes
- Fan quality feels good and hefty IMO
- Feels like its pushing through the radiators just fine
Some negative (area for improvement):
- When selecting the Motherboard PWM setting it seems like everything just went full blast even though my GPU's and CPU's were not even breaking 90F. (weird)
- Maybe more LED selections (low priority)
- Build quality on the hub and LED connectors themselves feel a little cheap. Also, the indicators on the LED (pin out) connectors are hard to read at times and maybe the documentation (or the connectors) should really indicate the 5v and swiggily line to protect against inserting them wrong into the hub.
Summary:
I'm pleased and really happy with these fan aesthetics and performance. I might get a couple more just to have some on backup.
Suggestion:
Maybe make this line in 80MM as well for persons who would want a extra fan by the mother board (low priority).

These fans are very loud which I did not expect them to produce so much noise.
They were easy to install into my case but figuring out the wiring was awful and the instructions were terrible.
After spending hours trying to figure it out how to hook these up I still can’t get them to work with mystic light or adjust the speed of the fan automatically.
Maybe these would be better for someone more experienced with installing these but for a beginner these were very difficult.

**Edit 8/20/19 - after an email from the manufacturer, you can lock the color settings using the lock button on the remote. The manual isn't too clear on this, but you won't have to change settings after each reboot.
The fans do look amazing, and they are quiet. But I'm not sure they move much air. My biggest gripe though is that I have to use the remote after every reboot to tell the fans to use the motherboard RGB instead of the built in RGB controller. And even if you use the built in, it doesn't remember your options after a reboot either. It defaults to rainbow every time.
So every time I turn on my computer I have to fool with the fans to have the match the colors of everything else in the PC.
Can verify they sync to msi mystic light though (with the press of the remote button every time)

Great fan kit. Couple things I would like to point out. If you loose the remote and your mobo is not 5v 3pin rgb then you won't be able to control led rings. There's no physical button on the controller to change modes. So be very careful and take care of the remote. I let my boys play with colors and now the remote went to where all other remotes go?
Good thing I was able to bypass the controller and at least get the pwm/fans to work without led function😫 so now I can't stare into them with a blank gaze while I wait for my teammate to rez me in Warzone..
I tried contacting the company to see if they sell replacement remotes but sadly they don't. I would have to purchase a whole new set!
So my only option at this point is to Frankenstein something together with 5v to 12v hub and then to 10x 5v hub to try to get the leds to work with mobo.😕

I was exited to get these fans. The fans are definitely good quality and thick. I was able to set the lighting but only able to power one. I’m not sure it has something to do with my motherboard, but I was disappointed. The lightening was fantastic, and the fan blew out hard with no noise. I wish I could’ve kept these. I decided to buy a new tower with built in fans instead. If your motherboard supports these lights and your tower is big enough, I’d recommend you get these for sure.
Side note: the box was completely damaged. It looked like it was used already.

The fans themselves are pretty solid and quiet as far as I can tell. I have not done any extensive test on thermals , but I am happy with the fans themselves. The build is pretty solid and the cables are sleeved nicely.

The RGB is bright and the colors look brilliant. There are different settings through the controller it comes with, but you may or may not need it (user preference). I did run into issues with the RGB lighting on the other hand. On initial testing, once synced with Aura Sync through the FRGB button on the controller, all 4 fans changed over flawlessly. BUT, once I tried using a specific color, let's say lavender, 3 of the fans began blinking irradicably between the color and white. I somehow managed to sync all the RGB up eventually, but once I started playing with the settings, I couldn't get it to work again. Only 2 of the 4 fans RGB synced while the other two turned off. After resetting the RBG with the controller they call turned back on, but without syncing.
Overall, the fans are pretty good minus the syncing issues, but they can always being controlled through the supplied controller with its many lighting settings.

TL;DR, Buy these. I have now bought three sets, and am very pleased. These show up the bigger brands that charge double for their hardware.
Quick note about the photo: the purple fans and LED strip are of another, not-as-nice brand. The PCCooler fans are the turqoise fans around the outside.

These fans are pretty amazing for the price! They look great and keep my computer VERY cool.
Even on max RPM they aren’t super loud but loud is honestly subjective. My fans glitch out occasionally and the leds will flash white but it’s so minimal I don’t really mind!
One thing to note about RGB fans, is that they come with 2 wires per fan. One for power and one to control the RGB, so prepare for cable management! If you have other RGB devices that are going to need an addressable rgb header, buy an argb splitter cable or box. You can either sync them up with your computer software like aura or armory crate OR you can use the pre installed light patterns with the included remote!
Take your time, be patient but most of all remember, nothing good comes easy. These will ad ALOT. Of wiring.
The 5 pack only powers 5 fans but can control leds for up to 7. So if you need more than 5 be ready to buy fan power splitters! Do research, Do research, and be kind to yourself in the process!

