I bought this product because of a coworker's recommendation. After trying it out I suggested it to a friend who later purchased these headphones. I love them as do the other people I know that have them. The sound is good, it is great for people who exercise and constantly worry about the headphone wire getting in the way. The headphones allow you to cycle through songs, play/pause, and increase/decrease the volume. For the price you can not beat these. Highly recommend!

One of the best purchases I have ever made when it comes to head sets. I have had mine for six months now and not one problem. I run with them everyday, as well as using it while I drive. I was so impressed naught a second set for the wife. Great for talking when kids are in the car because it covers both ears lightly. Light weight, great battery life, great sound quality, best buy for the price.

This is the second time I bought this headset. I use one at work to stream music, and one at home for my computer (this pair). So far I have noticed a slight delay between where I would expect certain sounds and when they actually get to the headphones, but that may be the bluetooth adapter. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend these for anyone looking for a wireless option with the headband going behind the head instead of over it.

Extremely happy with these headphones. I originally bought them because I kept loosing normal single ear Bluetooth ear pieces. I have been pleasantly surprised by the battery life (about 5 - 6 hours of active use) and quality of the sound these provide.I can keep them on my head all day long if need be and they never become uncomfortable.These are one of the best gadgets I have bought in years.

I can't decide whether it is my computer or the headphones, but I am not happy with the synchronization process. The headset is capable of pairing with two devices and that may be something my iMac (Intel) does not like. If you have a large head, do not get this set, it is uncomfortable. The audio quality is ok, not in the range of Sennheisers, but adequate for general listening and editing. The mic has been described as tinny and tunnel like by those on the opposite end of my calls. I have also made calls without negative comment. I use this specifically with a magic jack and that hardware may be the culprit. It is difficult to wake the device and I get two or three bluetooth errors before successfully connecting after a period of inactivity.Other than being too small for my head, I cannot blame the other woes on the device itself.

I ride the bus to work every day, wear a coat, and carry a bag. A the cord on my headphones was always catching on something, which was very irritating. I looked for options, but Best Buy and comparable stores all had few options and were very pricey ($200+).After seeing this on Amazon, I read good reviews and bought it. From the comfort of the fit, to the life of the battery, and the quality of the sound, I couldn't be happier. They are very easy to use, as well. This may be the best product I've purchased from any store in the last year, and the price is terrific! I'd rather have these than a cheaply-made pair of snazzy-looking skull candies any day.

I got my pair as a gift but should something ever happen to my set...I'll gladly spend the 50 bucks. I have had mine for a year now and I think I have used them everyday since. They are SO incredibly handy.They connect to my iphone 4 and my phone sits on my desk while I run all over the office all while listening to my music, taking calls and making calls! The sound clarity is amazing. They are great! The only thing I don't do with them is use them for the gym while working out. Not that you can't but I prefer not to get the ear muff part of the headset all sweaty and the band that goes around the neck gets in the way if you are doing any bench stuff.The other great thing is the battery life. I can go a full eight+ hours then plug them in and they are fully charged within an hour. When I forget them at home...my day is pretty much ruined I depend on them that much.

For the price I really only see two options in the Bluetooth wireless category:Motorola S305 or the Arctic P311. (Update 11/29/12 there are more options now, do research)Sound:The Motorla S305s have acceptable audio sound for the price and for being bluetooth. BUT, the Arctic P311s sound much better than the Moto S305, no contest. There is definitely more bass with the P311. So for a cheaper price why not get something that sounds better and comes with a case.I do believe it has to do with the closed can design (P311), as opposed to the open and sit flat against your ears design (S305)There are many other factors involved in deciding between the two but for me Sound alone was enough to win me over, but do read some other reviews.***Brief Comment - I'm really just trying to contribute to the ratings on amazon without having to write a full blown review, what needs to be said has already been said in other comments***

Paired up well with my iPhone 3GS. Nice sound and very comfortable fit. Wore for long bike ride and you can hear the music well without completely blocking the road noise.Now the frustating part. Simple me figured that bluetooth is bluetooth and that these would work fine with my Windows 7 laptop. Not to be. You can pair with the computer, but you cannot use these as the default audio device for movie or music playback. Motorola provides no drivers for this product and I belatedly found out that it is listed as a not compatible device by Microsoft foir WIndows 7 (possibly due to the lack of driver support?). Still trying to hack the bluetooth to get these to work, but the hassle factor is annoying.So if you are just looking for an over the ear headset with acceptable sound quality for use with phones only, this product will work. If you intend to use it with any other devices besides your cell phone then buyer beware, Motorola support is lacking.

