Great webcam. I like this a lot. The Picture quality is awesome. With Skype it works great , the microphone is also good. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased 5 of these, some for friends and family, to ensure their picture quality on their PC was the best available. Highly recommended. Needs good computer speed, and hi-speed internet to best quality. No other webcams can compare.

I took 3 minutes to set it up. Now I have to upgrade my video card in order to make full use of this camera, otherwise you will get stucked with blocking messages saying that you are comdemned to stay on low resolution mode. Sincerely, this low resolution does not seem too low, and I am happy to use it on this mode while I search for a video card to maximize the resolution of this cool device.I recommend this product, nice buy, supported by the brand strength.

this is a good webcam overall, better then the Logitech 9000 imo, but I do have one small complaint. in a dark room the exposure setting will automatically increase to make the scene more visible, but when it goes to the higher settings the frame rate drops considerably. like to around 4FPS. you can disable the automatic exposure adjustment and imo this should have been disabled by default. frame rate is good in a well lit room with low exposure settings, but if the room is too bright lighter things get washed out to pure white. you really have to make sure the rooms brightness is within a range that the camera likes to get the most out of it.

This is our second webcam. Our son gave us one for Christmas. Computer hookups do not come easy for me, but it was easy and it worked. Does a good job for us and we get to talk to out grandkids. We got one for a friend in Flordia and we talk to her and its great.

This is a nice webcam. However, I think that it is a bit overpriced and over reated.In full resolution, the cam does blur quite a bit and sometimes unexpectly stops anddoes not save the file. This has happened to me three times in the month that I haveused it. I think that for the money it would be a 30fps digital movie camera. 24fpsis nice but I think that this contributes to the motion blur I see.I would also like to try to use it in my Astro Telescope, so that everyone can see,on the screen,what I see in the stars and planets. It is close to the right size forthe eye piece of the scope so I believe it will work for this purpose as well.

I love this camera.I got it for Christmas from my husband..Of course I did the research,and we could not of picked a better one..It has a beautiful clear picture sound it very clear,and a kid could install it..I have nothing bad to say about this product,and I highly recommend it.The mounting of it it AWESOME! as well..The cord was a little short so I bought the extra cord but my tower and monitor are a good distance apart..Buy it and Enjoy it!!ThanksHarlyn

bought two because of the sale price and potential ... turned out to be a nice little camera and the audio is excellent ... for the price it is very nice ... and we already have captured some great moments with it ... oh ...the long cord and resistance grip mounting make a great range of locations available for the camera to be positioned ... very adaptable ... LifeCam is sweet

This is one little kick-ass camera! I get constant complements on Skype with family and friends all over the globe! If you're looking for a webcam definitely don't pass this one up! I LOVE IT!

The camera works good by itself, quality video is given in HD as mentioned in product, however don't expect to have same quality video during Skype conference unless you and the other party have a very very very high speed connection.I you intend to buy this product to do skype conference in HD, think first in upgrade your speed connection.Regards

Although I don't use a webcam often and haven't used this one much yet, I am amazed at the picture quality and ease of installation. Compared to an earlier Cam on another PC, the picture and motion capture are unbelievable, even in low light conditions. I found this product on a sale for only $46 -- hard to believe.

I all my tests (good light, different software) I could not get this web cam to record more than 10 frames per second at 720p resolution (1280x720), even tough everywhere you look (packaging, camera itself, Microsoft website) this web cam is advertised as being able to record 720p@30fps.To put things into perspective, every webcam with a 1Mpx or bigger sensor can record 1280x720 video. My 2 years old Microsoft Vx 1000 can record 720 @ 5-7 fps.Other than that it is smaller than it looks, really good materials/build quality, very simple software and has a good microphone.
