Love it. We upgraded from a 4 gig older version. What a great price. I was amazed at the price. Could not find it anywhere at this price. Everything came in perfect/new condition. Two controllers would have been nice but we had extra anyways. Great buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love this deal.i bought mine from best buy at the end of January and it works great!halo reach is so much fun and fable is alright plus it comes with 3 months of xbox live.i recommend this to any one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After setting up and using the Xbox for 15 minutes it froze up. I spent an hour online trying to troubleshoot it to no avail. Tried calling Microsoft and could not get through. Finally did an online support chat that lasted for an hour and twenty minutes and still could not get the unit working again.Contacted Amazon and have shipped it back. Extremely disappointed that such an expensive product failed immediately out of the box.

While I was watching all of the other bundles getting the Amazon credit I was anxiously awaiting this one to get it - and my hopes were answered last week with a $60 Amazon Credit. Not only does this come with two great games but you'll be able to get another brand new game in addition. Perfect.I'm upgrading from an early model Elite system and I am blown away at the difference between the consoles. It's way quieter, I no longer have a mess of hookups and wires from a separate wireless adapter and a separate Kinect AC adapter. It's great!If you already have a Kinect, this is the perfect system to buy, hands down.

This game is so fun!!! I beats going to the gym for me. I dont have to find someone to watch my baby while I workout because I can do this in my own living room. It is so cool not having to use a controller. The kinect is the next best thing since slice bread

Microsoft has advertised this hard drive as being a necessary purchase in order to have full functionality out of an Xbox 360 Slim, and this is completely false. While an internal hdd is required for some features, it does not need to be this particular drive. Any hdd that works in a previous model of the Xbox 360 will suffice, so long as you have the appropriate casing, which can be purchased from several vendors here on Amazon for about $7.00.In other words, if you're upgrading, there's NO NEED to buy a new hard drive, you can simply use your old one in a new casing (transfer requires a screwdriver, and will void any warranty on the previous hard drive, but NOT your console.)If you do not currently own a hdd, you can purchase an older model for a fraction of the cost of this abomination. I recommend the Xbox Live 60 GB starter kit, which includes a hdd, headset, ethernet cable, and 3 months of XBL for $50.

Kinect is one of the best ways to have fun with friends, family and stay fit at the same time. Playing games is not only fun now, but is also a great exercise! The kind of action you get is a lot more diverse that that of Wii (Kinect has the whole body sensor vs. Wii's hand control). Graphics are awesome. 250gb storage gives you a lot of room to store various digital media. The only downside I've seen: in some kinect games, the sensor technology is a bit "laggy" (i.e. character in the game moves 0-0.5sec after the user). Probably going to improve in future iterations.

Love the Xbox 360 Kinect. We purchased several other games (Dance Central and Your shape 2012) for fitness purposes. We have thouroughly enjoyed this technology and we wish we would have gotten it sooner! We were looking for a good gift this christmas and how can you go wrong with a xbox 360 for a 12 year old. The system was new and in excellent shape. Everything was as it was quoted to be. We have nothing but fun with this. This is definitely upgrade from previous versions of xbox. The wireless connectivity makes internet browsing and controlling game a breeze. Thanks so much for the great deal.

Iv'e sat here for a half hour and after reading all these reviews I just have to wonder who some of you are trying to kid. I'd bet that some of you,not all of you are reps from the manufacture of x-box who's sugar coating this product. This game is ok and that's all. I also have all the gagets and am a 56 yr. old grand pa, yes a old head and I to enjoy these game and can't play as well as most gamers but this new kinect is just ok. That time lapse some one spoke about is a problem. The kids like it because it's new but I got to say. I just went down stairs and they had the Wii back out and I didn't ask. Thanks for reading this if you did.