I bought this headphone a few weeks ago and now it is sitting in my tech junk pile. The biggest issue I have with this product is that it is very uncomfortable on the ears. Additionally, since you cannot adjust the neck band, I found that when I was sitting in the couch and leaning back, it would become a bit of a nuisance. The comfort level begins to diminish within 20-30 minutes of wearing.Outside of the comfort issue I have, the headphone works perfect with my iPad2. I was also able to use it with Skype, Facetime, Music, Video, AirVideo and Tunein Radio to name a few. The sound wasn't excellent but it was good enough for the price. It also allowed me to pair my blackberry 9700 and iPad2 simultaneously.The main reason I'm giving this a 2 is because of comfort. Next time I will invest in an over the ears style as opposed to this style.

I've had these for like 2 years now and they're still real goodPros:Sound's greatPretty cheapConnects easilyBattery life is pretty long even on max volume I think I can get a good 5 hours of loud music on a full chargeIt can go pretty loudIt's pretty comfortable for an hourThey're very flexibleI've dropped them quite a lot and they're still working like newYou can work up a sweat with them on and they wont die from your ear sweatIt's connectivity with "new" bluetooth devices is good and doesn't drop a lotCons:It make you look like you have weird hair because it's all black and since I have black hair it makes me look like my hair's puffy at my earsIt hurts after an hour like they rest on top of your ear (behind the flap) and they start hurtingYou can't use them while they're chargingSometimes the LED stays red even though it's fully charged (although that's no big deal)It has terrible connection with my old LG VU and jaybird bluetooth adapterOverall I think it was a good buy and that if you're looking for cheap bluetooth headphones these are the ones to get.

I bought these headphones so i could work out without the hassle of normal cabled headphones. They're pretty lightweight and feel a little cheap, but they worked great...for about a month. I started having trouble last week when the power button wasn't responsive. They worked fine again the following morning, but during that day's workout they crapped out on me and haven't worked properly since.I only get the flashing red power light when I plug them in and they no longer charge.I was really disappointed when this happened because they worked great initially.

Love the sound quality on playing music and how it auto connects to my iPod. I like that the charger is the same as my phone.The battery lasts me 7-8 hours then starts beeping in my ear.Update:Changed review from 4 to 5 stars. Love this headset. Use it everyday, for multiple hours a day.

I purchased these over a year ago and here I am about to order a second pair.These things are rock solid and have been through hell. (They live in my purse or backpack.) They have been paired with my iPhone (all three iterations) and two different desktops - all with out major incident. Some interference in a couple of buildings I used to work in would cause the occasional minor connection issue, but nothing major.The sound is quite solid. Nothing uber fantastic, but seeing as how I purchased these mostly for listening to audiobooks and I don't like a lot of bass in my music, that suits me just fine.Charge time is speedy, and any micro-usb cable (connected to a standard USB port) will charge the headphones.

I use these headphones with my 4S every day, love the quality and the battery life. Sometimes when I switch between devices I need to turn them on and off once or twice to get them to register correctly, but hardly a problem. Voice quality for calls seems good, love these things! Highly recommended for gym rats. Not sure what the audiophile eval of them would be, but for the normal music listener, they are very nice.

I find the controls difficult to use while wearing the headphones and usually resort to taking them off to work them not a great idea when driving a vehicle. The use of braile like markings on the controls would be a great improvement.

I had a Motorola S305 headset for about 2 years. I felt the quality was great. They finally quit so I thought I would get the same headphones again since I knew what I was getting and I liked the product. This time they only lasted 2 months. The sound quality was great during those two months. Trying a different brand this time I guess.

I believe the current price for the Motorola S305 Bluetooth Stereo Headset (Black) is the best price for its kind and the last headphone you'll ever need.I've bought countless corded headphones over the years and they all end up the same way. Broken. I've used to avoid Bluetooth headphones because of the price, but running the extra mile with these are worth the investment.The build quality is somewhat cheap, delicate and I always felt like it would break if I spread it too far. The packaging for this headset was EXTREMELY hard to open for me. It was basically sealed on all edges and no place to cut. But for the price, I could easily replace this headphone without hesitation.Aside from the minor flaws in construction, this headphone delivers deep excellent sounds as a corded headphone would. The range of the headphone is really good I can get 30 feet without hearing signs of losing connection depending on the home environment. I also found that it's loud enough anywhere I go but for sure it will not block out outside noises because it's not a noise canceling headphone. But who would walk around the streets with noise canceling headphones anyways? The battery life is pretty decent as well. About six hours of continous use and about 30-45 minutes to fully recharge.On the Mac/Windows: Can use audio and mic for iTunes, any audio, and microphone for things like Skype.On the iPhone 4: Any audio like listening music, movies, safari, YouTube and use microphone for calls.On the PS3: Can only hear voices of other players and use microphone for online chat. You can't listen to in-game sounds with bluetooth headsets on the PS3.Overall I use it for almost everything that I use and it's perfect for those who wants to listen to music in a quiet environment.

