Simple yet awesome
This is a long term usage review. Having used this for 3 years now, haven't faced any issues. The phone on an average is used 30- 40 mins in a day. Since its always kept on charge (Full charge) , i exactly don't know how long battery will last when kept elsewhere. Sound quality is good.

Review after 1 months of usage
I thought to write the review after using this phone for 1 month.
Pros
-Value for money
-Good Battery Life.
Cons
-No speakar option.
-Voice clarity is not good , many time you hear your own voice, to avoid that, you have to set the volume to low.
- Build quality is not like other Panasonic models.

Not a good product
Not upto the mark. Ring tone is very soft even at high volume. No speaker on the phone a minimum requirement.
The wire gets disconnected at the slightest move.
Very disappointed with the product .
I have booght and used Panasonic phone from Amazon in the past. But this one is not upto the mark.

telephone : worst experience
it is the worst phone i had over 33 years of telehonr experience. hardly worked for 10 days. no use of complaining. pl do not list it. i am happy only with clothes. bad experience with all other items, worst being this telephone. if you can do something about it, it will be great.

Just miss the speaker function.
Overall the phone is good, bought it mainly because of backlight. Build quality is good. Sound quality is not so good and the speaker function is missing. If it had speaker function we could overlook the sound quality.

Must have addition to your home!
Good product. It would have been nice if it had a speaker function. Overall it is sleek and mixes well with the interior! Ringtone is also high in sound. Range is also good. Battery life is also good but it doesn't work if you have a power outage! Good features as phonebook, date and time etc.

Panasonic Single Line
Hi recently I have purchased Panasonic Single Line but this product has many issues, it does not work, no ringer, no calls, no tower shows, I want to return this product and go for another product

Heavy pricing for this product
Bought this product in Dec 2017 used almost 3year now kept aside about the working condition of the product battery get draining all the time not worth the money 1545 rs is high better to keep 580rs best rate for this product

The new phone I purchased.
So far I have used 3 Panasonic cordless phones. This is the first time a piece received without speakerphone facility. So I have to get my old Panasonic Cordless phone with speaker facility repaired locally and I am using the same. The new one purchased by mistake of mine only will be donated to somebody in need. Thanks.

Pick another cordless.
There is some problem with this model. The volume is low plus there is a constant static that you hear throughout the call which makes it difficult to have a conversation. Highly recommend against buying this.

Worst Product Ever
I bought this product 3 months ago and now the charger is not working. And while answering the call u need to sit right next to the device or else the signal get cut... One of the worst product

Worked ok for two years...but now no service center
got it within three days... :) you can hear your voice back. Better go for beetel.
It worked for two years and now it's gone. Even after changing batteries it's not working.
I searched for service center too but nothing worked, although I m in Bangalore still I can't find any Panasonic cordless phone service center...

Panasonic Single Line 2.4 KX-TG3411SX Digital Cordless Phone (Black
Happy with the product. Clear and no disturbance in voice reception. I have barely used it for few weeks so cant comment on durability. But I have a similar one which has lasted me for more than 5 years without any complaints.

Sound having slight echo effect. Lacking crispyness. No speaker mode. This feature is missing. Built quality is good. Battery life is good enough.

Went kaput without warning
Just six months in use, and the phone just dies. Probably the adaptor, but since there's no seller warranty or even after-sales service, the only option is to throw it away. Certainly not what one expects from PANASONIC.

Sturdy... Featured phone
It's simply superb...u get a phone finder button at the base.. Caller ID.....slipped n number of times from my hand but didn't had a Crack..
Would hav given a 5 star if it has a back-lit.

The good. The bad. My review.
Decent phone system. It has some useful features and a few less so. It’s been a long time since I needed to buy a cordless phone and I must say, considering the tremendous advancement of technology as with smartphones, that cordless telephone systems remain stuck in the 1990’s. This Panasonic KX-TGD562G is no exception. 3.5 stars really.
Con’s:
* The Menu is sluggish. Anything you select takes a moment to show on the screen (it’s a micro time consumer).
* The button that accesses the Phonebook requires several steps to access either the Group or the List entries, and again, it’s sluggish to respond. Note: grab a coffee and be prepared to spend some time if you are manually entering your phonebook entries, like I did.
* Sound quality of calls is meh. Old transistor radio comes to mind. It’s passable, but haven’t they figured that out yet, I mean, really?
* Keep your instruction booklet handy. Lots to remember and get used to. Quick Menu Codes are handy if you can remember them all.
* Answering Machine display is such a bright red that I bought some LightDims… much better now.
* Audio quality of voicemails emanate from a tin can, it seems. Even with volume controls, voicemails can sometimes be hard to hear/understand.
* Talking Caller ID, while in theory a nice feature, is loud with a harsh, unpleasant robotic tone. I stopped using it.
Pro’s:
* Link2Cell works well and was easy to set up.
* Nice call range from base with no dropped calls.
* Nice looking unit.
* Handset feels good when talking.
* Display screen is fine and informative.
* Call Block is a nice feature.
According to the Panasonic website this model KX-TGD562G is one of their ’Newest’ phone systems, which is why I took a chance buying it. I’ve been using it for the last couple of months and even with its caveats, it’s a good-enough phone and decided to keep it. There’s not a whole lot of high quality technological advances in cordless phones or many worthy buying options that I found when researching them. Yes, Link2Cell is an advancement but basic phone operations need some TLC. Reviews of these kinds of phones should be at minimum 4 stars or higher, and yet they continue to disappoint.
I’ve had V-Tech cordless phones for decades. I especially loved my last one, but it was no longer able to register entries when in automated menus. The reviews for the new V-Tech phones seemed less than stellar and unconvincing. And so here I am with my first Panasonic phone. Am I thrilled with it? Not really. But it’s not really bad either… it’ll do.
Would I recommend this phone system? I guess I'd probably say yes, considering what I researched before buying this one.

Good buy
Good sound quality , battery life could be prolonged a bit . It’s only been 2 -3 months since I bought it so cannot day about durability as of now .
