I really like the 'Call Block' feature.
These phones work very well. I really like the 'Call Block' feature. My wife and I have been getting a lot of unwanted calls from timeshares and charities we've never heard of. Now, we just press 'Call Block' and 'Yes' and that phone number is blocked until we unblock it, if we ever do. The reason why I did not give these phones five stars is that they are a little hard to hang up. The handset is black and the receiver is small and black, so it usually takes me a couple of attempts to put the handset back in the receiver.

Love this. Finally not missing calls. Don’t need a landline to work perfectly.
Love this. I was always looking for my cell phone or the battery would be dead. I don’t have a land line. I paired this via Bluetooth and now I have a phone in every room. I now hear the phone when it rings as I set it up to ring on every phone. You have the option to choose which phone rings. I like that it plays my personalized rings from my cell phone followed by the talking caller ID from the Panasonic phone. Lots of bells and whistles. Good instruction book for a change. The great part is since they are portable if I mislay one of the phones I can grab another from another room and use it until the mislaid phone makes its appearance. And now my cell phone stays in one location plugged into the charger.

Not good product. I started facing problems within a month. No response from manufacturer or its service centre. Also, they have very few service centers.
Always ask to call on different numbers. My money has gone waste.

SOMETIMES OLDER, RELIABLE TECHNOLOGY IS BEST!
I live in a huge 450+ poured concrete building (think bunker) by a river deviding the U.S. from Canada. None of the FIVE cell phones I've tried work in my apartment because all the cell towers are on the other side of this bunker! So land line was the only way to go. I needed something reliable and this is it for me. It has all the functions I need and works for me!!!

This is the worst phone Ive ever seen
This is the worst phone Ive ever seen. We tried and tried for weeks to get it to operate as directed but it would constantly loose power and you wouldn't know it was not receiving calls. That's so frustrating. Amazon so far has not allowed me to return it for store credit. I am still waiting for them to do the right thing and send a return label and issue a credit

Too many features
This product has too many features for the number of available buttons. If you have trouble understanding and using geeky electronic devices this may not be the product for you. If they had a smart phone app to set it up it would have been much better. If you do buy it, you really need to download the user manual from the Panasonic website. The ringer was not working on one of the hand sets and I spent several frustrating hours before I found out why: If you hold the zero button down for ten seconds it toggles the silent ringer feature. It must have been pressed by accident at some point.
Otherwise, this phone solved the problem we were having. My wife’s cell phone only gets reception in one room of our house. Her phone would ring but she would not be able to get to it before the caller gave up. Three handsets are spread around the house and the problem is solved. It was nice to be able to pair a second (my) cell phone. You can connect to a landline as well. If you don’t intend to use this with a cell phone this is the wrong choice.
I strongly urge you to get the version with three handsets, not two. You’ll be glad you did once you’ve used it for a short time.

I like that it uploaded my cell phone book but the clarity of the speakers is not wonderful. Also the answering machine's voice is too low and cannot be increased.

Extremely Disappointing
As my home phone line was unbundled by my cable provider and they wanted crazy money to keep it, I figured this Panasonic phone would allow me to still use a "real" phone, speaker phone, etc. but using the cell phone numbers. Well, at first it connected to both cell phones, and stayed connected for a few weeks. Then, one night it decided that it would disconnect. And to make matters worse, nothing I tried would reconnect the cell phones-dozens of attempts failed. And, just for fun, it was sending text messages to both of our cell phones every few minutes starting at 1 am telling us it needed to connect. My spouse's phone had decent sound quality when she used the handsets. My phone however would always have some alien voice-changing sound and was unusable. I've had quite a few Panasonic devices since the 1970's but this one is a dud. Now it's a 5 piece paperweight set. The build quality seemed a bit lacking as well.

This phone set doesn't even have a headphone jack. Their replacement for this is to add bluetooth for a headset, however, the bluetooth works from the phone base with a recommended distance of 1 meter or 3 feet. How do you walk around???
My 10 year old phone set is so much better. I connect my old wired headset to my old phone and use the built in phone clip for my belt. I can walk around or sit at my PC and talk hands free. Instead the new technology has gone backwards.

Just what we needed to cut the landline.
Got this to drop out landline but still have a “home phone”. Wife does not Iike talking on cell phone because it’s too hard to hold between you face and shoulder. Plus she doesn’t carry it all over the house. These are at the ready where ever you are plus you can hear it ring all over the house. Love how you can tell which cell phone it ringing because the ringtone from your cell comes through to this one.

I really don’t understand all the bitching about clarity and functions regarding this product. If it arrives defective RETURN IT. Mine is absolutely fine and better than the earlier version. Stop complaining and do something about it!!