This wireless, bluetooth stereo headset is fantastic for the price. I've tried many different models, too. Don't be fooled by the naysayers who claim that the battery power is too low or that they get shorted by sweat. The battery power is outstanding, lasting for me around 8 hours. Sweat could be an issue if you're running a marathon or something, but a light sweat is just fine. I've found a solution anyway to the heavy sweat risk of shorting it out. Simply spray a few coats of Scotch Guard on the speaker covers. Worked like a charm, simple but very effective.

I ordered is a few days ago. I got a min the mail and I open them up. I plug them in and charge them up. Turn them on they paired up very easily. Wow what a nice sound. Definitely worth the money. And the shipping was excellent. I'm actually ordering another pair just for a spare.

The sound quality is good. Pairing them with my phone was simple. People say I'm easy to hear when using for phone calls. They fit comfortably & I haven't had any trouble with them staying on while walking or jogging. The only flaw I've found is that the control buttons are difficult to find by feel. With practice I'm getting better but I wish they had the volume control button on the other side of the headset from other control button.Shipping was VERY slow. Was supposed to arrive by Dec.14 but didn't get here until Jan.4. Missed Christmas by that much:(

Itemized, in to particular order:-The audio quality is good.-The buttons are a little touchy.-Light weight.-The charge lasts well beyond 6 hours of nearly continuous use.-If you wear glasses, like I do, they may become a little uncomfortable.-Wearing for extended periods, 2+ hours in my case, they become uncomfortable with and without glasses.-Range on a good charge is about 15-20+ feet in my office.-From experience, it seems as though the unit's reciever is on the right side where the buttons are. When operating with a low battery, this becomes evident when my cellphone is in my left pocket, as the audio gets a bit choppy and drops out. Solution: I moved my cell phone to my right pocket. Moral: don't expect full operational range on low battery.Overall very useful!

I did a lot of review reading before ordering 5 of these for my iPhone family and was willing to accept the reported lack of track changing feature, so I was thrilled to find that everything works with our iPhone 4's. I have been looking forward to my workouts all week because these headphones are just so perfect...comfortable, great sound, sets up within seconds, quick learning curve to find the buttons by feel. And I do believe if I had Voice Control set up on my phone, I could make calls hands free as well. I haven't tested that but it is available when I press the call button. Very highly recommended!

These headphones sounds great. Very loud and clear. Works great with my iPhone 4. Couldn't ask for more from a pair of wirless headphones. The only bad thing is that sometimes the music will skip for a second. But it will go right back to playing music. Overall great head phones

I have gone through many bluetooth headsets. My first was a Motorolla over the ear headset. I can't remember the model name, but it was terrible. Everyone I talked to complained to me that I was on bluetooth or speaker and that they would rather talk to me directly through my phone. So, I decided to get the expensive Plantronics 925 Discovery bluetooth headset. It promised no background noise and perfect call clarity. Once again, everyone complained. So, I finally gave up with bluetooth headsets until I saw the Motorla S9 in ear stereo bluetooth headset. I figured I would just get a headset to listen to music wirelessly, and use it for calls occasionally. In terms of music, it was a great. It definitely got me hooked onto the whole stereo bluetooth thing. Unfortunately, one of the speakers blew out in 2 weeks. Also, when I would answer calls on it, I recieved the most complaints I ever did. Every said I was liek in a wind tunnel and no one could hear me. There was too much background noise. So, I figured I would give it one more shot. Not for call clarity, but for a stereo bluetooth headset. Then I came accross this headset. The Motorola S305. This is hands down the best bluetooth headset on the market.The sound quality is great. Pretty much on par with the last Motorola stereo headset I bought, if not better. What really makes this the best headset is the call clarity. I work downtown, so there is a lot of background noise. Of all the people I talked to, no one even knew I was on a bluetooth headset. After talking to them a few times, I asked how was the call clarity. They said great, and then I told them I was using my new bluetooth headset. They were amazed. Even my cousin, the biggest complainer of them all, said I have finally found a good bluetooth headset.It fits very comfortably on your head. Its light weight, and having the controls on one side is awesome. So now, I can listen to my music AND answer phone calls without anybody complaining about the call clarity. The phone that I'm using is the Samsung Moment. It pairs instantly. No paswords, no nothing. I just turn on the bluetooth setting on my phone, turn on my headset, and that's it. They always pair without any problems.So, if you have gone through a few bluetooth headsets like me and would like both good call clarity and wireless stereo music, this is the headset to buy. No joke. If anything were to happen to this headset, I would just buy another one exactly like it. No more looking for other headsets for me. This is the perfect one. If you buy it, I hope you get the same results as I did because I love this headset. So much, that I decided to write a review about it. Thank you Motorola and thank you Amazon for having this at such a great price.Hope this review helped.