PROS:- The best part of the Kinect experience was the sci-fi experience of moving between menu options, controlling your avatar without any controllers, Netflix, ESPN were all great!- Required minimal setup and I can literally take it from one room and setup in another in a couple of minutes.- I got the 250GB hard drive version, and I am needing that space now. I recommend it.- I did not like the old white/grey Xbox color, but I loved this Xbox 360 + Kinect system right out of the box. Great finish on this black system. Looks cool.- Your Shape Fitness Evolved: is an awesome workout experience, all in the comfort of your home!! You feel amazing working out in the virtual world. Better than a Gym? Maybe not. But I loved this game.- Dance Central by Microsoft: is sweet!! Even the dancing challenged (like me) will love it!- Kinect Joy Ride: This is no Need For Speed, but its fun and kids will love it.- Kinect Adventures: its free! Loved the online gameplay.CONS:- You will need your own HDMI cable if you want to operate in HD. I expected a $20 HDMI cable to be part of this $400 system.- Gold Membership: You will need it to operate Netflix, ESPN, etc. I think its too expensive. Plus, they are increasing the prices! Microsoft would do a lot better if they had reduced the price rather than raise it.- Nickle & Dime: I feel Microsoft is charging the Xbox users at every step they can. Pay for more songs, pay for more avatars, pay for more everything...please don't become like the airlines!! We don't want to be Nickle & Dimmed by you for everything.- MotionSports by UBI Soft: was terrible. I do not recommend you to buy this as its slow, most games don't recognize movements, most games are only short challenges. I expected more. I am hoping version 2.0 of this game is better or they fix the glitches with this one with a patch.I hope this helps someone make their decision.

It is a fun way to get exercise, you need a good size room clear of furniture. Even the Disney game has enough activity to get the blood pumping. The recognitition was not working the greatest as I jumpped in and it made me player 1. It made my step son a girl. The items on the far edges are sometime not picked up. When more games and variety are available the game will be just what we wanted.

The main reason I bought the XBox 360 is for the Kinect and I LOVE it! My Sony PS3 will still be my main gaming and Blue-Ray player console, but the XBox 360 adds another level of fun to the mix with the hands-free control offered by the Kinect accessory. If you don't the Kinect with your XBox, why even bother getting the system at all?

My collage student (son) requested a video game console for Christmas. Not knowing much about the newer consoles, we chose to get him the Xbox 360 w/Kinect and it turned out to be a great choice. I`m completly new with consoles and after many hours of investigation, we decided to purchased this Xbox 360 250GB with Kinect. Fast and good delivery from Amazon, this was the perfect gift for Christmas, includes a digital code for Carnival Games and Kinect Adventures.It was really easy to setup, the kinect sits on top of my Tv and it works great.

I bought this holiday bundle at Game Stop and received a $75.00 gift certificate. This item was easy to set up on my WIFI connection, just follow the prompts. I had been playing games on the original Xbox and there is no comparison to the picture quality on the 360. I connected it to my 52" flat screen with a HDMI cable and (WOW). I also like that it connects to WIFI through a wireless connection.

I have always done my gaming on my PC and thought this was the only way to go. I was very wrong. I bought the XBox 360, 250GB/Kinect bundle. Connected to my large screen TV results in the most fantastic and immersing game play. The Kinect provides the very best interaction play, especially the sports and exercise programs. I chose the 250GB hard drive so I could load all my games on it. So to sum this up.... One FANTASTIC system. I love it and I'm 70 years old.

Here's the deal: If you ever want to play an Xbox Original game, especially if you plan to pay to download a game to your 360 and play it, like I did with Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas...well, it just so happens you're going to NEED one of these. It's not just a nice little chunk of extra storage capacity, they make it so you can't get by with just an Xbox 360 Slim unless all you ever intend to do on it is play 360 games. Also, when you go to purchase a downloadable game, they don't warn you that you have to have a 250GB hard drive in order to play it. I had to wait over a week after downloading GTA: San Andreas before I had a chance to play it.Also, if you're thinking you may need to buy a data cable or something in order to use this with your 360, STOP RIGHT THERE! YOU WILL NOT NEED A CABLE! My friend and I sat around for half an hour trying to figure out how it worked, before we finally got frustrated and went to Best Buy to purchase the Data Transfer Cable. Unnecessary. Later I discovered if you look at the right side of your 360, around the corner from the power button, 3 of the vent flaps look slightly different in the center, and this is because the hard drive cover detaches here. Insert your hard drive and apply firm pressure until it is in the correct position, replace hard drive cover, enjoy...