No One-touch Call Block Feature
Contrary to the "From the Manufacturer" section that reads in part: "Other smart features include a dedicated Call Block button to one-touch block up to 250 numbers...", there is NO SUCH BUTTON or feature according to my chat with a Panasonic representative.
I like Panasonic & I like Amazon. But this error/oversight was made by either the Panasonic or Amazon staff who puts the descriptions together. I'm posting this in order to save other buyers a problem as well as to bring it to someone in Panasonic's or Amazon's departments so that it can be fixed. I hope that I can soon follow up with a 'problem corrected' review soon. wdf 5/13/2016

Meh. Not a fan.
Got these to replace my 15+ year old Panasonic set which is finally wearing out. The sound quality isn't as good, the volumes are lousy, the batteries that come with it are only 300 mah. The caller ID announcement, the main reason I got this set, is annoying in that it doesn't pronounce even simple names very well and unless you've entered the number of the incoming call into your phonebook function, it only says, for instance, "wireless caller" - not the phone number of the incoming call. The female robotic voice isn't pleasant in any way. The earpiece is flat and the speaker is tiny, making it hard to find the "sweet spot" of hearing. The volume isn't loud enough on either the regular or speakerphone function and I'm not hard of hearing; if anything most things are too loud for me. I didn't set up the answering machine part because after reading the manual, I know my old one is better and it still works fine so I'm still using that. I haven't tried the cell phone part but I've never been very happy with bluetooth anything. I didn't buy it for that. I like the lighter weight of the phones but sadly they also seem flimsy and of dollar-store quality materials. Same for the charging stands which you don't want to set where there's any breeze that might blow them away. The phonebook functions better than my old ones and the screen, when lighted, is easier to see. When it goes back to standby it's not readable for me (old ones were the same). No message waiting or incoming call lights on the phones or charging indicators on the stands are more downside. It makes a little chirp when you put the phone to charge, but if it gets nudged and disconnects from charging, there's no way to tell - no warning chirp or light to go off. There's more that I don't like and little that I do but I'm tired of writing.
I paid ~$50 for the 4-phone set from Warehouse Deals and I can't find a blemish on them anywhere. I got the black ones and they look ok. Function-wise they are barely worth that. Had I paid any more, I'd have returned them immediately. So sad. Panasonics were long the best cordless phones but not these.

Great Phone System, Horrible Panasonic Customer Service
I received this item almost two weeks ago. I like it very much and it has many great features. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because customer service at Panasonic is absolutely horrible. First of all you cannot talk to a real person. Everything has to be done either by email or if you have the patience you can wait for a live chat person. One of the 5 phone's AA battery packs was defective and would not hold a charge. When I finally got onto the chat with a representative I explained the problem and asked if I could exchange the two batteries for new ones since the system was brand new. She told me it was not their problem and that Amazon should exchange the batteries since they had replacement parts. I told her she obviously did not know anything about Amazon as they are not a replacement parts warehouse. She cutoff the chat. Fortunately, when I contacted Amazon they apologized for the problem and gave me a credit so I could order a new battery pack from one of their suppliers. Customer service means a great deal to me so unless you never have an issue with a Panasonic
product I would steer clear of them and find a suitable alternative.

May not do what you think it's supposed to
Had this for a year now, and it's been a disappointment. First, I used it with my main house line and cell phone. There's no way to select which one to use as a default. Pick up the phone and it will always use the house line, unless you press CELL first. So I was unintentionally making business calls from my home number if I'd ever forget to press CELL. Next, the answering machine ONLY works for the land lines. I suppose for most people this is what you want, keep all your cell messages on your cell phone. But I saw the docking as a way to use my cell as an office line WHEN MY PHONE IS THERE. If I'm on the road, sure, VM should go to my cell. AT HOME, I would have preferred that the ANSWERING MACHINE pick up so I can screen calls or KNOW that someone called. If I'm away from my desk and a call comes in, I have NO IDEA unless I happen to pick up my phone from its base charger (which it's on when I'm in the office). If the ANSWERING machine had picked up, then great, I'd know. So, two thumbs down from me. This is essentially just an alternate handset vs. using the phone. Whoop de doo.

They sell individual batteries from a stripe purchased for personal use - Unfair practice and you won't get warranty
The seller purchases a big stripe of batteries for much lower price and resells it to you on Amazon. That practice is pretty unfair and may be illegal.
As the product itself is not meant to resell, your purchase would be considered as third-party and the manufacturer is not liable for the sale. You will loose all the rights and no warranty can be provided as the manufacturer won't know who you are.

Complicated but with less features
Why do features have to get complicated and at the same time deliver less than before? I have this basic phone but it seems like it is more complicated to use but has less features than the Panasonics I've owned in the last 15+ years.
Sometimes, I wish I just had a simple phone :)

Check the price before you buy.
I bought 2 batteries for Rs.49 with Rs.75 shipping fees so total was Rs.124 for 2 batteries.
Panasonic battery is good but Duracell lasts longer.
I ordered on Nov 2018 and i got a battery with Manufacture date July 2018. The battery shelf life is 5 years.
Am using this battery as BIOS battery for my PC's motherboard.
7 months over, working good. Will update after few months.

the link2cell feature is helpful when I cannot find my cell phone (quality of sound isn't great though)
Not as robust as my last Panasonic phones, guess I should have delved into the details more. No charging light to indicate it is on the base nor a belt clip to use when carrying around the house and yard. Not your old panasonic
Very disappointed in these. I've used Panasonic phones loyally. This is my 3rd set. Based on experience with these, I will be changing brands.

Buy Bulk .. You cant get as per Image !!. ZERO STAR..
Don't go for this. Making customer foolish. Buy bulk which is Rs.50/each. Don't go with image !!