I had to order this item twice. The first one stopped working almost immediately. The replacement worked for a while, until I started using it while running on the treadmill. During a one hour run, the set suddenly died. It wouldn't recharge for almost a day, then it didn't work for another day after that. The next time I wore it for a similar workout the same thing happened and now it won't take a charge. The phones sound nice but you shouldn't buy them if you plan to do a sweaty workout while wearing them. I wish I had been warned.

These looked like they'd be awesome, but they were just a flawed product to me.1. They look cool, but the piece that goes over your ear is just hard, inflexible plastic that after 1 hour of use feels like you have a knife on top of your ear.2. Mine have an light (yet annoying) and constant buzzing/static-like sound when paired up with any device. This may just be my own defective unit, but from what I've read it's not uncommon with these3. The battery life drops dramatically within a short while of use. After 3 charge cycles, mine doesn't hold near the charge it did on day 1.4. It really does have a LOT of issues connecting to my PCs. I can get it to work, but I have to fight with it a lot (turn it off/on, etc.) more than I should have to.would not recommend...

It is very easy to pair with my ASUS transformer or Samsung galaxy, battery is good, can stand for around 6 hours, the audio quality is good, at least not bad. It is also comfortable to wear.The pity thing is it only support one profile, so when to switch to another device, it has to be dispaired first.

Rule #1: Don't sweat on the S305.I bought this for use at my gym because I was getting tired of my ear bud cord occasionally getting caught on machines. For the few times mine functioned I actually enjoyed it. The sound was quite good, it stuck to my head relatively well when working out, though it would be nice if it were a bit snugger for better fidelity (there is no way to adjust the fit). The controls worked OK once I memorized the positioning and function. I do wish there were more discrete, tactile differences between the buttons though. In the end it all doesn't matter because the headset only worked 3 days at the gym, after that failing from what I assume was a preponderance of corrosive human sweat (yeah, mine).On the 4th time, pressing the power button did nothing. I assumed the battery was dead (and cursed not bringing my corded ear buds as backup). Once I went home and plugged the S305 into the charger, the headphones started to produce a terrible scratching sound. The charging LED came on but the crackling continued for hours, even when the unit had fully charged. By the next morning the had crackling stopped, but I couldn't turn the unit on. I tried plugging the S305 back into the charger, pressed the power button and it managed to power-up. It paired with my phone OK, but neither the volume nor navigation buttons would work. The upshot is I can only turn it on when it's plugged into the charger and then have no control over anything once paired with a device. :(OK, I have longer hair for a dude and sweat... a lot, so maybe it's my own biological fault that I killed the headset. But the moisture sealing, if any, on the S305 just isn't up to the task for regular workouts, hence the low rating from me.

I like them. They work. They sound very nice, good deep sound for the price. They feel flimsy, but they are not. My only minor gripe is that the ear foam pieces are not replaceable. Other than that, great deal!

For me the device was detected and appears in the Devices menu but Windows 7 (64bit) couldn't find drivers to make the device work.To resolve the issue I did the following:In the device menu right click on the Motorola S305 icon and select properties. Under the Hardware tab select on each individual driver and under the driver options select Update driver. It appears there are different drivers for Mono and Stereo sound so make sure you update every driver individually or you may be stuck with Mono sound like some users reported.After that sound was properly sent through the headset and I was good to go.

I'm impressed with the sound quality of this Bluetooth headset, mostly because it's Bluetooth. I haven't had great experiences regarding sound quality on Bluetooth devices. This one is different. The sound embodies crisp highs and full lows. Some headsets are mid-range only, but I'm happy to report these rein in the full scope of sound.They seem to have one small drawback: the volume. It's too low. At their loudest, they're just below where I usually listen to music. Not good for lawn mowing or anyplace where there is ambient noise. I hear conversations from the patio next door when I have them on at full blast. One weird little quirk about that: I like them for bike riding. With my Bose ear buds, they're very loud and I can't hear car traffic, but with the Motorola S305 on, I can hear the music pretty well while also detecting oncoming cars.Battery life is good, functionality is good, sound quality is good less the volume issue. It's very lightweight and flexible. Easy to use and quick to charge. I don't have any real issues with this unit except the volume. I would still recommend them for use with the Apple iPod touch 32 GB (4th Generation) NEWEST MODEL.