Decided to go for these for exhaust fans over the corsair (which my case included for intake). They don't seem to push the same air and run slightly louder when things get going, but for a third of the price it seems like a fine trade off. Install pretty easy, cables are decent length and feel pretty decently built. I did encounter some issues with the RGB cables at first. Fans span fine but only one of the RGB LED turned on. Tried a different header on mobo and it cut out completely. Couldn't get the included controller hub to light them up either. While wiggling some cables around trying to manage the cables, at some point it must have pushed a kink in the cable out as they are now working without issue as of writing. Even works with Dragon Center fine. May have just gotten a slightly faulty RGB splitter cable with them. For $35 they feel and look great and can't believe all 3 cost less than one of the bigger brands.

I love these. I was looking for a rgb fan that was more subdued accent and less of a giant light in my case. These are fantastic. They are 4 pin rgb connections so you can mod them into other controllers or you can add them right into most motherboards with an rgb header and control them with your MB. They cheap remote is well, cheap. But the computer I have these on now has now rgb header so its nice to have. The preloaded effects are decent.

While I didn't really care about LED in a case fan, five fans at this price, with Amazon's return policy and demos/reviews on YouTube indicating that these were decent, I decided to give two of the five fan kits a try. I'm not disappointed, for the price. The wiring to the two included controllers was simple enough though there's really no way to neatly run that much wiring. Fortunately my case does a great job of hiding it all. While I wouldn't describe the fans as quiet, in fairness I'm running push-pull on the AIO radiator so there are actually 13 120mm fans in the case along with the power supply fan (which is absolutely silent), the two fans on my GPU (nearly silent) and the PCH fan (also quite quiet). I can't really expect that many fans in a case to run silently. Anyway, I went ahead and set up the LED to function which it is doing quite well through Armory Crate syncing nicely with the LED strip on the front of the case as well as the LED lighting built into the motherboard. Would I buy them again, yes, they fit my situation nicely. Would I buy them if I needed an absolutely silent at idle system, probably not. I would say it depends greatly upon your priorities and use case. I, for example, almost always have my headphones on so the fan noise at idle isn't a concern of mine and it is quieter overall than my previous system that only had seven fans.

It's so sad, these fans come with everything. I can't seem to figure out why they wouldn't come with a 4 pin adaptor which my motherboard has. If you have a 3 pin rgb then you are good, if you have 4 pin then you have to use their horrible controller. If they just had an adatpor I could use them on my Tomahawk Max without a problem.
Instead these fans that are probably closer to a 3 or 4 are only rated a 1 for me. Sad, I'll either have to return them or find some that fit a 4 pin.

If you want Quiet RGB fans to pick these up
Build Quality is Solid, and the fans are very quiet even at full load. Each fan comes with rubber stoppers around the screw mounts to dampen noise. The lights are bright and look great when I have effects running. The fans come with Extra long cables so you shouldn't have to worry about reaching the RGB and FAN hub.
My biggest issue is motherboard compatibility and the RBG/Fan controller. Color options on the fan controller are fantastic, and It works with my Aorus X399 XTREME motherboard, However Gigabyte users beware the adapter for gigabyte boards is not compatible with my specific model MOBO and some newer motherboards
. Luckily one of the other cables included did connect to my motherboard, and I got the RGB sync working. Unfortunately, I would recommend picking up a second PWM fan hub because the included splitter cable cannot carry enough current to drive all the fans when plugged in.
The quality of the materials is excellent, but unfortunately, In shipping one of my fans was cracked, luckily the damage was minor only cracking part of the casing, and I fixed the plastic with some super glue and faced the broken portion inward.
All in all great buy.

The fans are build on high quality materials which you can easily feel on hands. The fans feel very study. Each fan has two braided cables for power and rgbs, the box included the splitters for the power and the rgb as well which is a huge plus for those motherboards that have limited RGB and Fan headers.
I will recommend this product for those who are looking to do a budget build with quality components but do not care about branding
The down side of these fans is the manual came with is really confusing and almost impossible to follow.

Bought 2 sets total of 6 fans. Fan curve set with 3 of them hooked up to Commander Core from ICUE and 3 of them hooked up to chassis fan from BIOS.
5v ARGB cables can be daisy chained as each splitter has an extra ARGB input.
These are also very quiet fans, my Corsair H150i Elite Capellix MLRGB fans are louder at max speed.
Only thing I need is to get a Corsair lightning node pro with ARGB converter so I can control the RGB from ICUE instead of Aura Sync. This way I can sync the lights with my MLRGB fans. Currently ICUE does not support Aura ARGB, only the 12v RGB.
Wish they sold single of the PC-3M120 HALO DAWN SERIES as I want one more fan for side of the case.

