DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM! This is only a scam system! After you do the mandatory system update, you only have ONE USABLE GIG OF DATA! That's right, this is so poorly designed, that it will be obsolete when you try to save more than a few games on it. Want to download games from Nintendo's own online store? Forget it! It doesn't have the storage capacity.If you must buy a Wii U, go for the Deluxe set. It comes with a game and a little more drive space. It's not great, but it's leagues better than this release. Just do the math: $300 basic set + $60 NintendoLand = $360, a full $10 more than the Deluxe model without the included benefits.Do yourself, and especially your kids, a favor and skip this, even if it's the only one you can find.

Our whole family likes to play with this disc. Our over-all favorite is the Island Flyover part. We have played all the games, but most of our Grand-children try to out-do us at flying. We highly recommend this game. It's fun for kids of all ages. Even after we do a whole game, we just make a new character & do it all again. Great for hand-eye cordination, as well as memory challenges.

Unit did not work, needless to say my 6 year old was quite disappointed as this was the only actual toy he received Christmas Day.I hooked everything up, powered it on and....nothing. Just a blinking blue LED, no input to the TV at all. I looked this problem up online and found other people on a forum with the exact same problem. Nintendo gave them all the same answer too, that the unit was defective and would need to be returned.Nintendo really dropped the ball on this, I have always known them to make quality products but this is lousy, I wonder how many other children received one of these for Christmas only to find out that it's about as much fun as receiving a brick.

It should be fun for the whole family but my 4 year old doesnt really give anyone else a chance to play. On the random occassion she is willing to allow someone else to play she is such a sore loser that it brutal to watch. I mean seriously if she was going to act like that then she shouldnt have brought that weak game in my house. Next time she had better come with her A game. Come strong little woman or continue to get beat. YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE BANK!!

My daughter has really had fun with this game. She has gotten a lot of use out of it and the graphics are good.

Definitely an upgrade over the Wii. However, it would be best to wait until Nintendo releases better games, such as Mario Kart and Smash Bros. Also, I would wait to see what Sony and Microsoft come out with. At this price point, Nintendo should have used better a better CPU and better resolution on the gamepad. I'm scared to see what frame rate games will run at once Nintendo releases games that support 2 gamepads.

This Wii was GREAT! I'm probably biased, because I'm a Nintendo fan, but the games are also great. However, this Wii doesn't support GameCube stuff, so I was disappointed. In fact, they still have the GameCube option in the Disc Channel and Memory Management in the options menu, so unless you read the manual, you wouldn't know until after buying GameCube games or controllers.

I do not play the game. I got it because my kids wanted it. They love it, which is what I wanted. Nothing pleases a parent more than hearing their children playing together happily.

I was looking forward to it, but a big problem is when I insert Mario Brother U or Nintendo Land, INVALID DISC comes out!I search on the Internet, and there are lots of people facing the same problem!!!The only way to solve the problem is to send it back?This is my first rate and I am really angry!

I was thinking Will will provide fun time with family, in short i was wrong, it end us costing upwards of 700 and still better playing on your own.

We had a WII game with all the 'goodies' and it was stolen, so we just had to replace it. I play the games on it for about 7 hours a day, and recommend it to everyone. A friend comes over and we play with it every day. It is SO MUCH FUN!!!

I was less than impressed that this unit came with a composite cable, and not the component cable that I needed to hook it up. After posting this I'm going to the Nintendo support site to order the needed cable.

My mom and I got these for Black Friday - and I use one at my dad's house; it's great. Works so efficent and well, and the blue is bright and sure to stand out from dull white. A must have!

My original Wii finally gave up the ghost so I purchased this used one to replace it. It has worked and performed just like the original and my wife was happy to be able to play her exercise game again.

This game was purchased as for a gift and believe me this game is a huge hit! Huge! I was just looking for another game to go with their WII set that was given last year. Much to my surprise they like this even better! It gets played almost every day! Now I look great :-)! It is a lot of fun and well worth the great price I received here at Amazon.

I'm a Sony Fan Boy to the core. ( Nintendo Fan boys if you can not accept this stop reading this review). I have been playing my ps3 about 2 years now. Playing a lot of excellent games. But even a Sony's Hardcore like me, feels nostalgia about games like Zelda and Mario. Then I decided to buy a wii, when I saw the wii got a Prince drop and 30 dolar bonus , I couldnt resist the offer and I bought inmediately. The wii , in terms of hardware, is way inferior in comparison to the ps3 or 360. The wii only support up to 480p, meanwhile the 2 other system can go to HD, 1080p (how freaking amazing would have been Link or Mario in Hd!). Also it doesnt have strong online services and this is where the wii fails in the competition. To connect your wii, it must be wireless, if you want to connect you DSL cable, you need to buy another accesory , a minor problem , but for me that is annoying. Ok now that I have pointed out some little problems of the wii , let move on to where wii shines... Games !!! , Wii have seriously some of the most fun games ever made!. The ps3 have a lot of excelletn games, but if you realize most of these games are the same genre: shooting. While the wii have a lot of variety. Though the wii doesnt have the breathtaking graphics of the ps3 or 360, the game play is just excellent. I must admit the wii it is just as fun as my ps3. Super mario Galaxy 1 and 2, twilight Princesss , are just extremely amazing. Twilight Princess just top as one of my favorite game of all time. These types of game are the one that makes gamers to say: this how a game should be, exploring and having fun. Not like thos FPS online games that have made us into their slaves ( Im one of them , Damn you Modern warfare 2 for stealing my time). After playing enought alone, I bought 3 more controllers and played with my friends... just amazing ! Playin smash brawl and mario party, just makes us remember those time when the n64 was alive, playng against each other and laughing a lot. Those moments are just priceless and the wii brings it back to you. =DIf you want some good games for the wii I can recommend some ( maybe our taste are different but you should at least give it a try) :Super Mario GalaxySuper Mario Galxy 2Zelda: Twilight PrincessOkamiMetroid 3 CorruptionSuper Smash BrawlMario KartMario PartySuper Mario Bros wiiMurasamaand Many more...Ps: The Black wii just looks Sexy ! I really like the WII. My only rerason for a 4 star rating is: I can turn it on with the remote, but it will not turn off using it.
Over all the WII has met my expectations of Nintendo gaming systems. I have all of them.

My family has completed this game and had a lot of fun, but it locked our Wii up at least once every time we played it. We enjoy the Lego series of games very much, but they need to work out the glitches that take a lot of the fun out them.