This is actually my second pair. I like them so much I decided to buy one for home use so I didn't have to drag them between work and home. I work out in the yard a lot and was tired of snagging the headphone cord with a tool or having ear-buds pop out. I gave the Motorola S305 a try and they work great. I also took a pair to work. The coolest feature is I'm able to pause and play but touching the ear piece. This is nice when people come up to the cube and interrupt me.The sound quality is good for music and perfect for pod casts. My last set of headphones were a pair of Boise so if you listen to a lot of music and need superb quality you probably aren't looking at a $35 headset anyways. Also, because of my purchase 4 other co-workers have bought the same headphones and like the S305s as well.

This is a great product. Sound quality is very good and works great when making phone calls. I have used them with my Droid X and HP Slate both were easy to pair with and word right away. Works as a dictation device on HP Slate running Windows 7. Great product at a great price.

It is every easy to set up and carry around wirelessly with good sound quality.However, I am very sensitive to high frequency sound, and i kept hearing buzzing noise when the music volume is low. It is very obviously for the right side output. I think it because that all the buttons are designed to lay out on the right side, and maybe the complex circuit produces these noises.I have requested a replacement, but it has the exactly same problem. So now i have the excuse to turn on the music pretty loud to cover the buzzing noise. Other than that, the overall quality is good.

these are not meant to be for running and exercise, don't get me wrong, they hold very well and have great distance, the only problem is that once sweat leaks in the sound quality starts getting distorted.I bought these for both recreational use (going to class) and running however I noticed some static when I ran with it for awhile so I stopped running with them on and there have been no problems ever since.I also bought these KNOWING that other people talked about the sweat problems and it is very trueother than that, this is an AMAZING product

I bought these specifically to wear while running (using an iPhone 3Gs). They're lightweight, they stay in place, and the sound quality is ok. I keep the volume relatively low, so I can still hear things around me. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.I did notice that there were periodic interruptions in the audio, but that doesn't bother me too much during a workout.I also paired these with my laptop and worked for about 4 hours straight. They're lightweight enough that they didn't become uncomfortable (though they felt a little awkward at first - the strap bumps against my glasses), and the sound quality stayed consistent (no interruptions).I'd say they're worth every penny.

First off, I'd like to say that I had gotten these with fairly low expectations. Technology always comes with a trade off, and I had expected to loose a lot of quality in audio and connectivity in trade for the cordless tech. I also had been told that my phone was not compatible for responding to the remote buttons on the headphones. That being said, I felt the price was reasonable and worth giving it a shot, to stop worrying about being tangled in cords on my workouts and daily commute.I was pleasantly surprised, when I got these, to discover that the audio quality was actually quite good, surpassing the mid-range Skullcandy I was replacing. The amount of battery life is quite good, as is the recharging speed. And the controls do work perfectly with my phone, despite what I had been told. The mic quality is good, with no difficulty being heard during phone calls.The range also is good, about 30 ft (in direct view. not so good if it has to go through concrete walls), and there is only an occasional hiccup in audio playback (this seems limited to certain situations during my commute though I've yet to pinpoint what variables are causing it). Still, again, tech has a trade off so I consider these rare hiccups and limited range to be perfectly reasonable in exchange for being wire free. After all, with wires, you certainly wouldn't get anywhere close to 30ft away from your device.I am very satisfied with these headphones and fully intend to order a pair for a family member as well.

These are awesome.... Conferable, sounds great, light weight, no wire, no static, better than my iPhone ear buds, and definitely a very nice price for the quality. I use these mostly at work for listening to music 5+ hours at a time. Works excellent for music and calls. I am very impressed and these are the best bluetooth headphones/headset I've ever owned. Very highly recommended!Update: 7/1/2011 -- READ READ READThis is an update to the above review. I recently started going back to the gym and used these headphones about 3 times and now they stopped working. They will not charge or turn on. So, I am going to say these headphones do not hold up to perspiration. If you plan on using these headphones at the gym or any activity that will cause you to sweat then don't get these. They will die.If you have no plans of using these while working out or activities that will cause you to sweat these are still awesome headphones. I really liked them and was sad when they stopped working. Hopefully Motorola will stick by their product and warranty it.