I was looking for a set of RGB fans to replace my aging Arctic fans and lower the noise level of my brand new computer. I accidentally bought this model instead of the ring type listed on the same product page. However, the entire fan lights up, and operates coolly and silently. The silicone pads ensured that the fans installed in a grippy fashion.
I was able to plug the fans into my case's fan control instead of my (incompatible, sadly) motherboard, so now my fans are synced to my case's lighting. Looks great and matches the case well.
Temps would go around 80C when doing overclocks, but after installing these I've seen a drop to 70C when stress testing. Good stuff!

They’re quiet enough(pc is less than 2 feet to my right), they keep the pc cool, they’re pretty cheap, they can be multiple colors at once and multiple RGB control programs i’ve used detect them as ASUS brand RGB LED strips(probably because of my ASUS motherboard). They synced automatically with the motherboard’s built in RGB. They come with a fan hub so you can connect all 3 of them to a single argb motherboard fan header. The hub also had an extra(male) 3 pin ARGB header for another fan, another hub, etc.
All in all, they get the job done and I don’t really notice the noise unless I try to. Would recommend for someone who has their pc close to them while gaming like I do.

-works with both 5v addressable RGB natively, as well as 12v RGB via the included controller

-Not all of the LED fans 'Start' at the same time, ie if you tell only the first RGB in a line to light up, it will most likely not be the same on each fan
-The manual only comes in Chinese/English, which is fine for me, but there's not really good descriptions on the manual imo
-Cable management is a bit of a b**** with more than one of these packs due to the controllers size/layout, my case can support 14 fans, and the clutter from these controllers is responsible for 50% or more of the cables in my case it feels like

My case supports 15 120mm fans, and I'm going to be moving to over the top water cooling probably in August of this year, so im not sure how much space I'll have for any more of these honestly. I'm probably going to purchase some Noctua fans just due to their high static pressure.

It has bright led and works perfectly with Gigabyte RGBfusion. I can control brightness, speed and color. To have full control through RGBFusion, motherboard must have 5v 3pin addressable RGB header not 12v 4pin header. It is loud at max RPM so you have to run it at slower speed. I run these fan at 1000rpm, it is whisper quiet and moves decent amount of air.

-Fans Level at lowest speed(out of 3 on remote) isnt that bad, ita audible. But low. The second and third sound like a drone hovering right next to me.
-these things move some air. I cam only compare them to my stock case fans of my nzxt h500i. And it's a world of a diffrence. Keeps my i7-9700k and RTX 2080 super nice and cool when gaming or rendering videos.
-for 65$ you get 5 decent fans. That also have rgb functionality. And a rgb fan hub to make controlling and organizing all the cables easier.
Would I recommend to others? Yes! IF you are on a budget or dont need the best of the best out there. They are a great value for what you get.
(If you think the rgb on a fan is bad or not working, try flipping the connector, learned this the hard way after connecting every thing and putting case back together before testing)

November of 2019 I bought these fans for the upcoming pc i wanted to make.
They fit my budget and they looked cool and the specs were acceptable.
Installation and cable management was a bit hectic but we pulled through.
I thought everything would be fine with their 30,000+ hours life expectancy.
That's about 3.5 years rounded up.
NOPE. That was a lie.
On 10/5/2020, LESS THAN 1 YEAR AFTER INSTALLATION, all five fans died on me.
Good thing I was present and paying attention as I immediately shut down my system to prevent damage.
My less tech-savvy family members would've probably not pay any attention.
I will not be returning to this product and brand and urge others to really consider if their price is worth the risk.
Also, I reused my case's stock fans as a temporary solution and to test if the PcCooler fans were actually the issue.
The stock fans and my rig ran fine. Therefore the problem really are these cheap fans.

Update * customer service with PCcooler contacted me and arranged to correct the issue with my bad fans. the replacements work as expected and I am very happy to recommend them as a great budget option that really feels like a premium product. thanks !!
Mine arrived and the build quality looks great. All fans work and are really pretty quiet. 2 of the 5 fans leds blipped on but quit within 15 minutes and no longer work. I unplugged them and moved ports still nothing.

Pros:
* PWM-fans.
* Good looking RGB rings, almost no "hot-spots".
* Quiet when on low RPM, no funny sound from coils or anything like that...
Cons:
*The 5-pack fans have the RGB and fan cables sleeved together, which means you have to strip the sleeving if you want the fan header and RGB header to go to different places in your case, which I did. The cables inside the sleeve are seperate!
* the RGB header has a 4pin connector (not the normal 3-1pin connector for ARGB), which means that it will fit PHYSICALLY on a 12V RGB header, but it will blow the LEDs!!!!
These fans are for 5V adressable RGB only ! Also be careful when connecting the fans to ARGB headers, as you can reverse the connector. There are markings on the connector itself....
I connected these fans to my case RGB controller (the case has two RGB-strips built into it with non-standard connectors ; Zalman X3 ) with no problems! Works like a charm. That means I don't know how good the controller that comes with the 5-pack works, as I haven't used it....
