и пытались получить ответы и все сайты отказались позволить мне войти. Сайта Onkyo по гарантии не представляется доступен после того как вы покупаете блок.<поэтому br />служба не есть в это время я должен рекомендовать, что вы считаете любое другое производит подразделения, а не компании Onkyo. Если что-то должно измениться, я бы рассмотреть вопрос о повышении мои взгляды на компании Onkyo.




This is completely INSANE. You'd think that a top of the line model they'd look into these things and choose the best materials, but incredibly this is not what's happening. Worse: since the models are always changing, and since by the time the problem happens a new one is out already, you don't see many reviews stating these defects (they're all happy, as I was during the period it was working flawlessly). I wished there were people forewarning me when I purchased mine back then!!!
This design problem shouldn't be something too hard for them to fix. This is not rocket science, come on! So my best guess is there's a CEO over there, trying to make people run into this problem and thus forcing some of them (the ones who just thought they were unlucky) to purchase new ones in 2-3 years, so that they sell receivers again and make more money in the short term. Good days when you could have one receiver for 6-7-10 years!!! But they might think this is bad for business.... Problem is: in the long run, they'll be broke and the CEO will be retired and very rich. It's a tragedy....
Anyway; you've all been warned! GOOD LUCK!!!

на Дальнем классики бить все остальное цена пихты и качество звука.

08/19/2014 Loss of Audio/Network Connection Customer Care Program
As part of our commitment to quality and customer service we have determined that a limited number of Onkyo Brand receivers manufactured between 2009 and 2012 may experience loss of audio or loss of network connection. This malfunction has been traced back to a defective network chip.
We deeply regret any frustration or inconvenience this situation may have caused.
To address the problem and help people who may have an impacted receiver, Onkyo is launching a special Customer Care Program to remedy this issue for those receivers that may be affected by this loss of audio/network connection issue. This program has three steps:
1. Verify if your Onkyo receiver is impacted
2. Decide how you prefer to address the issue
3. Send us your receiver in a prepaid box and label that we will provide at no cost to you
As part of this program we are also extending our standard limited warranty period to cover this issue for affected receivers through December 31, 2018. All other terms, conditions and limitations of the original limited warranty shall continue to apply for the duration of the original standard limited warranty.
Importantly, please note that the loss of audio/network connection issue will not result in harm to any connected components or speakers since the issue is contained to a single element within the affected receivers.
